Naruto: Reborn as Konoha's Idol

Chapter 42: Chapter 42: Raiding Homes is Much Faster Money than Doing Missions

Just as he turned around amidst the sinister laughter, he saw a large group of people rushing from behind.

”Sister Kano! I can kill the strong now, I can become a hero for the weak!”

With one eye slashed and blood not yet fully coagulated, a freshly stopped bleed on his forehead, and multiple scars all over his body, Inari arrived at the bridge with a group of villagers.

Clearly, Inari, wearing a metal pot on his head, had gone through a fierce battle.

”Everyone! Even the weak have the possibility of defeating the strong! As long as we work together, we can definitely kill these bad guys who bully us!

Just like the two guys I killed! I killed them as a weakling! The strong can be killed! Gato can be killed too!”

Inari’s eyes were filled with the raging fire of revenge; the enemy was right ahead, and the opportunity for vengeance was right before him. Even though he was just a child, he had learned many ways to overcome the strong from Kano.

Traps, techniques, wisdom, public opinion... and so on, all sorts of means and methods. It was precisely with these methods that he had trapped and killed the two villains who kidnapped his mother.

Although Inari paid the heavy price of an eye.

This is not the end, but the beginning!

He knew that one person’s power is limited. To deal with rich men and capitalists like Gato, only by uniting all available forces—letting the poor and those with nothing join together—could the strongest power of the weak be gathered!

This is also the power most suitable for now!

”Anyone who dares to step foot on this island again, we, the islanders, will not let them return alive!”

The islanders behind him responded with shouts.

”Inari, you guys...”

Seeing that his daughter and grandson were safe, Tazuna’s heart finally settled.

”Inari-kun?!”

Kano was also very surprised that Inari had become so brave, even taking down two people. Kano didn’t understand how he did it; his record was better than Naruto’s!

And why did it feel like Inari’s killing intent was so heavy? Who on earth did he learn that from! She was worried about that side just now, but unexpectedly, those two thugs had already been slaughtered like pigs by Inari.

Gato was exasperated when he saw these unruly people daring to resist him, and that the woman who was supposed to be taken hostage was actually right across from him.

”Those two useless trash, they couldn’t even handle such a small matter! You lot, go! Kill them all!”

The thugs were still hesitating whether to charge or not. The numbers on the opposite side were no longer inferior to theirs, and were even greater. These thugs made Gato stomp his feet in anger.

”I’ll pay you more! Kill them for me!”

He thought about dealing with these useless thugs once he got back.

Naruto chuckled and formed hand seals.

”I’ll lend you a hand too! Shadow Clone Jutsu!”

Poof! Many Naruto clones popped out.

”At that level, I can still bluff a bit with my current Chakra. Shadow Clone Jutsu—Kakashi Version!”

Kakashi also created dozens of clones to bluff.

Kano, not to be outdone, jumped to the far rear and took out her hunting flute.

”I might not have as many clones as you, but I have other abilities that are much more useful. Marching Score, Wind Release: Great Breakthrough!”

Three Shadow Ninjas, Shadow Zabuza, and Shadow Haku blended into the crowd. The high-pitched music, like waves crashing against the shore, vibrated across the battlefield, making everyone’s blood boil as if they had been injected with chicken blood!
