Sister Nan's Combat Strength is Unknown, But It's Probably Only a Tiny Bit Stronger

83: Wow, Sister Nan is someone who can beat anything!Song Yuan’s kick was delivered from a tricky angle and with great speed; A Dao was forced directly to his knees. However, that fellow was indeed experienced; he immediately flopped to the ground and kicked both feet toward Song Yuan’s abdomen.

”Die!” The expected scene of Song Yuan being kicked didn’t happen. Instead, A Dao’s feet were smashed by Song Yuan’s iron rod. Song Yuan was a man of few words but ruthless action; with another flick of the iron rod, he sent the large long saber flying, then backhanded A Dao with a punch that landed square on the bridge of his nose, causing blood to splatter everywhere.

”Crack~” Even from several meters away, Si Nan and the others clearly heard the sound of A Dao’s nasal bone fracturing.

”Crack~” Another crisp sound rang out. By the time Song Yuan stood up, A Dao, lying on the ground, had already been decapitated.

”Ah, A Dao? Brother Yong will avenge you right now.” Shi Yong had completely lost his mind, bending over to pick up the large long saber.

”It’s mine.” Ma Bufan was faster, snatching the large long saber first. He was overjoyed; this would be his weapon from now on.

”I’m going to slaughter all of you.” Shi Yong was forced to face Ma Bufan with his bare hands.

”Your opponent is me. You guys watch closely and learn well.” Si Nan suddenly appeared in front of Shi Yong, blocking his fist with a single palm. Replacing Ma Bufan, she spoke to everyone.

”Yes, Sister Nan.” Everyone immediately fixed their eyes on Si Nan’s movements.

”Sister Nan—so fast! She was right beside me a second ago, and in the blink of an eye, she replaced Bufan. I didn’t even see how she moved out there.”

Guan Xiaoning was shocked beyond measure. Si Nan’s movement technique and speed made him think of only one word: Godlike!

”Ooh, Sister Nan is a being who can instantly crush the heavens, the earth, and the very air.” Ma Bufan, that sycophant, worshipped Si Nan to no end, his eyes shining like stars as he watched her.

What they didn’t know was that Si Nan had been afraid of dogs as a child. Her father, Si, was quite ruthless; to train his daughter’s speed, he borrowed a colleague’s large black dog.

Si Nan was only five at the time, and the dog was taller than she was, looking like a Tibetan Mastiff. He led the large black dog and intentionally chased her relentlessly.

Consequently, when Si Nan returned home crying, she was given a harsh lesson by Mother Si. However, the next day, the training continued exactly as before. This was why Si Nan’s speed was so incredible.

The most terrifying thing is when your opponent is right beside you, yet you cannot touch them.

This was exactly the case for Shi Yong. Every punch he swung hit nothing but air; every move and every strike missed. He had no chance at all of hitting Si Nan.

He was so furious he was stomping with rage. ”I don’t believe I can’t hit you!”

”Go Sister Nan! Knock him down!”

”Sister Nan is sure to win. Didn’t you see that old man can’t even touch the corner of her clothes?”

”When will we ever have Si Nan’s reaction time and speed?”

”Strong, too strong. Compared to her, we’re practically total rookies.”

”When we get back, we must train like our lives depend on it. As long as we don’t die, train to the death.”

”Right, as long as we don’t die, train to the death. Only then can we catch up to even a third of Sister Nan’s level and survive in this world full of zombies.”

The six of them made up their minds. Si Nan’s skills left them in awe. While feeling ashamed of their own inferiority, they finally realized how vast the gap was. Si Nan was their constant goal; they had to work hard!

While they were talking, Shi Yong used brute force to corner Si Nan. His two fists, like iron hammers, smashed heavily toward her head. Everyone grew tense. ”Sister Nan, watch out!”

The next second, they realized their worry was unnecessary. They saw Si Nan neatly drive a knee into Shi Yong’s crotch, followed immediately by a flurry of combination punches that left Shi Yong seeing stars.

”Ah~” The pain made Shi Yong’s waist buckle and his fists go wide. His legs could no longer support him, and he fell to his knees with a ”thud.”

Si Nan leapt from the ground and slammed her right elbow heavily onto Shi Yong’s back. Lacking the patience to waste more energy, she drew her ancient saber, and with a ”shink,” she slit Shi Yong’s throat.

Blood gushed out, spraying from between the fingers of Shi Yong’s clutching hands and splattering onto the white wall. It looked like red spider lilies blooming in winter, hauntingly beautiful.

”What are you all still standing there for? Wake that woman up. Xiao Wen hasn’t started her work yet.” Song Yuan and the other five had been staring blankly, but were suddenly jolted awake by Si Nan’s voice.

”Oh, right.” The six of them divided the labor clearly: some carried the corpses, others cleaned the blood off the floor, clearing a space for Xiao Wen to fight.

Now that it was actually time to take the field, Xiao Wen felt timid instead. This was about killing someone. ”Sister Nan, I...?”

Si Nan didn’t try to persuade or encourage her. She simply gave her two words: ”Go on.”

Guan Xiaoning was worried. ”Sister, you can do it. Only the two of us are left alive in our family. If you don’t dare to kill today, you’ll be killed by someone else tomorrow. Harden your heart.”

”Yeah, Sister Xiao Wen, don’t think of her as a person. Just treat her like a beast.” Ma Bufan also pointed at the woman who had just been kicked awake by Bai Zichuan to encourage Guan Xiaowen.

The woman, who had just opened her eyes only to be called a beast, didn’t even have time to figure out the situation before snapping back, ”You uncultured brat, who are you calling a beast? You’re the beast! Brother Yong, hurry and kill him for me!”

”Slap~” Guan Xiaowen ran over and directly slapped the woman. ”Bufan is also my brother. You dare call him a beast? See if I don’t beat you to death.”

”Aaaah! You little bitch! You dare pull my hair? See if I don’t scratch your face off!” That woman was no pushover either; she lunged to tear at Guan Xiaowen, completely forgetting that she hadn’t managed to summon Shi Yong.

It was obvious she had been a shrew before Shi Yong captured her, and these past few days, she had been spoiled into lawlessness by him.

The two women, one older and one younger, scuffled together in an unsightly scene. Relying on her larger size, the woman specialized in scratching at Guan Xiaowen’s face, while Guan Xiaowen relied on her petite and nimble body to dodge quickly.

Her face nearly scratched, Guan Xiaowen fiercely grabbed the woman’s long hair and yanked hard, dragging her to the ground. She straddled the woman and began raining frantic punches onto her face.

”Aaaah! Stop hitting me! I surrender, I surrender! I’ll do whatever you want!” The woman finally couldn’t take it anymore. She was relying on raw primitive strength, but Guan Xiaowen had, after all, learned a few things.

”We don’t need you. Bang~” Guan Xiaowen grabbed the woman’s head and slammed it hard against the floor tiles. The hands the woman had used to grip Guan Xiaowen slowly went limp.

”Ah!” Realizing what she had done, Guan Xiaowen scrambled up and ran.

Guan Xiaoning and Ma Bufan held her. ”Sister, it’s okay now, it’s okay.”

First battle, victory.

Si Nan raised her hand. ”Find all the food and valuables in the house. You guys can split them equally; consider it a reward for passing this test.”

”Hahaha, yes, Sister Nan.” Except for Guan Xiaowen, the other four men each checked a room.

Soon, a pile of supplies was placed before Si Nan. She didn’t care for any of it, except for the old crane parked in the yard. ”You guys divide it yourselves. I’m going to take a look around the yard.”

Si Nan walked away on purpose. She wanted to see the five of them’s sense of discipline. She listened to the movements upstairs as she headed down.

Song Yuan looked at everyone and said, ”Big Brother Bai is the oldest among us. Let Big Brother Bai do the dividing. Does anyone have any objections?”
