After reading all the materials, Tang Rui felt quite a bit of emotion.

Regarding this plan, he couldn’t say he was optimistic, but it was better than nothing. He just didn’t know if the future would develop as predicted.

To put it simply.

This plan was born to ensure the purity of Huaxia civilization in the future cosmic era.

For instance, when technology advances in the future.

Everyone could buy a spaceship and wander freely.

At that time, many people would certainly find a habitable planet and rule it as their own.

It was inevitable that such people would exist.

Even the transformation of human society might occur at this time.

But how it would change, was hard to say.

It could be a good change, but it could also be bad, and nobody could be sure at the moment.

So, the authorities started to take precautions, preparing a seed of Huaxia civilization to go out and establish branch bases when the time came.

The restart of City 404 was to ensure that the seed of civilization had the highest level of technology.

Tang Rui could only say that the authorities were happy with it.

What else could he say?

“Red Lotus, put this file in the safe.”

Tang Rui collected the file and instructed Red Lotus to store it properly.

In the blink of an eye.

The time came to the end of the month.

After ten billion in construction, the Bohai Bay underwater tunnel project was finally completed.

As the chief designer and project leader, Tang Rui naturally attended the opening ceremony.

The ceremony was quite simple.

It involved a few cars and journalists entering from one entrance, interviewing and filming along the way, and then coming out the other side.

Tang Rui, sitting in a Coaster, was interviewed in the vehicle.

“Mr. Tang, we’ve arrived at the location.”

“Okay, let’s get out of the car.”

When the car reached the middle of the tunnel, near the underground mineral vein, Gaoyang reminded Tang Rui, and then a group of people got out of the car.

Among these people were those responsible for the oil pipeline and some military personnel.

After getting out of the car, they came to an elevator in the middle of the tunnel and took it to the control center.

There wasn’t much to say about the oil pipeline.

He had already explained the equipment situation to the oil company; they just needed to be on duty here, basically with nothing much to do.

Tang Rui, however, took the military personnel to another control hall, where the weapons were located.

“Academician Tang, can the defense works here withstand a nuclear explosion under the seabed?” asked a military bigwig.

“Of course, even if the underwater tunnel can’t withstand it, this place can. There are three safety gates below, and there is also a safe house and a warehouse here. Even a direct hit from a nuclear torpedo, this place can withstand it.”

Tang Rui confidently said. He had considered these issues when designing, and there was no problem with the defense.

After all, outside was an undersea mineral vein.

Ignoring the seabed’s mud layer, just the thickness of the seabed mineral vein was over 3 kilometers.

Resisting a nuclear explosion was a small issue.

“Academician Tang, how will the weapons here be transported and installed?” After touring the control hall and understanding the weapons there, the military bigwig asked again.

“No need for transport and installation. When I built this place, I considered self-sufficiency.

So the weapons here don’t need external transport and can be produced on their own. The raw materials stored in the warehouse are enough to make 1600 intercontinental missiles.”

“What about the warheads?” The bigwig caught the key point.

The warheads too.” Tang Rui replied nonchalantly.

The bigwig was speechless.

Oh boy.

This was a big thing developed right under their noses, and Tang Rui wouldn’t have mentioned it if he hadn’t asked.

Are the raw materials extracted from seawater?”

“Yes, come with me.”

Tang Rui led the bigwig to the secret raw material extraction hall to give him a glimpse of what was inside.

Deuterium, tritium, uranium.

Wow.

Big and small nuclear weapons, all could be made here.

“Academician Tang has thought of everything thoroughly,” the bigwig finally managed to say after organizing his words for a while.

“Of course.” Tang Rui was quite proud.

The bigwig.

Originally, he could have used the special materials refined here.

But now they were no longer needed.

There was everything on the moon.

Helium-3 was much more useful than deuterium and tritium, so the special materials here were outdated.

With that in mind, they were given to the military.

After leaving the undersea control hall, Tang Rui returned to his company by plane.

Meanwhile, the military bigwig reported the matter.

Upon learning this news, the authorities were amused and bemused.

What was this?

Out of sight, out of mind, and you come up with something frightening.

But the authorities knew, and that was that. They arranged for professionals to guard it.

“Master, America has made a move.”

When Tang Rui returned home, Red Lotus reported the news to him.

“When did they start?”

“As soon as you left this morning, their personnel started moving and have achieved significant results.”

“Show it to me, let me see.”

“Okay, master.”

Tang Rui sat on the sofa, licking the milk cap, watching the holographic projection screen.

On the screen, it could be seen.

America’s soldiers were assembling on an aircraft carrier and then taking large transport helicopters to the destination.

And where was the destination?

Mogadishu.

The space elevator was definitely going to be built. It was a wonder of reaching the summit, a future money-making machine, and a manifestation of space hegemony.

Choosing this location was because it was a vital maritime traffic route, convenient from any continent.

It had to be said.

Mogadishu was indeed blessed with unique advantages.

But it was not peaceful at the moment.

Why it wasn’t peaceful, everyone understood.

Who was responsible, everyone also knew.

So, this operation was carried out by America.

It was an operation to restore honor.

After all, the fall of the Black Hawk back in the day was a hard slap to America.

This time.

America sent over a hundred elite soldiers, still using helicopters, but not Black Hawks.

Taking off from the aircraft carrier, they flew directly to the outskirts of Mogadishu.

The prepared tanks and heavy weapons were handed directly to the soldiers,

and America launched the attack without hesitation.

“This is more exciting than watching a movie.”

Tang Rui watched the holographic projection, gaining a direct understanding

of the combat capabilities of America’s soldiers.

The soldiers who came this time were the elites of America.

A face saving measure.

America indeed brought out its real skills and even unveiled many new pieces of equipment.

It had to be said, that when it came to overpowering the weak, America had a knack.

Within just three hours, America had completed the predetermined combat objectives, directly eliminating several warlords, giving them no chance to escape.

After wiping out these warlords, the rest was easy, with the United Nations stepping in.

The space elevator was not just a wonder.

Domestically, the presence or absence of a space elevator wasn’t important.

But for other countries globally, the space elevator was extremely important,

as they didn’t have Tang Rui’s technology.

This operation by America was not their idea, but the will of the five good

people and other powerful countries globally.

So, if these military factions weren’t wiped out, who would be?

It was just their bad luck.

Previously, no one cared about this place, and they could enjoy themselves

with the support of hidden powers.

Now that Tang Rui wanted to build a space elevator here, they were naturally abandoned, and even in the end, they became a tool for America to regain some reputation and pick up the face they had lost..
