Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 223 New Uses for Space Mechs! When Commander Liu Chengzhi received the message from Elder Qin, he was in a state of brief relaxation after a period of intense tension.

Although he had completed the mission of destroying the enemy satellites, Commander Liu Chengzhi couldn’t help but feel that something was off!

As expected, for soldiers like them, neutralizing a target felt more reassuring than simply destroying it!

At this moment, Elder Qin’s steady and powerful voice came through the communicator:

”Little Liu, you all have worked hard. The mission was executed well!”

”The enemy’s satellites have all been paralyzed; the mission has been successfully completed!”

”I have recorded this achievement for you!”

Hearing that the mission had been successfully completed, the heart that Commander Liu Chengzhi had been holding in his throat finally settled.

He let out a long sigh of relief.

However, there was one point that puzzled him greatly, so he asked into the communicator:

”Elder Qin, I am very curious, how did you know over there that the enemy’s satellites were paralyzed?”

”I see the satellites we destroyed from here, and they all look quite normal!”

”From what angle did you analyze that they were broken?”

He frowned slightly, his eyes sparkling with curiosity.

Elder Qin chuckled and explained patiently:

”The people at the Space Administration told me that the enemy satellites have obviously deviated from their orbits!”

”You also know that when satellites are operating normally, their orbits are precisely calculated and strictly controlled. Once there is a deviation, it must mean a major problem has occurred.”

”From this point, we can conclude that their satellites have malfunctioned!”

Commander Liu Chengzhi listened, suddenly enlightened, and nodded:

”So that’s how it is.”

At this moment, Elder Qin suddenly added:

”No, not just that!”

”We can also confirm that the satellites in the sky have indeed suffered a devastating impact because one of our own satellites was accidentally hit.”

Commander Liu Chengzhi’s eyes widened sharply, full of disbelief, and his voice involuntarily raised a few decibels:

”What? Our satellite was also hit?”

”This... how did this happen?”

His heart rate suddenly accelerated, and a sense of unease welled up in his heart.

Elder Qin said slowly:

”Those guys at the Space Administration mean that the simulated cosmic rays emitted by our Space Mecha were too powerful and highly penetrating; the rays passed through the enemy’s satellites.”

”Fortunately, only one of our satellites was accidentally hit.”

Commander Liu Chengzhi was stunned for a moment, then, with a face full of self-reproach, he said regretfully:

”This is all my responsibility. I have caused trouble for the country, and I am very sorry!”

He clenched his fists, feeling deeply annoyed at his own negligence.

Elder Qin chuckled, ”What are you doing? What is this about being sorry?”

”Anyway, that satellite hasn’t had much service life left; it was about time for it to be decommissioned.”

Elder Qin’s tone was relaxed, as if he were comforting a child who had made a mistake.

Commander Liu Chengzhi was still a bit worried:

”The main thing is that our satellite has malfunctioned now. To launch a new one, we have to use a rocket, and that will cost money again.”

He knew deeply that the country’s investment in the aerospace field was enormous, and every expense needed to be carefully considered.

Elder Qin scolded him with a laugh:

”Little Liu, you are usually quite sharp, why have you become so silly at a time like this?”

”Do we still need to build rockets to launch satellites now? Why don’t you think carefully, how did you get into space?”

Commander Liu Chengzhi was stunned at first, then he reacted and slapped his head hard:

”Oh my, I really was confused!”

”We have the Space Mecha now; we can just carry the satellite and fly into space!”

”This is simply too convenient!”

Sparks of excitement reignited in his eyes.

Elder Qin nodded repeatedly, ”That is exactly what this old man means.”

”With Su Chen’s help, we are no longer laymen just beginning to explore the universe!”

”We no longer need bulky rockets to fly into space; we now have more advanced space equipment!”

”The experts from the aerospace department said they would equip the satellites with automatic pathfinding systems. Once they reach space, they will automatically fly to their predetermined orbits according to the programmed settings.”

”You don’t need to worry about the rest; I will arrange for people to handle it! Just focus on executing your mission!”

Hearing this good news, Commander Liu Chengzhi was completely relieved!

A look of relief appeared on his face!

Thanks to Su Chen!

With the Space Mecha, it is truly too convenient!

Elder Qin then prepared to hang up the phone, saying:

”I won’t delay you from continuing your mission.”

With that, he ended the communication.

Subsequently, Commander Liu Chengzhi led the Mecha army toward the Southern Sea Area!

After activating their stealth devices, their mechas seemed to blend into the air, disappearing completely.

At the same time, with his order, the Mecha army accelerated to the extreme. The speed was so fast, like lightning cutting through time and space.

During the high-speed flight, the mechas’ engines emitted a low and powerful roar, like a passionate war song.

Soon, they arrived above the Longhang Shipyard located in the Southern Sea Area.

Looking down from high altitude, the shipyard was grand in scale, and the massive ships under construction were like sleeping giants, lying quietly in the dry docks.

Commander Liu Chengzhi’s eyes sharpened; he knew that this mission was of vital importance and there could absolutely be no further mistakes.

He issued a new order to the Mecha army!

Prepare to land!

...

Longhang Shipyard.

Sunlight shone through the window into Commander-in-Chief General Zhao Yong’s office, creating a scene of peace and tranquility.

Today, General Zhao Yong had specially dressed up with care. The sharp, military edge he usually displayed was slightly tempered for the moment. He wore a crisp military uniform, every crease of which seemed to tell of past glorious military achievements, and his slicked-back, shiny hair added a touch of solemnity to him.

At this moment, a burst of hurried footsteps broke the tranquility, and a subordinate rushed over.

General Zhao Yong looked up, his eyes filled with inquiry:

”Are they here?”

His voice was steady and powerful, yet it could not hide the faint anticipation within.

The subordinate quickly stood at attention, gave a standard military salute, and replied loudly:

”They are here, Chief! They have already arrived downstairs!”

Hearing this, General Zhao Yong nodded calmly and subconsciously raised his hand to smooth his slicked-back, shiny hair, as if wanting to meet the upcoming guests with the most perfect image.

Subsequently, he walked outside with steady strides.

Arriving downstairs, he saw many cars parked neatly there. The car doors opened one after another, and many people stepped out.

They saw General Zhao Yong, who was surrounded by a group of people, at a glance and enthusiastically called out:

”Hello, Chief!”

The sound was exceptionally loud in the empty area downstairs.

The person in the lead had a smile on his face, walked forward quickly, and took the initiative to reach out to shake hands with General Zhao Yong, his tone full of respect, ”Chief, it is a pleasure to meet you!”

General Zhao Yong also revealed a kind smile, firmly shook the other person’s hand, and said:

”I am also very happy to meet you, Director Zhang!”
