Dimensional Codex System: I'm really not a cultist!

When Fang Zheng returned to the school again, a small doll appeared by his side. This doll was none other than the spirit projection of Sakuramitsu Shinmei. Through this little doll, Sakuramitsu Shinmei could engage in some activities with Fang Zheng’s assistance---of course, Fang Zheng had to make a lot of adjustments to avoid being detected by the Divine Sense.

Right now, the two of them were in the infirmary, watching the screen in front of them.

After that, Sakuramitsu Shuu, as expected, was rescued from GHQ by Yangg Shenyai, and unsurprisingly forced to join the organization and undergo a series of training. Of course, for the memory-lost Sakuramitsu Shuu, it all seemed like forced actions.

At present, Fang Zheng and Sakuramitsu Shinmei were looking at the screen, watching Sakuramitsu Shuu and Inori Yuzuriha talking to each other under the night sky.

”That vessel......”

Seeing this, Sakuramitsu Shinmei once again let out a low growl that sounded full of resentment, and hearing Sakuramitsu Shinmei’s growl, Fang Zheng helplessly glanced at her.

”Sakuramitsu Shinmei, let me ask you a question. If you were to eliminate the biggest obstacle on your romantic path with Shuu, who would you choose?”

”......Do I even need to think? Of course, it’s this foolish vessel!”

”Ha ah......”

Listening to Sakuramitsu Shinmei’s answer, Fang Zheng sighed helplessly. During the time spent with Sakuramitsu Shinmei, he had more or less understood her character. To put it bluntly, she was like a spoiled young lady who liked everything to revolve around her, meaning......

”Please be sensible. Even if you kill Inori Yuzuriha, can you guarantee Sakuramitsu Shuu won’t look for another woman? You saw it yourself, there are other women in the organization, and there are even ones in class who have a crush on Sakuramitsu Shuu......”

”Then I’ll kill them all, creating a world with just me and Shuu!”

”......... I’m seriously asking you this question, can you answer me seriously?”

”Huh? I’m answering seriously!”

”Do you think even if only the two of you were left in the world, Shuu would fall in love with you?”

”.........”

This time, Sakuramitsu Shinmei didn’t say anything.

”Can’t think of an answer?”

”......Can’t think of it.”

”Then let me tell you... to remove the obstacle from your love path with Shuu, the first one you need to eliminate is...... Yangg Shenyai.”

”......Treton?”

Hearing this name, Sakuramitsu Shinmei was quite surprised.

”Why him?”

”You really don’t get it?”

”I don’t understand.......”

Watching Sakuramitsu Shinmei shaking her head, Fang Zheng was completely speechless.

”Yangg Shenyai loves you deeply, right?”

”Of course.”

Talking about this, Sakuramitsu Shinmei seemed quite proud.

”I saved him, gave him a new life, so he belongs to me!”

”That’s where the problem lies.”

”.........?”

”Listen carefully.”

Fang Zheng looked straight at Sakuramitsu Shinmei, realizing that with her level of emotional intelligence, he needed to spell it out clearly.

”Assuming Sakuramitsu Shuu regained his memory, and further assuming Sakuramitsu Shuu truly loves you, but there’s still a barrier between you two. The fact that you’re siblings. Sakuramitsu Shuu isn’t stupid; he knows that from a general standpoint, it’s impossible and won’t be accepted by the world.”

”That’s why I want to destroy this world to create a new one where Shuu and I can start anew!”

With that, Sakuramitsu Shinmei grew excited again, while Fang Zheng silently stared at her.

”......Will you listen to what I’m saying or get lost.”

”.........I’m sorry.”

”Fine, let’s continue... However, Sakuramitsu Shuu knows that Yangg Shenyai also loves you, which makes his choice very simple. You see, if no one else loves you, then Sakuramitsu Shuu might still be hesitant. But now with Yangg Shenyai in the picture, to Sakuramitsu Shuu, Yangg Shenyai being with you would bring you happiness, so he can completely withdraw---he might suffer pain, but in the end, Sakuramitsu Shuu would convince himself that this is the best choice for you.”

”No way!”

Hearing this, Sakuramitsu Shinmei’s face was like she had been struck by lightning on a clear day.

”But, but I only love Shuu deeply!”

”That’s how men think. So do you understand? Yangg Shenyai is Sakuramitsu Shuu’s trusted childhood friend. So to him, if Yangg Shenyai can be with you, he can let go of his unrealistic ideas and pursue new happiness... Do you understand?”

”Yangg Shenyai.......”

Hearing Fang Zheng’s explanation, Sakuramitsu Shinmei seemed to finally understand, she stared at the screen again, displaying a gritted teeth expression.

”I should have killed him back then......”

”It’s because you didn’t succeed that things turned out like this.”

Fang Zheng snorted, shrugged, and looked back at the screen.

”Oh... hold on, there’s some drama unfolding.”

At this moment on the screen, Sakuramitsu Shuu was acting recklessly, asking Inori Yuzuriha ”if I were to leave the Funeral Society, would you come with me,” the result... Inori admitted it was Yangg Shenyai who gave her everything, including that phrase she said to Sakuramitsu Shuu, ”I belong to you,” which Yangg Shenyai asked her to say...

Knowing all this, Sakuramitsu Shuu was dumbfounded. However, when he chased after Inori for an explanation, he found her entering the room of a disheveled Yangg Shenyai.

A single man and woman, alone in the deep night, implies something even Sakuramitsu Shuu understands well.

”Oh, I didn’t expect such a fine twist.”

Seeing this, Fang Zheng whistled; he initially thought of finding an opportunity to separate the two, but didn’t expect this little girl named Inori Yuzuriha had her tactics!

It’s time to sing a song... hmm.

”Promises of eternity are just words. What part of me do you love; you can’t even say. When you meet a handsome guy, you throw me aside. The summer heat, the heart like a cold winter night...”

Humming a tune, Fang Zheng watched Sakuramitsu Shuu cry and run back to his room, then turned to Sakuramitsu Shinmei.

”Your opportunity has come.”

”I know, that vessel... dared to hurt Shuu...”

”.........”

”Uh...”

Noticing Fang Zheng’s gaze, Sakuramitsu Shinmei paused again.

”What? Did I do something wrong again?”

”I’m about to send you into Sakuramitsu Shuu’s dream, what are you going to do?”

”Do you need to ask?”

Facing Fang Zheng’s question, Sakuramitsu Shinmei confidently raised her head.

”I’ll tell him that woman is a fickle scumbag; only I am worthy of him... Hey, what are you doing!?”

However, before Sakuramitsu Shinmei could finish her words, Fang Zheng directly punched her on the head.

”Are you an idiot? You must be an idiot! If it weren’t for your somewhat decent face, I’d have quit cooperating with you!”

”What? Did I say something wrong again? Isn’t that true?”

Sakuramitsu Shinmei held her head, full of confusion.

”That woman did deceive Shuu, didn’t she? If it weren’t for her presumptuous words to Shuu about ’I belong to you,’ Shuu wouldn’t have thought that the vessel liked him, and he wouldn’t have been hurt like this!”

”You’re not only emotionally unintelligent but also a stone-cold woman......”

Fang Zheng was completely speechless.

”Indeed, everything you said is correct. But it’s precisely because it’s correct that Sakuramitsu Shuu won’t accept it. It’s like when you mess up something, and someone comes along with a smug look and tells you, ’Hahaha, I knew you’d screw it up,’ wouldn’t you want to scratch their face with blood?”

”Uh......”

”Moreover, no matter what, this is Sakuramitsu Shuu’s first love. A man always has some fantasy about his first love, and if you speak ill of Inori Yuzuriha, it won’t lower his good opinion of her, but rather it will decrease his good opinion of you. Remember this point! Understood?”

”......Men are really complex.”

”In my view, women are the same. Alright, next you’ll do as I say. Anyway, I’ll send you into his dream, and what you need to do is simple, just play with him.”

”......Play together?”

”Exactly, you and your brother should have had some wonderful childhood memories, right? Memories of playing together?”

”Of course there were......”

”Great, just do that, and during the process, keep your mouth shut. Just immerse yourself in the past memories with him. Don’t say any irrelevant nonsense, because I feel whenever you shut up, you resemble a person. But when you open your mouth, your intelligence is exposed!”

”What did you......!”

Hearing this, Sakuramitsu Shinmei was instantly furious and wanted to pounce forward. However, Fang Zheng snapped his fingers, and in the next moment, Sakuramitsu Shinmei’s soul transformed into a flash of light, flying into the screen, disappearing into the sleeping Sakuramitsu Shuu’s mind.

”Having a useless teammate is really a headache.”

Watching Sakuramitsu Shuu on the screen, Fang Zheng shook his head helplessly, then leaned back in his chair and started humming a song again.

”What a pity it’s not you, who accompanied me to the end, once walked together but lost at that intersection........”

Although Sakuramitsu Shinmei always gave Fang Zheng an impression of low emotional intelligence, he must admit that as long as she followed people’s advice, it still worked. The appearance Sakuramitsu Shuu presented the next day was visibly better than the previous day. However, what made Fang Zheng most speechless was still Sakuramitsu Shinmei herself......

”Yesterday, we replayed childhood games in the dream, Shuu is still so clumsy, it was really interesting......”

”You know? Actually, Shuu is afraid of heights, every time he crossed a bridge he would hold my hand......”

Even when showing off your brother, there should be a limit.

Watching Sakuramitsu Shinmei with a face lost in nostalgia as if truly trapped in memories, Fang Zheng’s face was covered in black lines. I don’t care if your brother is cute, can you stop talking about it with me? I’m not interested in men!

While Sakuramitsu Shinmei is showing off her brother, the ”plot” continues to develop. Yangg Shenyai was nearly killed by a shot fired from the satellite ”White Blood Cell” arranged by GHQ in low Earth orbit. In retaliation, he decided to lead the Funeral Society into GHQ’s White Blood Cell control center and completely destroy it.

During the battle, the White Blood Cell control system was destroyed, and one of the satellites aimed directly at their city and fell.

Of course, this was all ”plot” set in stone.

If not, why would a satellite fly back home on such a vast Earth?

To stop the satellite from falling, Yangg Shenyai planned to sacrifice himself to destroy that satellite. He obtained the ”pen” previously sent to Sakuramitsu Shuu by GHQ, which was actually a signal transmitter. By pressing the signal, the three White Blood Cell attack satellites in low Earth orbit will fire beams at the signal direction to completely destroy it.

Now, Yangg Shenyai planned to use this method to have the other two satellites destroy the falling satellite — of course, along with himself.

”Yangg Shenyai, indeed a brave man.”

Through the sniper scope, Fang Zheng’s lips curled slightly as he watched Yangg Shenyai standing on the launch pad, holding up the signal transmitter high in his hand. It’s undeniable, Yangg Shenyai had high intelligence, decent emotional intelligence, and was good-looking, a perfect match with Sakuramitsu Shinmei. However, unfortunately, Sakuramitsu Shinmei had no romantic feelings for Yangg Shenyai at all, especially since she learned from Fang Zheng that Yangg Shenyai was the biggest obstacle in her romantic journey with her brother. Sakuramitsu Shinmei was determined to kill him.

Unfortunately, I’ll send you a song.

Thinking of this, Fang Zheng opened his personal terminal, and soon, music started playing in his ears.

”Love is irrational. Some people are popular, some are not eligible. The road is made by humans, why should I fear. At worst, don’t love.”

Meanwhile, around the launch pad, Sakuramitsu Shuu watched Yangg Shenyai, clenching his hands tightly.

Am I only able to stand and watch?

Am I only able to stand here?

However, just as Sakuramitsu Shuu was heartbroken, a voice suddenly reached his ear.

”Do you want to save him, Shuu?”

”Huh?”

Hearing this voice, Sakuramitsu Shuu turned his head surprisedly, looking behind. There he saw Inori Yuzuriha standing before him — but Sakuramitsu Shuu could feel that it was not Inori Yuzuriha, but another person. A person he was very familiar with......

”Do you want to save........Yangg and everyone?”

The voice sounded again, and this time, Sakuramitsu Shuu replied without hesitation......

”Well done, Shinmei.”

Seeing Shinmei interact with Sakuramitsu Shuu using Inori’s body, Fang Zheng smiled again. This was also his advice to Shinmei. In this way, Sakuramitsu Shuu would feel the sense of responsibility, and when that time came, everything would end.

But unfortunately for Yangg Shenyai......

Fang Zheng once again moved the sniper scope to focus on Yangg Shenyai. At this moment, he was already holding up the signal transmitter towards the light spot falling from the sky.

Meanwhile, the music continued to echo.

”She’s like a fairy, she’s too beautiful. I’m so ordinary, I can’t speak. I know deep down, chasing her would result in........Lucky ones, aren’t me.”

”Yangg————!”

At this moment, Sakuramitsu Shuu, holding the super fusion void weapon, reached Yangg’s side.

”This isn’t just my wish, nor is it just my power!”

While shouting, Sakuramitsu Shuu raised the void weapon, aiming at the light spot.

”I want......to save everyone!”

The next moment, the light beam erupted, piercing through the sky.

The falling satellite was penetrated, exploded, and everything returned to normal. In the White Blood Cell control center, silence prevailed. All the rebels were annihilated, only Yangg Shenyai sat quietly on the ground, gazing at the aurora-lit starry sky.

Meanwhile, Sakuramitsu Shuu walked to his side.

”Why did you come?”

Yangg Shenyai said softly.

”Let me be the only sinner.”

However, in response to Yangg Shenyai’s question, Sakuramitsu Shuu replied.

”Didn’t I say? I will help.”

As he spoke, Sakuramitsu Shuu stretched out his hand towards Yangg Shenyai.

”In this way, I’m an accomplice too.”

”.........”

Watching Sakuramitsu Shuu extending his hand, Yangg Shenyai slightly smiled, then he also held Sakuramitsu Shuu’s hand. However, at this moment......

”Bang!!!”

The gunshot rang out.

The spinning bullet quickly shot into Yangg Shenyai’s head, the massive impact tearing apart his skull, blood mixed with brain matter scattered, and Yangg Shenyai maintained his previous posture, slowly falling to the ground. During the process, he seemed to hear a song......

”Hey~ I don’t have that luck, she has no reason to fall in love with me. Heroes and beauties are from the same realm. Just blame that too few lovers and too good rivals, persuading oneself not to be foolish........”

”Bang.”

Yangg Shenyai fell to the ground, his mouth twitched a few times, then fell silent completely.

Only Sakuramitsu Shuu’s cry echoed in the night sky.

”Yangg——————!!!”

Alright, it’s a wrap.

Putting away the sniper rifle casually, Fang Zheng stood up and stretched lazily, then he smiled slightly, looking at the distant bodies and the utterly shocked, shouting Sakuramitsu Shuu.

Next, let’s see how this good show concludes.
