“Sigh… Every morning when I wake up, there are a few new countries on Earth, and the world map needs to be updated again. It’s so troublesome.”

After getting up, Tang Rui looked at the news and pretended to sigh.

Actually, he knew all about it.

After all, those exoskeleton armors were sponsored by Crimson.

Though they are free for now, they had to be repaid someday. “Master, do you want to see the new world map?” Red Lotus asked.

“Turn it on for me to see.”

Tang Rui, while having breakfast, said casually.

Swipe!

The brand-new world map was projected.

North America now had over twenty new countries, and Europe also had a few

more.

The Kingdom of Ireland was restored.

Great.

After so many years of turmoil, it finally succeeded in restoration.

The Empire of France also seemed to be on the verge of restoration, especially since he had just supported them with tens of billions in arms.

“Red Lotus, open the World Window forum, I want to see what netizens are

discussing.”

“Okay, Master.”

As the forum opened, Tang Rui saw the messages from the netizens.

“Congratulations to the Kingdom of Ireland on its successful restoration, San Dao Gou Village sends its congratulations, hoping for a chance to exchange friendly greetings.”

“Congratulations to the Kingdom of Ireland on its successful restoration, Lin Shan Town sends its congratulations…”

“Congratulations…”

Wow.

A series of congratulations, the netizens were all very excited.

Tang Rui clicked on the next post.

“Eagle sauce, you died so miserably, your body was cut into twenty-mne pieces, haha…”

Below this post, everyone was laughing, and they were laughing wildly, unreservedly.

A year ago, everyone was still opposing America.

A year later, America’s corpse was cold, and even dismembered.

This was… simply brutal.

After browsing through the forum for a while, Tang Rui finished his breakfast and went to the base.

He had been quite relaxed recently, not busy with anything.

Usually, he just chatted with the scientists on Mars and discussed the construction of Mars.

The black dwarf star crisis had been resolved.

Why haven’t the spaceships been sent to rescue yet?

Earth was not safe.

The international situation is very chaotic, with new countries being established daily and joining the United Nations.

This has left many scientists on Mars without a nationality.

In such circumstances, these scientists should just stay on Mars for a while. When the construction of the Mars base had completed, and the Earth became peaceful again, they could return to Earth.

After all, going to Mars was now very convenient.

Worrying about supplies was a thing of the past.

Of course, if someone wanted to change their nationality and join our country, then we could send a spaceship to bring them back.

Those who don’t want to change can stay, but they have to wait a bit longer, exactly how long is not clear yet.

“Red Lotus, how many scientists applied to join yesterday?

“Master, yesterday there were 1,153 scientists who wanted to join our nationality, including 7 Nobel laureates and 4 Fields Medal winners.”

Tang Rui’s eyes lit up.

“What are we waiting for, send my 890 to bring these scientists back.”

“Okay, Master.”

As Red Lotus controlled the spaceship to take off, Tang Rui notified Lin Chao to report to the higher-ups and quickly prepare for the reception of these scientists.

It’s a wise investment to buy a horse for a thousand gold.

This batch of people had to be well arranged.

Anyway, there are many universities in the country, just put them into a few universities, and their employment issues will be solved.

As for those who want to do research and don’t want to teach, that’s also okay, just send them directly to research institutes.

After arranging these things, Tang Rui asked Red Lotus if there was anything else going on recently.

“Master, currently there are no events scheduled for you, only 39 scientific research projects are still on the planning list.

“Forget the research plans, let’s talk about it after the New Year. Is there anything else?”

Tang Rui didn’t want to deal with scientific research. He had been busy thinking about the black dwarf star issue for a while and needed a rest.

“Master, there are no other matters at the moment.

Nothing to do, huh.

Tang Rui thought for a moment and decided to go out for a drive.

He called Gao Yang.

The two of them drove an RV, planning to take a tour around and go for a big meal.

He hadn’t eaten out for a long time.

Just as they entered the urban area, they saw a group of people from a small country sitting quietly in front of the district government office, holding banners.

Tang Rui curiously took a glance.

It turned out to be survivors from the small country, asking the government for help to send them back to their homeland and then assist them in restoring production and construction.

Interesting.

These people from the small country must not have woken up yet.

During the previous meteor disaster, hundreds of meteors fell, practically destroying their homeland.

It wasn’t intentional.

It was really just a problem with the satellite defense network.

After all, defending against meteors has a probability factor; it’s not 100% effective.

Why those meteors that slipped through hit the small country was obvious. It was just a defense loophole.

Now the small country was gone, regardless of reason.

Survivors from that country were actively seeking help, and in this regard, they were quite resilient.

But the problem is, asking for help at the door of the district government in Jinling?

Which district would dare to agree?

They’d be afraid of being scolded to death by the people of Jinling.

What kind of thinking is this?

At noon, Tang Rui specially went to pick up Li Shuyao, then went to have lunch at Nanli University, eating big plate chicken.

Having not eaten it for a long time, he had some cravings.

“Should we sell our villa?” Li Shuyao asked during lunch.

“The villa? The one I bought before? Why sell it?” Tang Rui was a bit puzzled, wondering why she was asking this out of the blue.

They weren’t short of money, so why sell the villa?

That would be his former residence.

“I heard that real estate is going to be reformed, house prices will be reduced, at least by more than half, it seems that below 120 square meters, no transaction tax will be collected. Above 120 square meters, it will be normal, and above 240 square meters, property tax will be increased, and even higher for villas.”

“I don’t know, I haven’t heard of it, I don’t pay attention to these things.” Tang Rui shook his head after hearing it.

He had nothing to do with real estate.

Besides, no matter whether house prices fall or rise, it doesn’t really concern him, so he doesn’t pay attention.

“Let’s just keep that villa then,” Li Shuyao thought for a moment and didn’t continue on this topic.

In the afternoon, as soon as Tang Rui returned to the company, Red Lotus reported an issue.

An employee bought 2,000 contribution points from a colleague and then on the internal exchange page, made a request to Red Lotus.

He wanted a drug that could cure late-stage lymphoma.

“Late-stage lymphoma? And it’s spread? For a 64-year-old elder?” Tang Rui felt a bit overwhelmed after hearing Red Lotus’s report. If it was in the early stages, normal ailments, even cancer, could be treated with a therapeutic device.

If it was more serious, a treatment pod could also work.

But this kind…

Required some special measures..
