Cutesy Wife Sweet Like Honey: Mr. Mu's Nightly Dote!

Chapter 447: Chapter 490: Eyes Behind

Mu Beiting looked at her like this, feeling both amused and helpless.

After confirming the route, the carriage suddenly fell silent!

To ensure everyone had enough energy to enjoy the amusement park, they all leaned back against their seats, closed their eyes, and rested!

After driving for more than an hour, the business van finally brought Ye Anxin and Mu Beiting to their destination.

Standing at the amusement park entrance, listening to the overwhelming screams coming from inside, Ye Anxin was extremely excited!

Since childhood, she had always wanted to come here to play! But the family circumstances were too poor, every time she could only stand at the entrance of the amusement park watching others play!

Later, while working and studying, although she started earning money, it was all hard-earned, and apart from tuition and daily expenses, she didn’t dare to spend a penny frivolously.

Therefore, the amusement park had always been an unattainable dream for her!

Even after marrying the ”uncle,” she had never come here! Because she always felt that the ”uncle” and this place seemed out of place!

Now they have a child, bringing Xiao Bai here to play also fulfills a dream in her heart.

While Ye Anxin and Xiao Bai stood at the entrance watching inside, Mu Beiting went to the ticket booth next to them to buy tickets!

Because Xiao Bai’s height was much taller than his peers, Mu Beiting bought him a full ticket as well.

”Xiao Bai, let’s go in!” With that, Mu Beiting led Ye Anxin and Xiao Bai into the amusement park.

Even though it’s not the weekend today, there were still many people coming to play, of all kinds of people: adults, children, foreigners, people of all kinds!

Xiao Bai, who had previously been casual-faced, began to change as he walked into the amusement park.

Upon seeing the roller coasters and rotating swings, each more thrilling than the last, his eyes lit up and his sight fixed on them. Several times, Mu Beiting called him, and he didn’t even hear it.

Seeing Xiao Bai like this, Ye Anxin shook her head with a smile.

After all, he’s still a child, even adults love coming here to play, let alone a five-year-old child!

Thinking of this, Ye Anxin squatted down, touched Xiao Bai’s little face, and asked gently, ”Xiao Bai, what do you want to play? Just say it, I’ll accompany you to play, okay?”

As soon as she finished speaking, Xiao Bai and Mu Beiting simultaneously frowned, identical in action, as if their eyes had agreed, and coupled with their ninety percent similar appearance, they looked like big and small versions of the same model.

”You can’t accompany me! You have a baby in your tummy!” Xiao Bai said sternly, looking every bit like a little adult, making Anxin seem even more childish than he was.

Ye Anxin grinned, chuckling, ”Ah, for the sake of accompanying Xiao Bai, the baby in the tummy doesn’t mind! I believe he would also be happy to accompany his brother to play!”

”No way!”

”No way!” Mu Beiting and Xiao Bai spoke in unison, their tone equally overbearing.

Seeing them so united as father and son, Ye Anxin couldn’t help but twitch the corners of her mouth a couple of times.

Ye Anxin looked at them ingratiatingly and tentatively asked, ”Is there no room for negotiation?”

”No!”

”No!” The synchronized reply left Ye Anxin speechless for a while.

Ye Anxin slumped her shoulders, discouraged, ”Well, since that’s the case, let Dad accompany you! I’ll watch from the side!”

Upon hearing about accompanying Xiao Bai, Mu Beiting’s face turned dark.

”Go, go! Go accompany Xiao Bai to the roller coaster! With his height, there’s absolutely no problem, the staff won’t stop him!” With that, she gently pushed Mu Beiting and Xiao Bai towards the roller coaster.

She knew that there are age restrictions on roller coasters! For Xiao Bai’s age, it wasn’t allowed!

However, with his height, there was absolutely no issue!

Because his height didn’t at all reveal that he was only five years old, looking completely like a primary school student.

Being pushed by Ye Anxin towards the roller coaster, Mu Beiting’s entire face wrinkled up.

Ye Anxin knew Mu Beiting was unwilling, but where would she give him the chance to refuse, directly pushing them up and watching the staff fasten their seat belts.

Looking at Mu Beiting’s face, which was more bitter than a gourd, Ye Anxin felt nothing but joy, her heart filled with glee.

Throughout, Xiao Bai said nothing, appearing to let Ye Anxin make the decisions, but in reality, his eyes were sparkling with excitement, eager to give it a try!

Ye Anxin found a bench nearby to sit down on, watching Mu Beiting and Xiao Bai, along with a group of youngsters, ride the roller coaster with a smile.

Listening to the waves of screams coming from above, Ye Anxin felt her heart surge with exhilaration.

To be honest, she really wanted to see what the father and son duo would look like coming down from the roller coaster!

Haha...

It must be very interesting.

However, when Mu Beiting and Xiao Bai actually came down, Ye Anxin was disappointed.

Others getting off the roller coaster had pale faces; some even vomited into the nearby trash cans.

But the father and son duo came down as if nothing had happened, with Xiao Bai stuffing his hands in his pockets, looking very relaxed.

Ye Anxin went over and eagerly asked, ”Xiao Bai, did you find it fun? Wasn’t it thrilling?”

Xiao Bai pursed his lips, looking disdainful, ”Not thrilling, the people around were too noisy!”

Upon hearing this, Ye Anxin’s mouth twitched twice, her face a funny shade.

”Alright! Then let’s play something else! Let’s go to the rotating swings! That’s also super fun!” Ye Anxin said as if she had played it herself, pulling Xiao Bai and Mu Beiting towards the rotating swings.

Unbeknownst to them, as they ran off, a figure emerged from behind a nearby snack stand.

With glaring eyes fixed in the direction Ye Anxin disappeared, teeth gritting as if wishing to devour Ye Anxin whole.

Ye Anxin felt completely unaware of the hateful gaze watching her, still holding Xiao Bai and Mu Beiting, enjoying their play.

Originally, she intended to use the amusement park rides to really scare Xiao Bai, hoping he’d show the dependency and fear typical of his age.

But throughout the rides, including the pirate ship, big pendulum, drop tower, and Ferris wheel, which Ye Anxin found thrilling and adrenaline-pumping, Xiao Bai felt nothing. Instead, he looked straight up, showing deep disdain.

In the end, Ye Anxin had to bring out her last resort, letting Mu Beiting take Xiao Bai to the haunted house.

Before entering the haunted house, Xiao Bai gave her a harsh glare, then went in with Mu Beiting.

However, as soon as Mu Beiting and Xiao Bai had been inside less than five minutes, a hand suddenly reached out and slapped Ye Anxin’s shoulder hard.
