Sister Nan's Combat Strength is Unknown, But It's Probably Only a Tiny Bit Stronger

54: You should think twice before even dreaming about whether you have the ability. The man leading the group laughed happily the moment he saw Si Nan. ”Hahaha, I knew it was impossible for her not to come out. People are greedy; she couldn’t bear to let go of the food outside.”

Everyone, charge together and take her down!”

Only then did Si Nan realize that those women were meant to stall her, while the men were the ones truly meant to deal with her. She raised her military shovel and aimed it at the lead man. ”It seems you’ve planned this for a long time.”

”Hahaha—of course.” The young man laughed. He looked much taller and more powerful than Bai Zichuan, but his laugh was disgusting. Especially the way he looked at her now; he looked exactly like a predator eager to catch a satisfying prey.

She would definitely not let this man have an easy death!

”Big Sister, we’re here to help.”

”Yes, we’re here.”

Suddenly, two unfamiliar teenage voices rang out from behind her, crisp and timely.

Si Nan turned to see two unfamiliar tall teenagers. One held a large long knife, and the other held a wooden staff. Although they were thinly dressed, they looked aggressive. She was surprised. ”Ma Bufan?”

Ma Bufan’s gloomy face immediately brightened into a sunny smile upon seeing the people around. He raised the long knife in his hand and pointed it at the women behind Si Nan, nodding with a grin. ”Mm-hmm, Big Sister, it’s me. Leave the women to you, and leave these shameless guys to the two of us.”

Si Nan moved instantly, retreating to their side to form a triangular back-to-back battle formation. ”Fine, I accept your Pledge of loyalty. But don’t you dare die; if you die, you won’t get your reward.”

Hearing Si Nan accept their pledge, Ma Bufan and Guan Xiaoning immediately felt their blood boil. They both swung their weapons simultaneously. ”Great, don’t worry, Big Sister! This time, let us show you our combat power. Yah, kill!”

Si Nan thought they wouldn’t dare to kill anyone, but they turned out to be ruthless. Ma Bufan swung his long knife directly at the lead man’s head, killing the living person as if he were a zombie.

Guan Xiaoning was not to be outdone. With a ”bang,” his staff struck a man’s shoulder, crippling half of the adult man’s body and sending him screaming to his knees.

Before the man could react or resist, the next strike fell. However, this time it didn’t land on his shoulder, but his head.

”Ah~” The man let out a miserable scream and collapsed.

”Quick, kill them!” The lead man, who had escaped Ma Bufan’s blade, was exceptionally enraged to see Si Nan had gained two difficult helpers. Si Nan alone was hard enough to deal with, and now there were two more teenagers. He had worked so hard to incite the people of the entire building to deal with her.

How could he let these two bastards who suddenly popped out ruin his plans?

Die! It doesn’t matter how many die, as long as Si Nan is killed in the end. Her sturdy fortress and all the supplies inside will be mine, hahaha~

”You should weigh whether you have the ability even in your dreams.” Somehow, Si Nan, who had been dealing with the women a second ago, was suddenly in front of him. Her military shovel kicked up ice and snow, forming a bloody arrow that lunged toward his face.

His vision was blocked for a split second. In that instant, Si Nan gripped the military shovel tight. With a loud ”bang,” it smashed into the head of the man who couldn’t dodge in time. His brains splattered instantly, and his tall frame collapsed with a thud.

His beautiful dream ended before it could even begin. Before dying, he looked at the wind and snow, feeling as if he were already lying on that soft sofa from Si Nan’s live stream. It felt so comfortable. On the table by his hand was the braised pork he hadn’t eaten in a long time— ”Damn it, you old woman, where are you hitting? How dare you cut off my lineage? This young master is going to blow your chest apart!”

”Aiya~”

Ma Bufan’s roar almost made Si Nan lose her focus. The military shovel in her hand swung wide; she had intended to cut the enemy’s head, but it landed on his shoulder instead. It deviated too much, only slicing off an arm diagonally without killing him in one blow.

The annoying part was that the man clutched his arm and ran away. Oh well, being a one-armed man in this Apocalypse would certainly get a high turn-back rate.

Fearing she wouldn’t provoke them enough, Si Nan said to the next enemy, ”Sorry about that, I missed just now. I’ll definitely pay attention this time. I guarantee I’ll take your head off in one move so you won’t die too painfully.”

”Ah, a devil! You’re not human!” As a result, the man who had charged forward turned around and fled.

Leaving Si Nan standing bewildered in the wind. ”Hey, don’t leave! I haven’t even swung yet! I swear I’ll kill you with one shovel!”

The remaining enemies: ”Run!”

In the blink of an eye, the remaining enemies had all fled, leaving only a ground full of corpses.

Ma Bufan and Guan Xiaoning ran up to Si Nan. Their mouths split into wide grins as they looked at her with sparkling eyes, competing to claim credit. ”Big Sister, how did we perform? Wasn’t it more accurate than Cupid’s arrow? Taking one down in one go.”

Si Nan: ”...”

”If you don’t know how to use metaphors, don’t force them.” Si Nan rolled her eyes.

Guan Xiaoning was also not to be outdone in praising himself. ”Big Sister, the two of us played games for too long, so we slept too soundly. It was my sister who saw people surrounding your house and beat us awake.

We came here with our clothes only half-on. This warm-up was pretty good.”

Only then did Si Nan understand why they were wearing so little. Facing the light, she finally saw the two teenagers’ faces clearly. The little fellows were vibrant and handsome. She arched a playful brow. ”Yo, you’re both quite handsome.”

”Then can we be your Boyfriend? You can pick whichever one of us you want.” Ma Bufan was immediately overjoyed and leaned his face closer to Si Nan. This was his goddess; he had finally seen the living goddess. She was truly beautiful, and he liked girls like this.

Si Nan slapped Ma Bufan’s face aside. ”I’m giving you some face, aren’t I? You’re already trying to push your luck the first time we meet?”

”Hehe, it’s just because I like you, Big Sister. You have no idea, Big Sister, I even dream about you now.” Ma Bufan grinned cheekily, not angry at all. Instead, he instantly became a tag-along, following Si Nan.

”That’s not liking; you’re just surprised to see me kill people. Thanks, but this little lady can’t handle that.” Si Nan looked down to check all the corpses. They were all quite clean, without a single valuable item on them.

Guan Xiaoning also crowded around, insisting on an answer. ”Then Big Sister, tell us the truth, how did we perform?”

Si Nan kicked a corpse aside and said, ”Hmm, your movements are very agile. You live up to being Sports students. You just lack technique and rely entirely on brute force. However, what surprised me is that you dare to kill people at such a young age.”

Although they were young, they were taller than Si Nan, so she had to look up when facing them. She owed it to them this time; without them, facing so many enemies alone would have been very troublesome.

She nodded. ”Hmm, good performance. Wait here, I’ll go inside and get your reward. However, if you throw these corpses further away, I’ll consider rewarding you with a crate of drinks.”

Hearing this, Ma Bufan and Guan Xiaoning didn’t delay for a single second and immediately got to work. ”Hahaha, okay, okay, okay! Right away!”
