Beast Taming: Becoming a Bug-type Elite Four Member Starting with Silkworm Raising

Chapter 125 The heroic swordsmanChapter 125 The heroic swordsman

call--!
Sa-!
Under Russell’s command, Ayou condensed a new round of Netherworld explosions, and the injured Daodao Mantis once again faced the Big Wolf Dog who continued to go crazy because he failed to kill the enemy.

Although he bit the bullet and attacked again, there were actually very few strategies Russell could adopt.

The form of elemental lifeforms depends on attributes. Water elemental lifeforms are actually somewhat similar to spirit bodies. They can be immune to physical attacks to a large extent without being attacked by their energy core.

In addition, there is a crazy big wolf dog blocking the way, so the possibility of relying on the sword mantis to attack the water purification elf is very slim.

In his mind, Ayou was still the main force attacking and interfering with the water purification elves, and Daodao Mantis was still responsible for interfering with the big wolf dog so that it would not return to the water purification elves’ aid, acting as a physical shield.

The only difference is that now Ayou no longer has to worry about exposing himself. While accumulating power, he can also shoot one or two shadow arrows to help Daodao Mantis interfere with the movements of the big wolf dog.

However, the members of the Fire Stealing Group are not freeloaders, and they will naturally not let Ayou continue to attack the water purification elves unscrupulously.

Although they couldn’t figure out why a UFO Hawkmoth had such strong attack power, enough to injure the Water Purification Elves across levels, there was no point in exploring this issue now. All the Fire Stealing Group had to do was to prevent it from launching The next wave of offensive.

A beast control master of the Fire Stealing Group waved his hand back, and a large blue-grey bird that besieged Turandot from a distance flew towards the location where Ayou appeared.
This gold-level pet called the Pine Owl has both plant and steel attributes, and is good at firing pine needle leaves with strong penetrating power to attack enemies.

In addition, as an owl-like pet, it also has the ability to fly and a certain degree of night vision. It is indeed better at dealing with Ayou who is flying in mid-air and whose figure is blurry.

In their view, the UFO Hawkmoth is just a UFO Hawkmoth after all. Even if it learns some rare skills, it is still difficult to break through the limitations of basic attributes.

Even if the Pine Needle Owl can’t defeat the target, can it at least stop it from attacking the Purifying Water Elf?
And the battle situation is indeed developing in the direction that the Fire Stealing Group expected.

Faced with the attack of the late fourth-level pet beast, Ayou was naturally unable to directly receive it, nor could he start a counterattack.

Under the flying pine needles, Ayou could only rely on the cover of the night and trees to ensure her own safety first.

Fortunately, the pine tree owl’s attack mode is relatively simple, mainly piercing and point attacks, and its group attack ability is weak. Relying on the Nightmare Butterfly Shadow skill, Ayou will not be in any danger for a while.

As for the Great Knife Mantis, although it had suffered some damage to its wings and lost one of its hind legs, it had the advantage of being able to climb trees, so it could continue to deal with the big wolfdog for the time being.

However, this stalemate is very detrimental to Russell and Turandot.

The release speed of dragon language magic is several beats slower than that of the spring of purification. Just when Russell’s wave of attacks failed to achieve any effect and was beaten back, the water purification elf had already cast the first purification wave. spring.

Perhaps because of the injury, the effect of the Water Purification Elf’s skills has dropped a lot. Even if the Purification Spring has the bone array amplification, it only turns into a drizzle.

This weakened version of the purifying rain failed to interrupt the three-headed dragon snake’s skills, but the already very solid poisonous energy around it was dissipated a lot, and it seemed that it needed to be accumulated for several seconds.

A few seconds is not a long time, but in this kind of high-level assault battle where seconds are at stake, it seems insurmountable.

The water element is one of the attributes that is good at recovery. The water purification elf’s condition is constantly recovering. Its next purification spring will most likely be able to break the poisonous dragon language magic of the three-headed dragon and snake again.

Even if the skill is not completely interrupted, continued purification will delay the effectiveness of the Tarsal Plague skill.

As long as everyone in the Fire Stealing Group is willing to use the lives of their pet beasts to hold back the three-headed dragon snake and Turandot, there is a high probability that they can still wait for support.

Seeing the battle situation gradually shifting towards the opponent, Russell felt particularly anxious.

It’s just to make extra money, why do you want to risk your life here?
Damn the fire-stealing group... If I can get back safely, I will be sworn in with you from now on!

But at this moment, Da Dao Mantis’s voice suddenly came from his mind.

Sa-!
”I can attack that pool of water and ask Ayou to cooperate with me!”

Hearing this, Russell was stunned for a moment, and then subconsciously wanted to refuse.

”You can’t even defeat the big wolf dog, how can you break through to the pure water element...”

sough……

”Believe me! Three seconds later, Ayou used the Shadow Sewing Arrow to control the big wolf dog!”

However, the mantis acted extremely resolutely, and without waiting for Russell to respond, it rushed towards the big wolfdog.

...? ?

Why is my pet beast so unique?

Seeing this, Russell was directly shocked by the second traitor.

But the arrow had to be fired when it was on the string. It was not easy for the mantis to escape after getting close to the big wolf dog. The water purification elves did not wait for one purification spring after another. He could only order Ayou:
”Ayou, fully cooperate with Da Dao Mantis!” Phew...

”Okay...leave it to me!”

In contrast, Ayou agreed readily.

After spending so much time with Daodao Mantis, Ayou knew it very well and fully trusted this ”insect senior” who had much more experience in surviving in the wild than he did.

There is no need to charge up the Nether Explosion. As long as you shoot a relatively accurate shadow-stitching arrow, it is not difficult for Ayou even if there are pine needle tree owls chasing after you.

Next, everyone’s attention was focused on the sudden Dao Dao Mantis.

”Is this praying mantis crazy? Just come to die?”

Seeing Daodao Mantis’s actions, the beast control master of Big Wolf Dog was the most puzzled.

After several rounds of fighting, it became clear that this silver-level insect beast was no match for his giant wolfdog. One of its legs had been bitten off and half of its wings had been torn off. How dare he attack?

Could it be that the opponent’s beast master planned to cut off his tail to survive, sacrificing a pet beast with little potential to cover his escape?

It seems that the recent development of the Beast Control Alliance is not very good. Even Da Dao Mantis has signed a contract, and his personality is so cowardly, and he has no successor...

With a trace of confusion and contempt, he gave the order to the big wolf dog to kill the big sword mantis, and then set his sights on the three dragon snakes again.

Sa-!
Under Russell’s nervous gaze, Daodao Mantis used its alloy claws and slashed directly at the big wolfdog’s mouth with its blade arm.

When they caught a glimpse of this scene from the corner of their eyes, several members of the Fire Stealing Group felt even more mocking in their hearts.

The most powerful part of the canine beast’s body is usually its big mouth. Even after the alloy claws are hardened, the sword arm of the mantis will not be able to gain any advantage against the bloody mouth of the big wolf dog.

The command level of a ninth-rate beastmaster with two insect-type beasts is indeed so poor.

Sure enough, the mantis struck the big wolfdog in the mouth with one claw. After a loud collision, not only did it fail to cause any damage, but it was bitten firmly.

The big wolfdog showed a fierce look in his eyes and let out an extremely excited growl.

Then, the big wolf dog used its strength to bite the sword arm of the mantis and smashed it to the ground.

After biting the prey, many canine pets will shake their heads wildly to intensify the damage, and at the same time to disrupt the prey’s movements and make it unable to resist.

Seeing this, not only Russell’s face turned ugly, but Turandot, who was still running in the distance, frowned deeply.

Being caught off guard by the Fire Stealing Team with the purifying auxiliary beast masters, Turandot is now unable to use her strength. If even Russell’s pet beast is lost to the Fire Stealing Team, she may have to pay a huge price. Only at the price can we hope to escape...

However, Daodao Mantis, who seemed to be beaten to the point of being unable to fight back, did not panic. Instead, he sent a message to Ayou through the connection in the beast control space:
Sa-!
”Shoot the Shadow Arrow quickly!”

Hearing this, Ayou immediately flew out from behind the ancient tree, held up his wings and was pierced by a pine needle. He shot the big wolf dog in place with an arrow at the most suitable angle.

At the same time, the cold light of the bitten blade arm of Daodao Mantis dissipated. In everyone’s surprised and confused eyes, it actually took the initiative to disable half of its alloy claw skills!
Without the blessing of steel attribute energy, Daodao Mantis’s original physical strength could not withstand the bite of the big wolf dog.

After a crisp sound, the crazy big wolf dog bit off the blade arm.

If the Shadow Sewing Arrow hadn’t been shot in time, it would have even planned to bite the Dao Dao Mantis’s waist in one bite.

Fortunately, the control effect of the shadow form superimposed on the Seam Shadow Arrow was very good, and the big wolfhound’s pursuit immediately froze in place.

However, with the life energy level and madness of the big wolf dog, a slit shadow arrow cannot control it for too long.

If a quick victory is not possible, Daodao Mantis, who has lost an arm, may not even be able to protect himself.

However, using this less than two seconds, Daodao Mantis also launched a final fierce attack.

With the help of the big wolf dog’s last shake of its head, it flapped the remaining half of its wings with all its might, its eyes burning like a blue meteor, and it flew straight towards the rear of the group of stolen fires.

In this short moment, Daodao Mantis overcame many obstacles in a way that no one expected, and used his only remaining blade arm to strike hard at the energy core of the Water Purifying Elf!

At this moment, Russell also heard the message coming from the beast-controlling space:
”Your pet has understood the meaning of fighting and moving forward bravely, and has fully unlocked the unparalleled fighting spirit skill.”
