Koraidon was quite speechless: ”Ah-ga-szzz...”

Naoki couldn’t help but laugh: ”It’s Koraidon, it’s our companion, it won’t hurt you.”

”Bamo Bamo!”

Pawmot also nodded repeatedly, agreeing with Naoki’s words, and reassured them not to be afraid. If danger arose, it would protect them!

But the little Eevees were still very scared, and when Naoki got into bed, they all scrambled into the covers to hide.

Naoki: ”...”

It is widely known that the covers can ward off all demons and monsters.

Seems like this is not only applicable in human society, even Pokémon understand this.

Naoki lay on his side, gently gathered the Eevees into his arms, and said with a smile: ”Sleep, sleep!”

The narrow yet warm bed made the Eevees feel very at ease, so they soon fell asleep snugly.

Naoki watched the scene with a gentle gaze.

Young Pokémon are truly adorable!

So small, with a scent that is both fragrant and soft, and furry to the touch.

The Eevees’ juvenile stage quickly passed, and as days went by, their bodies gradually grew, and their fur changed.

Meanwhile, Cyclizar’s birthday arrived, and Naoki brought Pokémon from the ranch to celebrate its birthday, and let it enjoy a second species strength-increasing birthday cake.

And the day after Cyclizar’s birthday, the Eevees fully matured, turning into standard-looking Eevees.

For trainers, this is the time when Eevee can start learning moves and try battles.

But to Naoki, a seven-day-old Eevee was still quite small, so he wasn’t in any hurry to train them towards set evolution goals.

After growing up, the Eevees no longer sleep as long as they did when they were young.

They began having a keen curiosity about their living place and expended great energy exploring every corner of the house.

Thus, Naoki was able to find them anywhere in the house.

Under the sofa, under the bed, inside cabinets, down Slugma’s heating channel, behind the TV...

Sometimes, when he went to the toilet, he’d be shocked by a little Eevee leaping out of the bathtub.

Naoki: ”...”

If this continues, it’s truly a hassle, and Naoki was even more resolved not to let this group of Eevees out yet to play freely in the ranch.

Because he was worried that with Eevee’s activity level, they’d run straight out of the ranch, and then get lost or never return due to other reasons.

Just like Pawmot did, sleeping on a rock and being carried away by Bombirdier, flying far away.

Nevertheless, when he didn’t allow the Eevees to go out, they started deeper exploration of the house.

That morning, Naoki went out, as the house was nearly out of food ingredients, so he went to town to buy some to replenish the stock.

In the living room, two gentle female Eevees were lounging on the sofa, taking a leisurely nap.

And two other Eevees were chasing and playing around the sofa.

Glaceon and Umbreon sat squatting on the floor nearby, watching the group of mischievous little ones, exchanging a glance, wordless.

”Bu-ee...” Umbreon let out a mature sigh.

It felt that when it was young, it wasn’t as naughty, nor did it like squeezing into dark corners and coming out covered in dust.

Meanwhile, three lively male Eevees formed an exploration team, proceeding to explore Naoki’s ”Treasure Vault.”

This place was where Naoki stored items, like those Mew and Teddiursa sent back, and some precious stones, all put here by Naoki.

Three brave Eevees burrowed into the pile of odds and ends, digging with their heads into boxes searching.

Soon, one Eevee discovered several stones that constantly attracted its attention.

”Bu-ee!”

This little Eevee let out an exclamation, and the other two Eevees came over upon hearing, using their forelimbs to cling to the box rim, peering inside.

One Eevee used its paw to rummage through the box’s contents, but accidentally slipped in, falling head over heels into the box.

”Bu-ee!”

In the scramble, this Eevee’s paw inadvertently touched a piece of orange-yellow stone, and the next second, before the other two Eevees knew, it saw a bright light erupting from the Eevee.

The energy from that piece of orange-yellow stone was fully absorbed into its body.

When the glow faded, a Pokémon with fiery red fur and a large, fluffy tail appeared before the two Eevees.

”Bu-ee!”

Witnessing this scene, the two Eevees were shocked and couldn’t help but let out a cry.

Upon hearing their voice, the ”Eevee” sprang out of the box with a thud.

It was about to say something but soon felt its body changing.

”Bu, Bu-ee?!”

Flareon looked down at its form in a panic.

The two other Eevees looked bewildered, and one ran up and lightly patted the creamy-colored tuft of fur on Flareon’s forehead.

At this point, Flareon also received relevant information from its genetic inheritance.

Oh! So that’s it! It evolved into Flareon and can now use fire-breathing moves!

Realizing it had become stronger, Flareon got really excited, opening its mouth to let out an enthusiastic growl: ”Bu-ee!”

The two other Eevees looked on, bewildered.
