after obtaining the contact information for the yun province police from tang rui, tang rui contacted the other party and offered a brief apology.

the other party didn’t say much.

it’s just a pity.

when tang rui offered to help, the other party was just being polite and didn’t take it too seriously.

however, the other party still sent him the information about the transnational criminal group, after all, this information was not confidential to him.

after the call, tang rui had red lotus check and investigate the information sent by the police online, in-depth.

half an hour later, red lotus had organized all the collected information and displayed it on a projection screen in front of tang rui.

“they are all beasts.”

tang rui looked at the information in front of him, and his brows furrowed.

human trafficking, organ trafficking, cultivation and trafficking of drugs…

in any case, they had nothing to do with these matters.

but for these people, the domestic police also wanted to take action, but their main base was not in the country; it was overseas.

every time they sent someone to the country, it was an undercover agent, not an important figure. even if they were caught, they couldn’t get much information.

this time, the police pried open an informant’s mouth and learned that there was a relatively high-ranking member of the gang who had come to the country.

subsequently, the police dispatched a skynet drone to locate them.

however, by the time they found the person, they had already crossed the national border, and the rest of the story was as lin chao had reported.

for tang rui, this wasn’t a big deal.

he was really ready to help.

but capturing them was out of the question using conventional methods; it was impossible.

however, he could send these beasts to hell.

“lin ge, can you communicate with the military on thailand’s side and issue a training announcement?” tang rui called lin chao and explained his idea.

“a training announcement? why do we need to release that message?”

“i just completed the engine test for the missile i was developing, and the data looks good, but it hasn’t undergone actual testing yet. since our company’s products are also involved in this police matter, i thought i could be of some assistance.”

“you mean, target the missile at a foreign country?” lin chao listened and had a black line on his face.

“that’s right. given the relationship we’ve built with thailand over the years and the fact that many chinese people are there, these chinese people take pride in their homeland.

“their status in thailand is not to be underestimated, and they have connections in both business and politics, both on the legitimate and illegitimate sides. plus, thailand has established a railway connection with us, and our domestic economy relies heavily on it.

“in this situation, we can’t just ignore it and send missiles across the border to another country. that wouldn’t be good.”

“if it were another country, i wouldn’t even bring up this request. but thailand is different. they’ve been getting closer to us over the years, and with so many ethnic chinese in thailand, they take pride in it.

“their status in thailand is not to be underestimated in both business and politics, both in the legitimate and underground worlds.

“and with thailand now connected to us by railway, our domestic economy relies heavily on it. in this situation, we can’t just ignore it and launch missiles into another country. it wouldn’t look good.”

“i’ll check it out, but i’m not sure if it will work,” lin chao said after hearing tang rui’s explanation.

he couldn’t make this decision; it would need approval from higher authorities.

“alright, check it out, and if it doesn’t work, i’ll think of another way,” tang rui said nonchalantly.

it wasn’t like there was only one way to deal with this criminal group.

right now, this method was the simplest and also allowed him to test the missile’s performance at the same time.

two hours later, lin chao sent a message that the military had already been in communication with thailand, but not because of tang rui’s matter.

both sides had already decided to hold a joint military exercise.

thailand was interested in purchasing our submarines and aircraft, and they found the anti-missile system and missiles they bought from us previously to be effective.

now that they had made a significant profit from us, it was natural for them to want to buy more from us. so, both sides were already in discussions.

this matter was relatively minor for thailand as well.

on that evening, thailand’s military held a press conference, announcing that they would conduct a small-scale mountain counter-terrorism exercise with our military the next day.

no one paid much attention to this.

because it wasn’t the first time; thailand had already conducted an anti-submarine exercise with the americans before.

countries that received the news saw it as a signal that both sides were actively communicating.

what’s the big deal?

both sides had been communicating for quite some time.

now, thailand was making money in our country, so it was only natural for them to communicate more. previously, when they contacted thailand and wanted to do something, it wasn’t that easy.

after receiving the news, tang rui began loading missile launchers onto his private plane.

he even had two special forces teams fly over in small transport planes.

the missiles were only meant to send those people to hell.

however, if there were special circumstances, such as hostages, the special forces teams would need to get involved.

the next day, tang rui flew his private plane with the missile launchers, accompanied by two planes, one of which was a drone controlled by red lotus, and the other was a small transport plane.

the small transport plane had already been handed over to the air force’s pilot, as he had received payment for this plane, considering its equipment sold to the military.

they arrived at a military airport in yun province.

the drone and the special forces team stayed at the airport to rest and await orders.

tang rui rode in a motorhome and headed to the skynet command center of the yun province police because he was here to help, after all..
