Cutesy Wife Sweet Like Honey: Mr. Mu's Nightly Dote!

Chapter 562: Chapter 605: Make It Up to Me

Ye Anxin laughed and asked back, ”You say boys, but moms definitely hope for a girl in their belly! So do you hope for a little sister or a little brother?”

Xiao Bai answered confidently without thinking, ”I love both!”

Mu Beiting said, ”It’s been five months, we can see the gender now! Do you want to know? I can take you to the hospital to check!”

Ye Anxin thought seriously for a moment, then shook her head in refusal, ”No need! Although I’m really curious if the baby is a boy or a girl, knowing too early makes it lose the mystery! We should keep it mysterious, if we really have a daughter, wouldn’t it be the biggest surprise from heaven?”

Mu Beiting’s expression didn’t change, and he said warmly, ”It’s up to you.”

Ye Anxin nodded, took out her phone from her pants pocket to check the time, and said, ”Yeah! It’s almost time, let’s head back to our room! Tomorrow you have to wake up early for exercise!”

”Okay! Mom, don’t forget, you just promised to tell me a story!” Xiao Bai held Ye Anxin’s hand, afraid she’d forget her promise.

In truth, he didn’t care for stories, thinking only immature people liked them! And as a mature person, he wouldn’t indulge in such childish things! But he loved spending time with his mom! Even doing childish things together felt very welcoming.

Ye Anxin nodded and said softly, ”Of course, mom hasn’t forgotten! I’ll head back to my room to shower first, and once I’m clean, I’ll come to your room! You be good and wash up yourself, alright?”

Hearing Ye Anxin’s words, Xiao Bai immediately smiled joyfully, ”Okay! I’ll wash up and wait for you!”

”Alright! Let’s go back to our rooms!” she said, holding Xiao Bai’s hand, leading him upstairs, and accompanying him to his bedroom door, making sure he went inside and closed the door before returning to the master bedroom with Mu Beiting.

Once in the master bedroom, Ye Anxin took a clean set of pajamas from the wardrobe and put them on the bed, preparing to shower.

Mu Beiting followed her, asking in a low voice, ”Are you really going to tell Xiao Bai a story?”

Ye Anxin nodded, standing in front of the bathroom mirror, removing the hairband from her hair, and said naturally, ”Of course, one must keep their word! Especially with kids, adults should set a good example, children will learn from them!”

Mu Beiting stood behind her, looking at her face reflected in the mirror, and said, ”What about me?”

”Putting kids to sleep is quick, you might still be busy in the study at that time!” Ye Anxin said while brushing her long black hair with her fingers.

Mu Beiting pouted, displeased, ”If you’re in the room, I won’t go to the study!”

Ye Anxin couldn’t help but laugh, stretching out her hand to pat Mu Beiting’s cheek, soothingly saying, ”Be good, darling! Don’t fuss! I’ll have plenty of time to be with you in the future, but my time with Xiao Bai is limited. Once the baby is born, my energy will be divided! So, I only want to make up for the past five years before the baby arrives!”

Mu Beiting listened to Ye Anxin but grumbled rather than soothed, ”You owe him but not me?”

Ye Anxin couldn’t help but roll her eyes, resignedly saying, ”We have a lifetime together! When Xiao Bai grows up a bit, he won’t cling to mom like this! Besides, I’m just reading him a story and putting him to sleep! Do you need to look like a jealous housewife?”

Mu Beiting touched his face, his cheeks flushed, denying, ”I am not!”

”You are! Look in the mirror and see if you don’t look like a jealous housewife!” she said, turning Mu Beiting to face the mirror.

Mu Beiting obediently looked at himself in the mirror!

Indeed, as Ye Anxin said, his eyes, expression, and even posture indeed gave off a dissatisfied housewife vibe.

”Alright, darling, go out now! I’m going to shower, if I don’t head over soon, Xiao Bai will definitely come looking for me!” she said, pushing Mu Beiting out and closing the bathroom door.

Pushed out the door, Mu Beiting looked woefully at the closed bathroom door, pursed his attractive lips, stood silently for a moment, walked to the bedroom door, locked it from the inside, undressed, and quietly approached the bathroom door, slowly turning the handle!

Ye Anxin standing beneath the showerhead, unaware the bathroom door had been opened, a tall figure inching closer.

As Ye Anxin finished rinsing the shampoo from her hair, bundled it up in a towel, preparing to lather herself with body wash, Mu Beiting suddenly wrapped his arms around her slender waist from behind.

Startled by Mu Beiting’s sudden action, Ye Anxin jerked her head around. Once she saw Mu Beiting behind her, she finally relaxed.

”Darling, why did you suddenly come in? I was showering! Go out!” she said, pressing against his damp chest.

But regardless of her attempts to push, Mu Beiting stood firm, resting his chin in the crook of her neck, breathing lightly, his enticing voice speaking slowly, ”I want to shower with you!”

Tickled by Mu Beiting’s breath, Ye Anxin giggled, avoiding Mu Beiting’s lips, bashfully saying, ”Darling, don’t make trouble, I have to quickly finish to find Xiao Bai! Showering with you, who knows how long it’s going to take? By the time we finish, Xiao Bai might be asleep!”

Mu Beiting heard her words, a flash of an unknown light in his eyes, his mouth unknowingly curving into a proud and attractive smile, ”I want to shower with you!” he said, taking Ye Anxin’s hand, guiding it slowly down his firm chest.

As her hand was about to reach his most mysterious spot, Ye Anxin quickly withdrew it, her face turning as red as a boiled shrimp, almost dripping blood!

With their bodies pressed closely together, even though Ye Anxin withdrew her hand at the critical moment, she could still clearly feel the changes in Mu Beiting’s body behind her!

Ye Anxin couldn’t help but sigh inwardly, soothingly saying, ”Darling, don’t tease, be good, go out! It’s not the right time for this! Wait until I put Xiao Bai to sleep, then I’ll join you and meet all your demands, okay?”

”No! It’s uncomfortable here!” he said, taking her hand, placing it on his hot object.
