in the blink of an eye.

a week had passed.

the sudanese peacekeeping forces had all withdrawn.

on the surface, crimson and the military contractor companies were also making their final preparations for war.

the transport planes of both sides never stopped.

the americans even bought more than twenty f-i6s and two a-ios, which, nominally, were sold to private companies.

after seeing this, han shu wanted tang rui to send some fighter jets over but he vetoed the idea.

after all, the money to buy the equipment came from sudan.

even though they were using these equipments, nominally, they were indeed sudanese property.

what would sudan think after the war if these fighter jets could be flown back? moreover, with the dozens of planes that the americans had, there was no need for crimson’s high-end products, so forget about the fighter jets. considering the situation of the sudanese and their enemy, tang rui specially prepared a war gift package for the asu family.

80 cruise missile launch vehicles, 30 integrated air defense and anti-missile ground close-defense weapons, and 50 long-range rocket launchers.

the price of this war gift package was 12 billion us dollars.

it wasn’t that tang rui was greedy.

mainly, he had added a lot of ammunition.

besides the cruise missiles, 500 units of ammunition were given away for the other two types, not to mention the cruise missiles.

it was enough for 80 vehicle platforms to fire simultaneously 20 times. actually, han shu and tang rui had a long discussion about what equipment sudan should buy.

the combat effectiveness of the sudanese army was mediocre at best.

if they had to rely on them for war, then forget it.

but they couldn’t just not rely on them either.

in this case, it was necessary to enhance the combat power of the asu army to ensure they could execute the commands issued by han shu’s side.

once the army suffered too many casualties,

it might not need too much, just a bit more aggressive attack from the enemy, and they would collapse.

so, it was very tricky with the army.

after discussing for a long time, tang rui and han shu thought of a solution which was to avoid direct combat with the enemy and just bomb them.

this was the simplest way.

and also the way to achieve the greatest increase in combat effectiveness.

if it weren’t for those equipment, how could the price reach 12 billion us dollars? mainly because there was too much ammunition.

sudan still had some courage.

after listening to han shu’s arrangement, they didn’t say a word and just transferred the money.

these things only arrived at the port yesterday, and only today were they distributed to the camps in various cities, then managed by han shu.

saying it was unified management, in fact, it was red lotus in control.

with so much ammunition, whatever came next was easy to handle.

“brother han, when do we start?” tang rui looked at the various marked locations on the holographic projection sand table and asked.

“two sharp in the afternoon.”

han shu said confidently.

tang rui looked at the time, it was just past ten in the morning.

hmm, there wasn’t much time left.

on the other side, the military contractors were also ready.

their orders were to start at six in the evening, on time.

they had chosen this time because their mercenaries had strong individual combat capabilities, and choosing to act at night would maximize their individual combat abilities.

both sides were ready for the battle.

air defense radars were on, and planes on combat duty were patrolling the sky non-stop.

even if the enemy struck first, they could be detected immediately.

three hours passed in a flash.

two in the afternoon.

han shu’s side issued an order and began the attack.

80 cruise missile launch platforms and 50 rocket launchers fired simultaneously, targeting the enemy’s marked locations for the first round of bombardment.

at the same time, the mechanized armored forces also set out, heading straight for the hada area.

that was where the enemy’s regular armored forces were located, aiming for a decisive battle.

as soon as they started, the enemy’s radar detected them.

after all, with so many dense rockets, it was impossible not to be detected.

wuu wuu…

the shrill sound of the air defense alarm sounded.

the mercenaries, who were ready with all their equipment and adjusting their status, left to take cover as soon as they heard the air defense alarm.

they knew all about crimson’s intelligent cruise missiles. thus each camp had built air defense works.

although they were not very professional, these field air defense works were still very useful against cruise missiles.

as for the artillery shells… well, there was no way.

they could only pray not to be bombed by multiple rockets overhead; in that case, the air defense works might not hold up.

inside the command center, han shu and tang rui, watching the enemy’s movements on the holographic projection sand table, were not at all the same. the level of information of both sides was not on the same level.

those air defense works were also within their observation range.

“brother han, how many enemies do you think this wave will eliminate?” tang rui, looking at the red dots representing the enemy on the sand table, asked.

“i don’t know, the first round of attacks should achieve great results, the second and third rounds are hard to say.

but anyway, even if they want to support the hada area, they have to die first,” han shu mercilessly replied.

as the two were talking, the rocket shells had already reached the enemy’s camp.

except for some elite units equipped with air defense and anti-missile systems that could intercept rocket shells, other mercenary squads and tribal armed forces were all hit by rocket shells.

for a time, explosions were continuous.

at the command center of the military contractors, several retired and rehired american generals were constantly summarizing news.

“camp 5 was attacked by rocket shells, the number of casualties is uncountable.”

“hidden camp a2 was attacked, all personnel have taken shelter in air defense works, currently no casualties.”

“camp 17 was attacked, a large number of tribal soldiers died, huge casualties.” “camp 7 was attacked by cruise missiles, the number of casualties is unknown, the enemy’s attack is not over yet.”

the intelligence from various camps was quickly summarized to the command center.

several rehired generals, looking at the red dots continuously marked on the electronic sand table, all frowned.

they were not frowning because of the bombing.

mainly, they found that all their camps, including the ones they had specifically hidden, had all been bombed.

what did that represent?

this represented that the enemy had completely figured out their movements, and their so-called stealth camps were just a joke in the eyes of the enemy. report, the enemy’s armored forces are advancing towards the hada area, expected to arrive in 2 hours.”

at this time, another bad news came.

the enemy was seeking a decisive battle with them.

“notify all camps to follow the original plan, leave and start the attack, do not engage in large-scale charges, must organize small units for tactical infiltration.”

one of the rehired generals immediately issued an order.

it couldn’t be dragged on any longer.

if they continued to drag things on, they would be on the passive sive, and they had to distract the enemy’s forces.

tang rui and han shu, seeing the enemy start to move, immediately issued orders.

“reload all ammunition, two bases, fire in five minutes, and blow them all to hell.”

han shu also gave an order..
