Naruto: Reborn as Konoha's Idol

Chapter 145: Chapter 145 Sasuke was the first to speak up

”Kakashi-sensei, my Water Trumpet Technique isn’t very proficient. Can you demonstrate it for me again?”

Sasuke was the first to speak up. With this kind of Ninjutsu that required spitting from the mouth, he didn’t believe Kakashi wouldn’t take off his mask.

”No problem, watch closely.”

Kakashi formed hand seals.

”Water Release: Water Trumpet!”

The stream of water passed through the mask and sprayed out. Sasuke looked speechless; the water permeability of this mask was really good.

Seeing that the Water Trumpet didn’t work, Kano stepped forward.

”Kakashi-sensei, I want to learn the Great Fireball Technique. Can you demonstrate it for me?”

Hmph, water can pass through, but won’t fire burn your mask to pieces!

”Doesn’t Sasuke know this Ninjutsu? Why don’t you just ask him to teach you?”

”Sasuke’s use of it is too crude. I want to see your more advanced version, Kakashi-sensei.”

Kakashi was speechless. She was actually looking down on the Uchiha Clan’s Great Fireball. Oh well, it was just a demonstration and not very taxing.

”Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique!”

A large fireball was blown out from Kakashi’s mask. It could be clearly seen that the flames were ignited only after being blown out of the mask.

Even that works... ”Kakashi-sensei, I want to learn the Rock Pistol Technique!”

Spitting rocks surely couldn’t pass through the mask.

”Naruto, I recall you don’t know any Earth Release at all, right? Why do you suddenly want to learn Earth Release?”

”Because... because...”

Kano-chan hadn’t given him an excuse.

”Because he wants to cosplay as a peashooter.”

”Right, I want to cosplay as a peashooter.”

Kano had thought of an excuse for him, so he repeated it without even thinking, although he didn’t know what cosplaying as a peashooter meant.

”Fine, since I promised. I’ll demonstrate it for you, but don’t blame me if you can’t learn it.”

”Earth Release: Rock Pistol Technique!”

Kakashi inhaled, sucking a bit of the mask into his mouth, then generated a small earth ball on the outside, held it, and spat it out.

”That works too?!”

Kano couldn’t hold back anymore and jumped straight down from the Shadow Deer.

Since super intelligence didn’t work, it was time to use super strength.

”Everyone! Go!”

The Konoha 14 Little Ones attacked together, some charging and some controlling.

”Fang Over Fang!” ”Human Bullet Tank!” ”Leaf Great Whirlwind!” ”Gentle Fist Art: Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms!” ”Naruto Uzumaki Barrage!” ”Protection of the Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms!” The melee fighters took turns, forcing Kakashi to dodge constantly. Even his counterattacks were blocked by Hinata and Neji.

”Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique!” ”Summoning Jutsu: Kunai and shuriken!” ”Insect Sphere.” Sasuke, Tenten, and that guy used mid-range attacks to restrict Kakashi’s movement.

”Ninja Art: Shadow Imitation Technique!” ”Ninja Art: Shadow Binding Technique!” ”Mind Transfer Technique!” ”Genjutsu: Hell Viewing Technique!” The Nara siblings cast spells together, Ino tried to take over the body, and Sakura used genjutsu, all attempting to restrain Kakashi.

Plus, Karin used her sensory abilities to constantly report his position.

It forced Kakashi to even open his Sharingan. The little ones got more and more worked up as they fought. They managed to restrain him several times and were just a bit away from taking off the mask, but some inexplicable accident would always interrupt them.

”Sis, I can’t do it anymore. I’m out of Chakra.”

”Kano-chan, I’m out of Chakra too. He’s too hard to control. I’ve controlled birds and frogs several times instead; where did they even come from?”

”Me too. Even if my genjutsu hits, it can’t restrain Kakashi-sensei.”

The control group members had all run out of Chakra. Because Kano had been using her family’s secret techniques, her Chakra was also nearly exhausted, though she was slightly better off than them.

Sasuke, with his Sharingan active, jumped over, panting heavily. He had not only provided mid-range suppression but also engaged in close combat; he was arguably the busiest person.

”I’m almost at my limit too. Kano, use that move.”

Kano nodded in response.

”Yeah, we can only use that move.”

”Everyone, execute Plan D!”

Kano pulled out the hunting flute, took a deep breath, and formed seals, preparing to cast Wind Release.

The others immediately took out prepared earplugs, with Shikamaru being especially quick.

Seeing that things were not right, Kakashi immediately covered his ears.

But he still underestimated the piercing power of the hunting flute.

”Requiem!”

A sharp, ear-splitting sound centered around Kano spread out like waves. A wave hit Kakashi, throwing him into a churning sea. Dizziness, suffocation, and a splitting headache followed.

Because the others had special earplugs, they were basically unaffected. They rushed up and pinned Kakashi down, with not even one limb per person on average.

Kano also threw away the hunting flute halfway through and rushed up, straddling Kakashi.

”Hahaha, Kakashi-sensei, we finally caught you. Now, let’s see your true face under the mask!”

”Kano, stop! Isn’t it better to keep some mystery between us?”

Kano ignored Kakashi’s plea for mercy and decisively pulled off the mask!

There was still another mask... Pull again!

Yet another mask... Finally, one last pull!

Finally, Kakashi’s true face was revealed!

”Quick, take a picture!”

Gekkō Hayate, hidden by Transparent Release, took three quick shots, perfectly recording Kakashi’s bare face.

Everyone was very excited to gaze at Kakashi’s true face at first, but when they saw it... they just felt... ”He’s quite handsome, but he still doesn’t look as good as he does with the mask on.”

”Indeed.” x13

Everyone chimed in with Kano.

”Maybe we should just use the photo with the mask on; that one feels a bit better.”

They put the mask back on Kakashi, and the others dispersed.

Kakashi now felt like a decent woman who had been violated and then called ugly afterward.
