Marvel: Odin Imprisoned Me with Hela

”Looks like I overestimated your self-control. Maybe in a few years, you’ll turn into a fat shut-in?”

When Orion Cross and the others found Pietro, he was lying asleep on a beanbag chair surrounded by snacks and carbonated drinks. Judging from the state he was in, was he planning to compete with Thor from Avengers: Endgame in terms of physique in the future? At that point, he would not be Quicksilver anymore. He would become a human wrecking ball.

”Looks like Wanda will have to go alone. Don’t worry, I’ll be with you.”

Orion Cross turned to Wanda and said.

”Mm.”

The group left Pietro’s room.

”No!”

When Pietro heard Orion Cross’s voice, he hurriedly struggled to his feet and chased after them. ”Wait for me! I’m going too!”

Inside a thousand-square-meter seaside villa, Tony Stark, who had just returned from the press conference in New York, immediately plunged into his laboratory. A few hours later, robotic arms grabbed pieces of silver armor plating and began installing them onto his body.

”Sir, four unidentified users have illegally entered the premises downstairs.”

Jarvis’s voice sounded inside the room.

”Stop them... No, let them come up. Perfect timing to test my new equipment.”

Tony had been about to tell Jarvis to stop the intruders, but when he saw the armor on his body, he immediately had a new idea.

”Sir, one of the intruders is an advanced hacker and has already breached the defense system. Estimated recovery time is three minutes. Shall I launch a counterattack?”

”No need.”

Thud.

As the final piece of armor finished installing, Tony landed on the floor wearing a pure silver suit of armor that had not yet been painted.

Crack.

The laboratory door, made of bulletproof glass, gradually twisted and was torn open into a large hole.

”Tony, I’m here to collect the debt.”

Orion Cross’s voice arrived before he did, instantly stiffening Tony’s expression, which had still been full of excitement.

”Do you know? Yinsen is dead.”

After Orion Cross walked in, Tony removed the armor’s faceplate, stared at him, and spoke.

”Is that so? Who do you think should be blamed?”

Orion Cross chuckled and sat down on the sofa nearby.

”You could have saved him...”

”And you could have controlled those weapons so they wouldn’t be sold. None of this would have happened.”

Orion Cross cut Tony off directly.

”Is that how you see life? So casually?”

Tony choked on Orion Cross’s words, then sighed.

”Yes, just like how you so casually took my parents’ lives.”

Wanda took a step forward and answered in Orion Cross’s place.

”You’re the two kids Orion mentioned?”

”I’m sorry. That was indeed my fault.”

”I promise this kind of thing won’t happen again. Otherwise...”

Facing Wanda and Pietro, Tony seemed a little flustered for a moment.

”Otherwise what?”

Skye, who had been watching from the side, suddenly spoke up.

”Otherwise, from now on, I’ll only sleep with one woman and never look at another woman again.”

Tony glanced at Pepper, who was slowly walking over from behind Orion Cross and the others, then spoke.

”Oh, for a playboy like you, that really is a vicious oath.”

Skye sneered and tossed her phone over. ”Take a look. Transaction records from your company from a few minutes ago.”

”Pepper, help me pick up the phone.”

Tony looked at the phone on the floor and realized he could not squat down, so he could only awkwardly ask Pepper for help.

”What are you wearing? Are they your friends? Or...”

Pepper picked up the phone, handed it to Tony, and asked quietly beside his ear.

”Yes, they’re my friends.”

”All right, Pepper, help me reserve a French dinner downstairs. Once my friends and I finish discussing our business, we’ll come down.”

Tony pushed Pepper away, wanting to send her off first.

”Fine. I hope you can all keep it quiet. I’ll go call and order dinner.”

Pepper looked at Tony helplessly, then turned and left.

After confirming that Pepper had left, Tony looked at Skye’s phone. It was filled with recent transaction records from Stark Industries. The most recent batch had not yet been stored in an offline environment, so Skye had intercepted it on the spot.

”I remember I just shut down Stark Industries’ weapons division.”

Tony looked at the records one by one, covered his head with a headache, then raised his head and looked at Orion Cross and the others. ”Looks like I don’t have the final say in my own company.”

”That’s your responsibility.”

”Wanda and Pietro aren’t the first to lose their family because of you, and they won’t be the last.”

Orion Cross said.

”You’re right. So you’re here for revenge?”

Tony sighed and put the faceplate back on. ”I’m using a new energy source right now. The one you gave me is stored in safe number three next door. You can take it with you later...”

Even though he knew the arc reactor made with palladium would put him at risk of poisoning, Tony’s pride would not allow him to use Orion Cross’s own thing against him. He had originally planned to study the operating principles of the Hextech energy core and see if he could make one himself. He had not expected Orion Cross to come straight to his door.

”Then now, let me see just how powerful that girl you said could crush me like a cherry tomato really is.”

Wearing the silver armor, Tony walked forward step by step.

Pietro turned into a streak of silver light and charged forward.

Thud!

Tony was sent flying backward in an instant. He smashed through the wall and crashed onto the beach outside.

”That hurts!”

The next second, Pietro clutched his fist and sucked in a breath of cold air, his face flushed red.

”Pietro, are you stupid? You punched titanium alloy armor with your fist?”

Seeing this, Orion Cross was instantly speechless and felt deeply embarrassed.

”What else was I supposed to do?”

Pietro also felt a little embarrassed, but he still refused to admit defeat.

”Couldn’t you just pick up a weapon?”

”Forget it. Leave it to your sister.”

Orion Cross was truly speechless. For a speedster like Quicksilver, as long as he casually picked up a weapon, forget firearms—even a sharp little knife would be fatal. Yet he insisted on using his fists. In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Quicksilver used his fists and got shot to death by bullets. In X-Men, Quicksilver used his fists and had his leg broken by Apocalypse. Why bother?

”Jarvis, analyze that kid’s ability just now.”

After standing up from the ground, Tony activated flight mode and hovered into the air.

”Sir, the object’s movement speed just now reached six hundred thousand kilometers per second.”

”That fast? Then it looks like I need to keep my distance. Raise altitude... Hm? What’s going on?”

Inside the armor, Tony discovered that he could not move at all. It was as if the machinery had jammed.

”Unknown energy restraints detected.”

”Increase thrust!”

Tony frowned and gave the order.

Boom!

The thrusters on the back, hands, and feet of the steel armor erupted with powerful force, but he still remained completely motionless in midair.

”Do you feel the despair we felt back then, Tony Stark?”

Wanda walked to the edge of the hole in the villa, scarlet energy representing Chaos Magic surging in her hand.
