compared to the three special forces teams that went straight for the ringleader inside the villa, executing other missions was much more exciting.

in an upscale club, one special forces team was launching attacks from all directions, with 12 members divided into four groups, simultaneously sweeping through the entire club.

their mission objective was the leader of a phone scam operation.

based on the drone’s scan, this ringleader was currently inside the club’s safe house.

there were quite a few enemies inside the club.

but their combat capabilities were essentially negligible, although dealing with them was still challenging.

it was because there were too many of them.

a soldier from one of the special forces teams kicked open a room door, guided by their tactical helmets.

inside, the enemies had a hostage in front of them, and they were shooting at the soldiers with a pistol.

bang…

he had only fired one shot, but before it could hit, he was shot in the head.

after his death, the hostage in front of him did not vomit due to the bloody remains; instead, they turned around and, facing the headless body on the ground, started to punch and kick it.

they even picked up a nearby whip and started whipping the corpse.

when they turned around, they revealed their bright red backsides.

hmm.

they were not wearing pants, and their backsides were covered in whip marks.

looking at their current situation, one could guess how they had been treated.

the soldiers of the special forces team did not concern themselves with such matters.

after leaving the room, they continued to clear other rooms, and every enemy they encountered was shot in the head.

the people they rescued were not in good condition either.

most had physical disabilities, with many already incoherent and numb.

ten minutes later, the special forces team cleared the entire club, capturing many people and rescuing others.

two teams remained outside to guard and secure the area, while the remaining two teams arrived at the safe house to set up explosives.

the door of the safe house was indeed bulletproof and blast-resistant.

however, that did not mean the walls could withstand explosives; breaking through the walls was easier than the door, especially when the explosives expert had information on the building’s structure and layout from their tactical helmets.

with a loud explosion, the entire club building shook.

the safe house had been breached.

“extract the account passwords by any means necessary, then restrain him and hand him over to the victims below,” tang rui said to the special forces team members over the communication channel.

“special forces team acknowledges.”

in less than five minutes, the target confessed.

the money in his accounts had also been transferred to red lotus.

tang rui watched the situation of the other special forces teams on the big screen and instructed them to do the same when they captured their targets.

beep, beep, beep…

at this moment, a notification appeared on tang rui’s computer.

he glanced at it.

a military faction associated with the anti-government armed forces wanted to escape.

this person had not been in mianbei before, he had just returned on an armed gunboat.

although it was referred to as an armed gunboat, it was actually a fishing boat modified for this purpose.

the navy was not something warlords could afford, and even tang rui couldn’t afford a warship now.

he was somewhat unlucky to have come back at this time.

but there was nothing to be said.

tang rui directly controlled a drone and launched an anti-ship missile to send him on his way.

if he had been closer to the city, tang rui would have sent the special forces team.

“red lotus, based on his identity information, check his bank account and transfer the money.”

“of course, master. i am infiltrating the system and searching for his account… transfer completed.”

“very well, transfer all the money from the accounts of the warlords who died accidentally, leaving nothing behind.”

“don’t worry, master, red lotus will clean them out completely.”

though these people were dead, their money couldn’t stay behind; otherwise, it would be a windfall for foreign banks.

in the blink of an eye, an hour passed.

the gunfire in mianbei had ceased; most of the enemies had been eliminated, with only some low-level soldiers remaining.

they had not come out to fight and had fled upon hearing the gunshots.

most of those who had run had survived.

those who dared to charge were the ones who had been killed.

“leader, what do we do next?” tang rui asked, now that the mission was complete.

he didn’t know how to proceed.

“the mission is not complete; there’s a list here, listing all the members of this international criminal organization,” the leader said, handing tang rui a prepared list.

after reading the list, tang rui smirked.

wow.

the people on this list often appeared on television in mianbei.

these were the protectors, indeed.

after reading the list, tang rui had red lotus start searching for the people on it, marking their locations, and sending the special forces teams to deal with them.

in the evening, as the city lights began to shine, all those who needed to be dealt with had been taken care of.

at this point, tang rui had nothing to do.

he had originally wanted the special forces teams to return, but han shu stopped him, saying they couldn’t come back for the time being.

“what do you mean?” tang rui didn’t understand.

“they are all temporary workers, and this time, they stole so much and caused such a big commotion. of course, they dare not return to their home countries. they have to stay in mianbei,” han shu explained with a smile.

after hearing this, tang rui finally understood.

this was a massive operation.

no wonder they had given him that list; it was all about mianbei. but was this not damaging their reputation a bit too much?

“don’t worry; it will only take a few days, at most no more than half a month. once things are settled, they will be captured by the burmese military and deported back to their countries for trial,” han shu explained, looking at tang rui’s surprised expression.

if he couldn’t understand it, there was nothing more to say.

“i understand; i’ll issue a statement right away.”

at around 7:00 in the evening, the official website of crimson corporation suddenly posted a statement.

our temporary employees, zhang san and li si, along with wang er and liu mazhi, together with a group of idlers, stole the company’s assets, including ten medium-range missiles, 120 sets of powered exoskeleton armor, accompanying weapons and equipment, a small transport plane, and a combined reconnaissance and strike drone…

after this statement was published, people were dumbfounded.

crimson corporation.

it was a well-known company among netizens.

the company’s official website even had many netizens checking in.

after this statement was published, internet users were in disbelief.

“is this statement for real?”

“i just want to know how these two temporary workers, along with a group of idlers, managed to take out missiles.”

“the more i look at it, the more something seems off about this statement.” “damn! quickly check up on x and look at the trending topics.”

many internet users, after seeing these comments, opened x to find out what was going on.

after looking at the trending topics, they were astonished.

f*ck.

this was crimson’s temporary workers and a group of idlers actually taking down mianbei’s warlords..
