India’s rocket had been written off.

The issue had caused a big stir.

The whole world knew about it, and everyone was laughing at India.

India was also very angry about it.

But it was of no use.

Those with clear insight knew that this new department of the United Nations was enforcing the will of the new leader.

The previous leader had used his will on oil.

The new leader, on the other hand, had focused his will on space.

Something called “technological overpowering” and “space hegemony.” That

was it.

With the new official’s first acts, the first fire had burned India into a state of embarrassment, and he was utterly powerless.

Regarding international affairs.

Tang Rui was just watching the excitement and didn’t get involved.

He was too busy with his own affairs.

“Chief Engineer Tang, this is the latest design of the space weapon platform, which possesses all-domain strike capabilities against ground, air, and outer space, equipped with laser weapons, electromagnetic weapons, and high-yreld missiles…”

Tang Rui’s research team, after half a month of effort, had finally completed the design of the space weapon platform.

Of course, it was barely completed.

There was still a significant gap from the ideal outer space weapon platform in

Tang Rui’s mind.

The most critical issue was the lack of firepower.

32 laser cannons, 16 electromagnetic guns, 255 missiles.

What could this level of firepower achieve?

What about the main cannon?

A weapon platform without a main cannon had too limited a killing power.

“Continue modifying, the secondary weapons are fine, but the key main cannon is missing.”

After hearing the report, Tang Rui told the research team that it wasn’t that he was being unreasonable, but this design overlapped with the capabilities of armed satellites.

“Chief Engineer Tang, do you mean to increase the attack power?

“Exactly, we currently don’t lack saturation strike capability and coverage strike capability. What we lack is high-powered single-target attack capability, which is why we need the armed platform.

Otherwise, why wouldn’t I just build more armed satellites instead of insisting on an armed platform.”

Tang Rui nodded, expressing his thoughts.

“Okay, then we’ll go back and revise.

“Alright, off you go.”

After the weapon platform design team left, the outer space communication

team came.

However, this time they were not reporting data, but applying for a nuclear fusion reactor.

“Chief Engineer Tang, the design of the Queqiao Relay Space Station is completed, but it lacks a small controllable nuclear fusion reactor.

“Show me the blueprints.”

“Okay, the blueprints are in the secret database file 22-1337-

Tang Rui opened the Queqiao Project Relay Space Station data file and found the latest communication system design blueprints.

After he finished looking at them, he frowned.

“is the communication system you designed still only capable of delay-free communication up to 4 million kilometers?

After he had uploaded the quantum information transition technology, many personnel in the country went to study it.

These people in front of him were among those who had studied it.

Although he hadn’t managed the study class, according to his expectations, more than half a year had passed, and they should have extended the communication range, if not mastered the technology.

But what was the result?

Previously it was 4 million kilometers, and now it was still 4 million kilometers.

It seemed like they were just playing around.

This was a waste of the organized study.

“Yes, this system is optimized and replicated based on the blueprints you uploaded,” replied the research team immediately.

“Haven’t you conducted in-depth research?” asked Tang Rui.

“Well… there are secret research institutes conducting in-depth research, but we don’t have that here.”

■’Okay, let’s wait on the relay space station issue. Don’t rush it until the delay-free communication technology reaches 10 million kilometers.” Tang Rui waved his hand, sending them off.

If this was how research was conducted, then what was the use of these people?

He had already worked out the specific theories, and yet after half a year, there was no innovation?

“Red Lotus, send a message to my teacher, ask if he is free for a video call.”

“Okay, master.”

Five minutes later.

The video call from Academician Yu was connected to the laboratory.

From the background of the video, it was apparent that Academician Yu was busy in his laboratory, not in his office at the university.

“What’s up, is there something you need?” Academician Yu asked directly. “Teacher, I uploaded the quantum information transition transmission technology earlier, why do the people assigned to me only grasp the initial system? Haven’t you conducted in-depth research?

Tang Rui raised the issue, as he didn’t want his breakthroughs to be ignored.

If such technology wasn’t valued

, then there must be a significant problem somewhere.

“You’re talking about the delay-free communication technology, which is now classified as top-secret technology, the same level as the magnetic field control technology you uploaded earlier.

The country has already assigned a team to conduct in-depth research, but I am not clear about the specific results, my security clearance isn’t high enough.”

Academician Yu said helplessly, never expecting that one day in the field of satellite communication, he would be unable to access the latest information due to insufficient security clearance.

“Impossible, what kind of security clearance that even you can’t access it?” Tang Rui was shocked after hearing this.

“City 404, the authorities have reopened City 404, and this time it’s not in the desert, but in the underground nuclear Great Wall.”

“Why would they do that?” Tang Rui was puzzled.

“YOU should ask the authorities directly, I really don’t know. If you want to find out, it shouldn’t be a problem.”

“Alright, then I’ll ask.”

After hanging up the call, Tang Rui contacted Lin Chao to inquire about the reason for the reopening of City 404.

Twenty minutes later, Lin Chao arrived with a dynamic secret key.

“I am not authorized to know the specifics, you can see for yourself through the key.” After saying this, Lin Chao left the key and departed.

It was all very secretive.

Tang Rui used the key to allow Red Lotus to access the data.

A document appeared before him.

The Implementation Plan for the Future Space Age Civilization Seed Preservation Project – City 404 Restart Plan.

Seeing this title, Tang Rui smirked.

It seemed like things were getting a bit serious.

He continued reading.

The more he read, the more furrowed his brows became.

How to put it.

The initial intention of this plan was to preserve the seeds of civilization, and this seed was not just any human civilization, but specifically the Huaxia issue.

As humanity steps into outer space, entering the interstellar age, some issues previously overlooked by the nation have now become top priorities.

Among them, the most crucial was the dispersal of civilization.

It was inevitable.

Once technology reached a certain level, a spaceship could carry the essence of a civilization’s technology and create a new nation on a habitable planet. Under these circumstances, how to ensure that the Huaxia civilization continues even if our main civilization is destroyed, became a very important question.

After reading the overview, Tang Rui was numb.

The space elevator hadn’t even started construction yet.

There was no trace of the lunar base.

And they were already considering issues of the interstellar age..
