“Mr. Tang, representatives from several oil companies of America are looking for you. When are you available?”

Lin Chao called Tang Rui to inquire about his availability.

“Representatives from oil companies?”

Tang Rui was a bit surprised after hearing this.

“Yes.”

“Do I have to meet them?”

“It’s better to meet, it’s a good thing.”

“Okay, let’s meet in the afternoon.”

After hanging up the phone, Tang Rui continued assembling the parts in his hands.

He really hadn’t done much lately.

Just staying at home every day, assembling various devices and equipment, accumulating source points. Up to now, he has accumulated more than 1500 source points.

In theory, this amount of source points should be enough.

But Tang Rui had nothing else to do.

It’s better to accumulate more during this time. It would be uncomfortable to have no source points when needed.

In the afternoon.

Tang Rui arrived at the conference room of the office building.

According to Lin Chao, these people were here to bring him benefits, and they didn’t have many demands.

So, their treatment was much better than the last time with the internet representatives, as they were the ones asking for favors from him.

“Mr. Tang, hello, I am Peter, a representative of the Oil Alliance. I am very pleased to meet you.”

When Tang Rui arrived at the conference room, Peter had already been waiting there for half an hour.

“Hello, please sit down, no need to be too formal.” Tang Rui glanced at the other party and then nodded.

This person named Peter had a kindly face.

The kind that wouldn’t make people feel adverse.

A natural affability.

“Thank you, Mr. Tang.” Peter sat down opposite Tang Rui and began to organize his thoughts, preparing to say something.

Unfortunately, before he could speak, Tang Rui directly asked, “What is your purpose today? Don’t make it too complicated, keep it simple.”

Peter’s well-organized words were held back.

“Mr. Tang, this time I come as a representative of the Oil Alliance seeking your protection. We are willing to relinquish the dominance of the oil industry, transfer shares of major oil groups, follow and implement your will, and fully protect your interests.”

It sounded very nice.

But Tang Rui was a bit skeptical.

“I don’t have money to buy shares.” Tang Rui spread his hands and said.

“No problem, before coming here, the heads of the families have already arranged everything. All the shares of the oil groups will be transferred to you at the price of 1 US dollar for 20%.

If you need more, we can also give up more, even help you deal with other small shareholders, ensuring your dominance over the entire Oil Alliance.” “One dollar?”

“Yes.”

“What do you want in return?”

Tang Rui didn’t believe in pie falling from the sky. The more others offer, the more they want.

“We only want your protection, to get the same treatment as your compatriots. If there are any projects, we can have a fair competition circle. As long as you don’t favor one side, we don’t ask for anything else.”

Tang Rui didn’t respond after hearing this.

This sincerity was a bit too much.

And what they need, doesn’t quite match what they offer.

No, it’s not right.

The same treatment is actually quite excessive.

“Let’s not talk about this for now. If I lead your Oil Alliance and say to unbind the US dollar from oil and switch to our currency, can you do it?”

“No problem, as long as you have this idea, we will fully implement it and carry out your will.”

Wow.

Really daring.

What is this situation, directly dissolving America from the inside?

“Really? You’re not afraid?”

“Mr. Tang, perhaps you are not aware of our situation. As long as our Oil Alliance makes a move, coupled with the current international situation, it’s very simple to achieve this.

Or rather, even if you don’t make such a request, this will happen after some time. The only difference is whether it happens sooner or later, the result is the same.”

Peter immediately explained.

In fact, regarding the issue of oil and the US dollar, they had already discussed it.

Since the Bohai Bay oil field emerged, coupled with the camel’s defection, this result was already destined.

“You go back first, I need to think about it. I will contact you when I have a decision.”

After listening, Tang Rui did not give an immediate answer.

“Okay, Mr. Tang, then I will leave first. I will be touring Jinling during this period. If you have any questions or requests, you can directly command me.”

“Okay, I’ll contact you if there’s anything.”

After Peter left, Lin Chao came to the conference room.

“Does the higher-up know about this?” Tang Rui asked.

“They know.” Lin Chao immediately answered.

“What do they think?”

Tang Rui was puzzled, whether they wanted him to agree or if there was some other meaning, or if it was like before, using his name.

“There’s no specific stance, you will understand after reading these documents.” Lin Chao said, and handed a file bag to Tang Rui.

Tang Rui took it and opened it.

He thought it would be some top-secret documents.

But it turned out to be business information.

The data listed were the financing and investment situations and data of America’s companies and groups in the domestic market over the past half month.

It seemed normal.

After all, the market had been opened.

But the ratio of investment and financing before and after half a month increased by fifteen times.

Not 15%, but fifteen times, which was frightening.

Even more frightening was that in the past half month, many domestic companies had merged, acquired, and invested in many foreign companies.

These companies included many sensitive areas.

In the past, even if you had money, you couldn’t acquire or invest in these companies.

But now it was possible.

Even, the foreign companies were begging for your investment.

After reading this, Tang Rui opened the next document.

This document was more interesting, listing the cooperation between domestic business tycoons, some second-generation rich, and America’s groups.

Just like the Oil Alliance seeking Tang Rui, some companies also approached domestic tycoons and second-generation rich, all coming to offer benefits.

This document wasn’t very interesting.

Tang Rui turned to the last part of the document, which was about the stock market and future GDP forecasts, as well as some economic trends.

The stock market was expected to be bullish for the next year.

And it was going to be a very bullish market.

A massive amount of foreign capital would enter the domestic stock market, and in the coming days, even if you bought stocks with your eyes closed, you would make money.

At the same time, the coverage and network channels of various industries would significantly improve.

So, the production scale and added value of products of manufacturers would greatly increase.

Manufacturers making money means more taxes.

By then, the fiscal situation would also improve.

One could say that the future was a golden era for domestic development.

And the fundamental factor facilitating this golden era was the outflow of wealth and reduced market share of America and Western countries.

After reading these documents.

Tang Rui understood what the higher-ups meant.

“Do the three oil giants have any thoughts?” Tang Rui suddenly thought of this question. Normally, the three oil giants would be eager to invest in America’s oil companies. Why didn’t they act this time?

“They have thoughts, but they were rejected by the Oil Alliance.”

“Why?”

“Who knows? Anyway, the Oil Alliance has set their sights on you.”

“So, I can take their shares?”

“Of course, everyone is enjoying this wave of benefits. As a major contributor, if you don’t enjoy it, it means there is a problem with the distribution of resources.”

Tang Rui nodded, agreeing with this statement.

He had stirred up many troubles.

But he never suffered a loss each time.

This time, he even subdued America.

Is it too much to get some benefits?

Not at all.

“Peter, tell the people of the Oil Alliance to contact some of your power grid groups. Tell them I want their shares. If they disagree, just wait for death.”

Tang Rui picked up his phone and called Peter.

He wanted the oil industry.

And he also wanted the power industry.

“Okay, Mr. Tang, we will inform them for you right away..”
