Urban Martial Saint

Ye Qing arrived at the hospital just in time to see Lin Dade rushing back.

Upon seeing Ye Qing, Lin Dade paused and said, ”Young Brother Ye, why have you come back? I just heard from a friend that there was trouble here at the hospital, probably the Zhang family causing trouble, and the police have been alerted. Young Brother Ye, you should leave first, they’re definitely targeting you!”

Seeing Lin Dade, Ye Qing was also somewhat surprised, and looked at the tobacco in Lin Dade’s hand and said, ”Weren’t you taking care of Zhou Guiting? Why did you come out? Who is taking care of Zhou Guiting now?”

”Your father went over, he asked me to buy him some tobacco!” Lin Dade complained, ”Young Brother Ye, your father’s habits are really special. In the middle of the night, not settling for just any smoke, but specifically wanting this type of tobacco, it’s really hard to service!”

Ye Qing’s expression slightly changed. According to Lin Dade, Old Wang Ba must be the one taking care of Zhou Guiting now. With the Zhang family and police having gone there, what was the situation over at Old Wang Ba’s end now? Ye Qing knew very well, given the nature of the Zhang family members and these police officers from Xishan City, they definitely wouldn’t be gentle with Zhou Guiting and Old Wang Ba!

”Young Brother Ye, you should go first, I’ll go in to check and will call you if there’s no trouble...”

While Lin Dade was still persuading Ye Qing to leave, Ye Qing didn’t say a word and just ran straight into the hospital.

”Young Brother Ye, Young Brother Ye, don’t go, it’s dangerous!” Lin Dade shouted loudly, but he could no longer stop Ye Qing, who had already rushed into the hospital corridor.

As he approached the corridor outside the wards, Ye Qing could already hear from afar the crying and calling of the little girl Ding Ding, the pleading of Zhou Guiting, and the angry shouts of Old Wang Ba.

Ye Qing’s expression changed; he knew Old Wang Ba’s temperament. The fact that even someone like Old Wang Ba was shouting angrily indicated that the situation inside was unimaginable.

Rounding the corridor, he could see from a distance Zhang Xia standing at the hospital room door, hands on hips and pointing inside, arrogantly yelling, ”Hit! Hit them hard!”

Zhou Guiting was held by two police officers outside the ward, struggling constantly but unable to break free.

”Please, I beg of you, let her go, she’s just a child...” Zhou Guiting wept bitterly, helplessly looking over at Zhang Jun, and said, ”Zhang Jun, Ding Ding is still your daughter, let them let Ding Ding go, please, let them let her go, okay?”

Lu Xiaoli watched Zhang Jun coldly from the side, interested to see how he would handle the situation.

Seeing the stern expression on Lu Xiaoli’s face, Zhang Jun knew he had to show something. He walked over to Zhou Guiting, suddenly kicked her in the abdomen, and cursed, ”Bitch, how am I supposed to know which man you cheated with to have this child. I’m telling you, I don’t acknowledge this child. Either you sign this divorce agreement with me, so we have nothing to do with each other in the future, or you just watch here, how this illegitimatete child dies before your eyes!”

”Fuck your ancestors, Bastard, I’ve never seen a man as despicable as you in my life!” Old Wang Ba cursed loudly, infuriated by Zhang Jun. Blood streamed from his shoulder, making him grit his teeth in pain.

”Shut up!” A nearby police officer kicked Old Wang Ba in the shoulder, causing him to cry out in pain, twisting his face in agony.

Seeing this, Ye Qing’s eyes instantly turned blood red, his mind heated, and he let out a loud yell, charging towards them.

Seeing the newcomer, Zhang Xia’s expression changed instantly, and she immediately retreated behind several police officers, pointing at Ye Qing and hurriedly said, ”It’s him, it’s him, it’s him who beat me!”

Lu Jiangong’s confidant was also pleased as he instantly knew that Ye Qing must be the one who had called Lu Jiangong. They staged this scene in the hospital just to lure out Ye Qing, and it seemed that the effect was very clear now!

”Catch him!” The confidant waved, and several police officers immediately rushed over, surrounding Ye Qing in the middle.

”Careful, he knows martial arts!” Zhang Xia shouted loudly from afar.

”Knows martial arts?” The confidant sneered, ”So what if he knows martial arts? Can he beat a gun?”

As he spoke, the confidant pulled out a gun from his waist, aiming it loosely as if to intimidate Ye Qing.

”Stop!” Several police officers approached, and one of them directly reached out to grab Ye Qing’s arm.

Ye Qing, unhesitatingly, raised his hand and punched the man in the face, causing him to instantly crouch down covering his face.

”Daring to attack a police officer!” Three other police officers immediately rushed over, attempting to subdue Ye Qing together.

However, Ye Qing was much faster than them. The moment he knocked the man down, he executed a Stick to the Mountain move and charged forward, knocking down all three grown men. Especially the one Ye Qing faced head-on, who was sent flying. Beside Ye Qing, these men were no different from children!

Seeing this, the confidant’s expression changed instantly, and he finally believed Zhang Xia’s words, instinctively raising his gun to aim at Ye Qing.

”Don’t move, or I’ll shoot!” the confidant shouted loudly.

”Compare guns with me?” Ye Qing glanced coldly at him, suddenly rolled to the side, and dodged the close range of the gun. The moment he stood up, he pulled a gun from the holster of the police officer on the ground.

”Fire! Fire!” his associate shouted loudly in nervousness, sensing an ominous premonition.

Out of the dozen police officers standing behind him, only two or three drew their guns. But as Ye Qing moved swiftly, they couldn’t get a precise aim at him. However, during Ye Qing’s movement, several gunshots rang out, and nearly simultaneously, the arms of those few police officers were shot, causing all their guns to drop to the ground. That included the associate, who took a bullet in his shoulder, suffering so much pain that he almost rolled on the ground screaming.

During this time, the police officers standing behind the associate finally drew their guns. But by then, it was already too late. Ye Qing had rushed forward, grabbed Lu Xiaoli’s hair, and lifted her in front of him, blocking his body while aiming the gun at her temple.

”Ah!” Lu Xiaoli couldn’t help but scream in terror, having never encountered such a situation in her life.

”Shut up!” Ye Qing slapped her across the face, causing Lu Xiaoli’s mouth and nose to bleed, and indeed, she didn’t dare to scream again.

”What are you doing!” the associate’s complexion changed drastically as he endured the severe pain and stared at Ye Qing, yelling angrily, ”Do you know who she is? I warn you, if you harm even a single hair on her, I guarantee you won’t leave here alive!”

Ye Qing didn’t speak, and simply raised his hand, firing a shot at the associate’s other shoulder. Overcome by the pain, the associate finally couldn’t bear it and fell to the ground, rolling around and screaming in agony.

The nearby police officers were stunned. They had seen fierce people before, but never anyone this fierce. Snatching a police gun and shooting officers were capital offenses!

However, once Ye Qing disregarded these charges, it was the police officers’ turn to fear Ye Qing. Each one instinctively stepped back, fearing they would be the next ones Ye Qing shot!

Ye Qing, holding Lu Xiaoli’s neck, slowly walked over and said coldly, ”Release them!”

A few police officers looked at each other, uncertain of what to do.

The associate, enduring the pain, shouted angrily, ”Hurry up and let... let Miss Lu go, otherwise... we’ll kill your friend first...”

”This gun still has two bullets left, killing Miss Lu, one bullet is enough!” Ye Qing eyed the police coldly and said sternly, ”The remaining one can still kill one of you, who wants to die?”

The police officers’ complexions changed further, and they simultaneously stepped back a bit more, none of them wanting to die.

Ye Qing said coldly, ”I’ll say it one more time, release them!”

The police officers holding Zhou Guiting and Old Wang Ba hesitated a bit, but Ye Qing suddenly raised his gun to aim at them, and those officers quickly let go, impressively quick.

Old Wang Ba, sweating profusely from pain, staggered over to Ye Qing and said, ”Damn, Young Ye, you’re finally back. If you hadn’t come soon, I’d be done for!”

Zhou Guiting had just been released and rushed into the ward like a madwoman, holding her daughter Ding Ding in her arms and bursting into miserable tears.

”Sorry, I’m late!” Ye Qing looked at Old Wang Ba and said, ”But the person we were looking for, we finally got a lead!”

”That’s great!” Old Wang Ba was overjoyed and said, ”You’ve finally lived up to my arrangements!”

”Huh?” Ye Qing was momentarily stunned, asking in surprise, ”What did you arrange?”

”Come on, if it weren’t for me, how would you have come to Xishan City!” Old Wang Ba didn’t explain further, waving his hand and saying, ”Stop the nonsense, help me call a few doctors, I’m damn near dying here!”

Ye Qing, holding Lu Xiaoli, stepped into the ward where a fat man was still lying unconscious on the floor, Ding Ding and the skinny man had been released. Both sides of Ding Ding’s face were swollen high with clear finger marks, obviously having been hit just moments ago. Seeing such a scene made Ye Qing even more infuriated. The people holding them in the ward were all police officers; their actions were too contemptible.

As for the skinny man, he had been tortured beyond recognition, covered in blood, hardly better off than the fat man.

In the ward, several police officers also saw Ye Qing’s fierceness. Seeing Ye Qing and his group enter, they tried to bypass Ye Qing intending to leave the ward. The others were Zhang Jun’s parents and family members, who were pressuring Zhou Guiting to divorce Zhang Jun, but they had not expected someone like Cheng Yaojin to appear out of nowhere.

”Stop!” Ye Qing suddenly shouted loudly, and the police officers immediately reacted, standing still but not daring to run out.

Ye Qing threw Lu Xiaoli beside the bed, instructing Old Wang Ba to watch her with the handgun. This made the outside police hesitant to act rashly. Then he walked up to the police officers, eyeing them coldly.

The police officers were trembling, unsure of what Ye Qing wanted to do, but everyone felt uneasy.

Ye Qing asked coldly, ”Who hit them just now?”
