Sister Nan's Combat Strength is Unknown, But It's Probably Only a Tiny Bit Stronger

77: Sister Nan, I’m going to get a uterus implanted so I can have your baby!Seeing the zombies closing in again, Si Nan shook her head. She opened the car window, a lighter in one hand and firecrackers in the other, lighting them and tossing them out to buy them time to unload.

The moment the supplies were unloaded, Si Nan slammed on the gas. The car shot forward three meters before spinning in place to swing the rear door shut, after which she happily drove back home.

Watching her through a crack in the door, Zhuo Guangshun and Deng Jiude sighed in awe and inadequacy. ”Who would dare to want a girl like that? If things don’t go her way, she’ll pin you to the ground and pummel you, not to mention the likely long-term domestic violence. Tsk, tsk, tsk, being her man would be miserable.”

Zhuo Guangshun grabbed Deng Jiude by his collar and pulled him away. ”What are you worrying about? Even if there were a line, it wouldn’t be your turn to be her man. You’d better think about how to protect my little courtyard instead.”

He walked into the house carrying two bags of rice.

Deng Jiude picked up a potato and threw it at his friend’s back. ”Stop with the sarcasm. You act like you’re a shoo-in to be her man. Don’t think I don’t know what you’re thinking.”

Without looking back, Zhuo Guangshun said, ”So what if you know? Without this virus, someone like her couldn’t hope to reach my level, but now, I’m the one who doesn’t deserve her.”

Deng Jiude was stunned. This was the first time since he’d known Old Zhuo that he’d seen him so defeatist. But then again, he was telling the truth; in this current situation, even surviving was difficult.

Fortunately, both he and Old Zhuo were single dogs with no burdens or responsibilities; they only had to look after themselves.

Although he and Old Zhuo were upright men, they didn’t know how to kill, nor did they have Si Nan’s skills. They didn’t even dare to go out for supplies.

He had gone out once and nearly ended up as zombie food. Seeing those swarms of zombies with their bellies ripped open and intestines hanging out, he had come back and vomited for a whole day.

Sigh, they’d just live for as long as they could; they were already hopeless.

But Si Nan was different. She had just shaken off the zombies and driven the Armored Vehicle into her yard. A few zombies tried to follow her in, but she dealt with them in no time.

Ma Bufan, who had been watching her, was beyond excited. He screamed toward Si Nan’s yard, ”Ahhh! An Armored Vehicle! An Armored Vehicle! Sister Nan actually got an Armored Vehicle! That’s my Sister Nan for you!”

”Sister Nan is an existence that dominates everything! To be able to get something like this... I must prostrate myself. No, I’ve decided! Sister Nan, I’ll go get a uterus and bear your children!”

Ma Bufan wished he could appear before Si Nan immediately, hug her legs, and propose on the spot.

Si Nan rewarded Ma Bufan, who was shouting at her from the third floor opposite, with a single word: ”Scram!”

Ma Bufan instantly jumped up. ”Awooo! Sister Nan scolded me! Sister Nan heard my confession! Sister Nan must love me!”

”Can you be normal for once? Haven’t you embarrassed us enough? Get downstairs and take a cold shower!” Guan Xiaoning couldn’t take it anymore. He and his sister, Guan Xiaowen, forced Ma Bufan away from the window. They were utterly humiliated.

He knew his best friend was a Love Brain, but he hadn’t realized he was this much of a Love Brain—the kind that completely lacked a brain.

Si Nan had no time to worry about Ma Bufan. She drove the Armored Vehicle to the edge of the garage, where there was a dedicated drainage system.

Fearing the wood would get damp and fail to light if left there, she changed her mind and stored it in her space, leaving only a small amount in the garage.

She sprayed the Armored Vehicle’s exterior with detergent, broke the ice on the well to haul up several buckets of water, and began washing the vehicle. It was covered in splattered black zombie blood and rotting flesh, which was absolutely disgusting.

It took her a long time to clean the body, and it looked much better. She inspected it further; the bald guy’s driving must have been poor, as there were several spots on the front where the paint had been chipped off, but it was nothing serious.

When she opened all the internal compartments to check them one by one, her eyes suddenly lit up. Inside a compartment in the upper interior wall, it was filled with: ”Are these spare firearms and ammunition? Hahaha, I’ve hit the jackpot! I’ve really hit the jackpot!”

”That bald guy was such an idiot; he didn’t even think to check the compartments inside the vehicle. This is a military Armored Vehicle, likely out on a mission before the whole squad was wiped out.”

”If Zhuo Guangshun and that bald guy knew, they would have demanded an exorbitant price. It’s about more than just those supplies! Compared to the Armored Vehicle, these guns and ammunition are the real treasures. Hahaha~”

She quickly put everything into her space and continued her inspection. She unexpectedly found three decent handguns, each of them priceless. They weren’t something a small-timer like a weapon dealer could get their hands on; they were genuine military-grade equipment.

With long range, high lethality, and significant recoil, they were rare and valuable weapons.

There were also military satellite phones, bulletproof vests, multi-functional military knives, and more, hidden beneath the driver and passenger seats. No wonder Deng Jiude, a bald guy who had never actually dealt with an Armored Vehicle, was completely unaware.

Si Nan stroked a Military Knife. She hooked a piece of wood with her toe, gripped the handle in a reverse hold, and suddenly slashed through the wood. With a shing, the wood, thicker than her wrist, was sliced clean through. It was incredibly sharp.

She nodded in satisfaction. ”Mm, very good. It’s only a tiny bit inferior to my ancient saber that cuts through iron like butter. It’ll work as a backup.”

She put the rest away, keeping only one on her person. All in all, she was very satisfied.

But then she suddenly thought, ”If I could get eighty or a hundred of these advanced firearms—forming a powerful team with people like Bai Zichuan and Song Yuan, and then claiming territory to dominate an area—then in the later stages, whether going out for supplies or defending our turf, we’d be a force that others wouldn’t dare to provoke.”

However, she knew that such weapons were only held by the military and were hard to come by. She was self-aware; she didn’t expect to get a military base’s armory, but even a police station’s armory would be good.

”I wonder how The Authorities are doing right now? I haven’t seen any news reports about any stations falling...” Si Nan mused.

By now, night had fallen. Normally, this would be the time when every household was watching the Spring Festival Gala, but now, the entire A City—and indeed the whole world—was deathly silent.

By the time Si Nan had finished her hot bath and was lying in her warm bed, Ma Bufan had gone wild in the group chat. He posted a blurry photo he’d snuck of the Armored Vehicle, which instantly made Bai Zichuan’s and Song Yuan’s blood boil with excitement, their admiration for Si Nan growing even deeper.

Ma Bufan spared no effort in frantically confessing his love to Si Nan online, but Si Nan treated him like a Child and didn’t reply with a single word, ignoring him completely.

Before going to sleep, while flushing the toilet, Si Nan suddenly noticed that the water in the bowl had turned black. She quickly grabbed her phone and told the group, ”The water has been contaminated by zombie blood. It’s no longer drinkable starting today.”

”What?!” Everyone rushed to their kitchens to check. Sure enough, the water coming out was pitch black, almost like ink.
