School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 325: Chapter 369 Hatred

The blade’s tip, unimaginably sharp, was giving off a blinding cold light, and a chilling aura enveloped the surroundings as a killing aura surged.

”Swoosh...”

The tip of the blade neared Chen Nan’s chest, almost piercing his heart, but at that moment—

”Clang...”

A sound like metal clashing rang out, and Chen Nan’s hands emitted a blinding white light, catching the dagger with two fingers. His eyes suddenly shot open, staring at the woman in front of him, ”You’re not my junior sister, who are you exactly?”

”Go ask King Yama!”

The woman snorted coldly, her other hand transforming into a hand blade, chopping fiercely at Chen Nan’s neck.

Moves brutal and lethal, each one aiming to take a life!

”Slap...”

As Chen Nan blocked with his other hand, his body sprang up; the fingers clamping the dagger suddenly channeled Inner Strength, and with a ”zing” sound, he broke the dagger in two, the finger still clamping onto half of the blade tip stabbing towards the woman’s throat.

The woman in white widened her eyes, trying to evade, but Chen Nan was too fast; in the blink of an eye, the blade tip was pressed against her neck.

Chen Nan did not deliver a fatal blow, but merely subdued her, ”If I’m not wrong, the person at the underground arms factory last time was you, right?”

”If you want to kill, then kill, why waste words.”

”Indeed, I knew something was off with the details, how you differed so much from my junior sister. Turns out you really are an imposter,” Chen Nan said while staring at her, ”I remember, your surname is also Ye, right? What’s your name?”

”Hmph!”

The woman in white snorted coldly, paying him no heed.

Chen Nan sighed, speaking indifferently, ”Now that you are my prisoner, there’s no need to be so haughty. How about if I use a knife to mark that pretty face of yours a few times, you think the result will look nice?”

”You... you wouldn’t dare!”

Chen Nan shrugged, ”There’s nothing I wouldn’t dare to do, now tell me honestly, what is your name?”

”Ye Ruoshui.”

”Nice name, just that the heart is a bit too vicious,” Chen Nan kept his stare at her, ”What exactly is your relationship with my junior sister?”

”No relationship, I don’t know your junior sister.”

Chen Nan’s brow furrowed, ”Then how do you know you resemble my junior sister, and even posed as her, attempting to kill me?”

”Are you a pig?” Ye Ruoshui scoffed coldly, ”The last time in the underground arms factory, you mistook me for your junior sister. If I didn’t realize I resembled her after that, wouldn’t I be as stupid as you!”

Chen Nan was utterly choked by her response.

Ye Ruoshui made sense; he really was foolish, not able to think through such a simple problem, ”Then if we have no grievances or hatred, why do you want to kill me?”

”What a ’no grievances or hatred’!”

Ye Ruoshui’s gaze was dark and vicious as she glared at Chen Nan, clenching her teeth, ”You killed my master, I wish I could drink your blood and eat your flesh!”

”Your master?”

Chen Nan was taken aback, ”Who is your master?”

Ye Ruoshui clenched her fists tightly, but alas, with Chen Nan’s knife tip pressed against her neck, she dared not move her body. She coldly said, ”Death’s Reaper, Soul Severer!”

Chen Nan suddenly came to a realization.

No wonder Ye Ruoshui’s martial arts carried a sinister aura; she was the disciple of the assassin Soul Severer.

Back when he had intercepted Soul Severer on the road, had it not been for Gongsun Yudie lending a hand, he truly wouldn’t have had a hundred percent certainty of killing him. After all, the disparity in strength was too great; the opponent was already at the Qi Dao Ninth Layer Peak, with one foot having already stepped into the Heavenly Realm.

Chen Nan glanced at her, ”Even your master died by my hand. You know you’re no match for me, so you pretended to be my sister, didn’t you?”

Ye Ruoshui stared at him full of hatred, uttering not a word.

”You thought by impersonating my sister to get close to me, you could kill me, but you’re far too naive,” Chen Nan said with a cold laugh. ”From the moment you first called me ’brother’, I felt something was off about you. Besides, when washing vegetables and cooking, my sister wouldn’t just stand by and watch like you did. Based on my understanding of her, she would definitely come to help me cook. Although I had no proof and couldn’t confirm you were an impostor, it doesn’t mean I was not vigilant!”

”Hmph, now that I’ve fallen into your hands, kill or cut as you please; spare me the nonsense!”

”You think I dare not kill you?” Chen Nan’s face turned cold, ”If it weren’t for that face of yours looking just like my sister’s, I would’ve ended you with a single slash right now.”

”Phut...”

He pressed a spot on her body, sealing her acupoint and her inner strength.

”Today I’ll spare your life temporarily. If you seek death again in the future, I will show no mercy.” Chen Nan pointed toward the door, ”Out!”

Although Chen Nan well knew the principle of eradicating the roots, this time he truly couldn’t bring himself to do it. He couldn’t swing his blade at someone with the same face as his sister. Moreover, he suspected that Ye Ruoshui might actually share a blood relationship with his sister!

After all, they both shared the Ye surname, and they looked exactly alike!

If indeed that was the case, he certainly couldn’t bring himself to kill a relative of his sister.

”The enmity of killing my master, we are irreconcilable!” Ye Ruoshui said, staring at Chen Nan filled with resentment, ”Don’t think that I will be grateful for your mercy!”

”I never once thought you’d be grateful to me,” Chen Nan said, giving her a glance, ”Besides, with your inner strength sealed, I doubt you could cause any trouble. If you don’t want to die, don’t seek death in the future. Leave quickly before I change my mind!”

”I will definitely make you regret this!”

Ye Ruoshui glared fiercely at Chen Nan, leaped off the bed, and strode towards the door.

Watching her figure disappear at the doorway, Chen Nan’s expression turned grim as he clenched his fists.

He had thought his sister had returned, but it turned out to be a false hope. Amidst such joy and sorrow, it was hard for anyone to remain calm.

”Idiot, why did your sister leave in such a huff? Did you two have a fight?” Su Qingqing walked into the room, sat down by the bed, and looked at Chen Nan with concern.

Chen Nan shook his head, ”She’s not my sister.”

”Not... not your sister?” Su Qingqing was taken aback, placing her hand on Chen Nan’s shoulder, ”How can she not be your sister? I know you must be upset with each other. Calm down, don’t take it to heart.”

”She really isn’t my sister!” Chen Nan’s face showed a hint of a smile, ”Don’t ask anymore, I’m fine, you don’t have to worry.”

Su Qingqing scratched her head, utterly puzzled.

This idiot had previously introduced that person as his sister; why is she suddenly not his sister anymore? Strange!

Although Su Qingqing was curious, she was more so relieved. Regardless of whether or not that person was Ye Yiyi, to her it made no difference; the most important thing was that the rival in love had left, and now, only she, Su Qingqing, remained by Chen Nan’s side!

”Idiot, don’t be sad. No matter what, I will always be by your side.” With one arm wrapped around Chen Nan’s neck, Su Qingqing leaned her head on his shoulder and tenderly said.
