Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

It wasn’t a big deal for everyone at first to have one more Flandre around, but soon they realized that they were wrong.

”Daddy... hug...”

Flandre smiled at Fang Zheng, opening her arms in a pose demanding hugs and affection.

”Daddy... eat...”

”Daddy... sleep together...”

”Daddy is the best...”

”Wait, wait, wait, something’s off here!”

Black Cat was the first to sense something strange.

”Even if she’s Mr. Fang Zheng’s own daughter, this is... a bit too cute!”

”I really want a daughter too...”

Asuna’s eyes sparkled as she watched Flandre hugging Fang Zheng with a blissful smile, filled with anticipation and longing.

”No, what I mean is... is this Flandre’s character setting? It feels somewhat off!”

”Who cares, isn’t the Flandre in the setting supposed to be mentally twisted for staying alone in the basement for four hundred years? The little girl now hasn’t been locked in a basement for four hundred years, so there shouldn’t be any issues.”

Eiriri hummed a song while continuing with her drafts—by the way, she planned to release a side story for the Galaxy Princess series to celebrate the comic con...

Luckily, Rhea really couldn’t see.

”No, what I mean is, why do I find her so adorable?!”

Black Cat was still puzzled.

”I can’t describe it, but looking at her, I find her immensely cute, wanting to hold her tight and squish her like seeing an adorably small kitten!”

”Meow.”

Right then, an actual little kitten passed by, glanced at Black Cat, then turned around and returned to its room.

Not only the girls were baffled, but even Fang Zheng felt... pretty scary!

Honestly, when he transformed the Chaotic Power into an existence like Flandre, Fang Zheng didn’t think much. Just as he told the Goddess of Order before, it was only during the actual process that Fang Zheng realized two of his Divine Positions were not useful, leaving him with no choice but to use the Divine Power of the God of Magical Girls. Among the few characters that fit the Magical Girl setting and the Chaos faction, Flandre was one he personally liked. In fact, she was the first one he thought of, followed by a sense of cuteness.

Fang Zheng had some familiarity with Flandre as a character, but it’s limited. After all, the Touhou series initially started as a bullet hell game where dodging bullets was more interesting than the storyline, and Flandre was a hidden boss, so players clearing at N difficulty might not even see her.

Thus, Flandre became prominent mostly through fan materials and secondary settings, plus illustrations.

Fang Zheng’s impression of Flandre remained as ”the little girl is quite cute,” ”being locked in the basement by her sister for four hundred years is really pitiable,” ”a vampire can actually be a Magical Girl?” ”her ability to destroy everything is truly awesome.”

By the way, the last one was primarily from when many Flandre fans waged battles online, leaving comments like ”XXXX’s power is just meh, my second lady can crush you with a slap” for Fang Zheng...

So, it could be said Fang Zheng was basically a casual fan, thinking the little girl looked cute, had a pitiful backstory, some interesting settings (since having a vampire as a Magical Girl is indeed unexpected), and the ability to destroy everything being powerful (though Fang Zheng couldn’t understand how with such power she could be locked away for four hundred years). Beyond that, nothing else.

However, precisely because his impression of Flandre was vague, it inadvertently led to unexpected results, combined with Flandre’s fans liking to engage in online battles, constantly arguing primary and secondary settings, leaving casual viewers like Fang Zheng clueless about their discussions, resulting in such a maneuver.

Someone like Remilia wasn’t suitable for this, because her fans online were mostly consistent, and Fang Zheng’s understanding of Remilia was far greater than Flandre’s, which led to his inability to incorporate Remilia.

Fang Zheng actually intended to form a rough concept to envelop this chaos, like capturing a prisoner; you need to capture them first before educating and transforming them. You can’t just start ideological propaganda while they are still in the army, right?

Now the prisoner is caught, but Fang Zheng felt... as if he’s lost control a bit.

”Daddy... eat...”

Flandre grabbed a piece of cake and giggled as she stuffed it into Fang Zheng’s mouth, revealing an innocent and pure smile.

Mm... no, how can she be this cute?!

Fang Zheng didn’t expect the ”cuteness” attribute to be so powerful. Just looking at Flandre in his arms, he was overjoyed, nearly wanting to hug her tightly and squish her!

But...

”Mm...”

”Daddy...”

At this moment, Little Fire Dragon and Yui also approached from both sides, one rubbing their hand and the other pitifully tugging at his sleeve...

”Alright, alright, come over here...”

Fang Zheng patted Little Fire Dragon’s head and tapped Yui’s head.

Sigh... suddenly having three daughters, indeed it is quite a headache.

”Meow!”

The little kitten mewed lightly, then jumped onto Fang Zheng’s head, curled up, squinting its eyes, looking down at a Chief Dragon, a Digital Elf, and a Vampire...

Hmm?

Isn’t there anyone?

Thinking about it like this, it seems kind of sad.

But with such cute daughters, it doesn’t matter.

A few days later, Fang Zheng brought a group of people back to the Game World to attend a comic convention.

Honestly speaking, the Game World in Fang Zheng’s Free World is where he feels most relaxed and at ease. Like the World of Love, there’s no major political conflict or friction; countries mainly focus on technological upgrades, and the emphasis of technology upgrade is on serving the entertainment industry...

Huh? What? You ask why technology upgrade serves the entertainment industry?

Who cares, you know in the World of Love, everything is for love! Some time ago, Fang Zheng heard Setsuna report on the situation there, and it turns out they’ve developed quantum communication just so astronauts in space stations can communicate with their girlfriends on Earth...

Compared to that, the entertainment industry still serves the masses, which is better than spreading love confessions!

In this world, Fang Zheng’s interests are minimal, having invested only in a gaming industry, without getting involved in anything else. Unlike in the Type Moon World, where as soon as he enters, he has to listen to reports on global affairs that might influence human history.

In comparison, figuring out which games are bombs and which are masterpieces here is much more fun.

This comic convention, Fang Zheng definitely participated in. But since he’s participating, it won’t just be a modest convention selling merchandise. Why not go for an exciting large-scale ACG performance?

So under Fang Zheng’s arrangement, the entire convention had quite a change. Besides the usual merchandise sales, there were band performances and cosplay group shows, making it a lively event. Right now, Fang Zheng is taking Flandre to enjoy the final preparations of the exhibition.

”Daddy... pretty!”

With one hand grabbing Fang Zheng, Flandre stretched out the other to point at the painting in the distance, smilingly saying. Fang Zheng nodded and patted her little head.

”That’s right, there are even prettier things ahead, come, let’s take a look.”

”...Okay!”

Although outwardly she looks like a girl about ten years old, Flandre is essentially primordial chaotic power. Even if restricted by the ”cute” attribute, she’s still a blank slate. In fact, she’s no different from a babbling baby.

Hmm... honestly, with this appearance and behavior, she shows symptoms of infantile dementia.

However, Chaos’s learning ability is quite rapid. In just less than three days, she’s evolved from a babbling infant to a talking child of one or two years old. Soon, she might reach the level a child of her apparent age should have.

”Daddy... that, looks nice!”

”Alright, alright, let me see what it is...”

Hearing Flandre’s words, Fang Zheng chuckled, then turned his head and his expression froze instantly when he saw the promotional poster opposite.

”Ah, Mr. Fang Zheng, you’re here!”

Behind the table, Eiriri, preparing decorations, noticed Fang Zheng and waved cheerfully at him. Fang Zheng sighed helplessly at her.

”Eiriri, didn’t I ask you to change the poster to one where the character is wearing clothes?”

”Eh? It’s fine like this, it’s not showing anything?”

”Covering it with tentacles doesn’t mean it’s not showing! Believe me, if Rhea sees this, she might kill you.”

”Relax. She can’t come, and she can’t beat me anyway.”

Eiriri proudly replied to Fang Zheng’s words. As she said, how could the vase-like Galactic Empire Princess, who can’t stand up to corpse puppets, directly challenge the Reaper Army, and safely return from a death game, be a match for Eiriri...

”You say that, but still be careful...”

”Careful of what?”

Hearing Fang Zheng’s words, Eiriri paused. Just then, Flandre, who was standing beside Fang Zheng, stared at the poster, eyes sparkling, and reached for it.

”So interesting...”

As she spoke, Flandre gently clenched her right hand.

In the next moment, the poster behind Eiriri burst into fragments with a ”bang.”

”..............”

This moment, Eiriri’s face turned ashen.

”Mr. Fang Zheng, this...”

”Don’t worry, at least I won’t let it harm you...”

Although chaotic power is restrained, it’s still quite dangerous. Like putting a tiger in a cage, it’s still a tiger. Now, chaotic power expresses itself as a simple ”setting” on Flandre. It flawlessly replicates Flandre’s ability to see the destruction point in everything and destroys everything by squeezing it. Fortunately, under Fang Zheng’s guidance, Flandre knows some points shouldn’t be squeezed, but those things she’s never seen before—Flandre still loves trying them out.

Like a great white shark seeing humans, although it doesn’t know what they are, it first bites to check.

Hmm... but really, it still needs some restriction.

Watching Flandre smiling at the shattered poster and Eiriri standing stiffly like a statue, Fang Zheng stroked his chin.

Truly, yet to keep a close eye on her.
