Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 444: Chapter 365: Singing and Dancing (Part 3)

He gave a definite answer and then asked why the other wanted to become a Trainer.

The child said, ”So that my mom and dad won’t be bullied anymore, and we can bully others.”

The impact of the environment on children is evident.

Da Wu hadn’t been sleeping well those days, not even concentrating while searching for stones, which led to his unfortunate fall into the underground river nearby from a collapsed crevice.

Fortunately, Pyrite Town was finally changing.

These were all observed by him, and as the representative of Pyrite Town—Baimu, Da Wu believed that the latter’s adaptation to the outside world greatly determined the future direction of Pyrite Town.

So one day, Baimu would return to Pyrite Town, bringing a new ideology to its people.

When he came to Baimu’s side, he intended to wake him up and let him sleep inside to avoid catching a cold, yet he felt a chilling gaze.

Da Wu raised his head and saw a huge tiger with black and yellow striped fur walking out from the woods not far away.

In the moonlight.

Those scarlet eyes were captivating.

”Lei Gong... why is it here?” Da Wu was startled, sensing that Lei Gong seemed threatening, with a faint intention to attack.

”...Metagross!”

He quickly whispered, and the originally sleeping altered-color Metagross abruptly opened its eyes, a gleam flashing in them.

”Meda!”

The altered-color Metagross suddenly flew up, positioning itself behind Da Wu.

The presence of his partner gave him some sense of security, although he didn’t know what was up with Lei Gong, he definitely wouldn’t let it attack.

It wouldn’t be good if Baimu got caught in the crossfire—

”Wait!”

As Da Wu took out the Key Stone, and Lei Gong’s forehead began to glow blue, an urgent voice came through.

The two turned to look at the speaking Baimu.

”Though I’m not sure what’s happening, please believe me, there has to be some misunderstanding.” He calmly stood between the two.

From the surrounding environment, it was evident that the two hadn’t started fighting, indicating there was still room for negotiation.

The main figure appeared.

Da Wu, Metagross, and Lei Gong all retracted their aggressive stances.

”Let me explain briefly.”

Baimu, facing their somewhat confused gazes, began to introduce the situation between them.

Soon after.

Da Wu, with his right arm crossed and his left hand pinching his chin, nodded thoughtfully, ”I see, Rocket Team is trying to uncover the secrets of Super Evolution in the Hoenn Region, and Lei Gong came to stop them... What a coincidence.”

”Roar...”

Lei Gong also reverted from its full hostility to a majestic stance. It had initially seen Baimu lying on the ground and the unfamiliar human standing there with an inexplicable momentum and energy, thinking Baimu was ambushed.

It turned out not to be the case; these two knew each other.

Moreover, this man with silver-blue hair was the Champion of the Hoenn Region.

Lei Gong clearly understood that humans who held this title were all powerful and, like it, abhorred evil Trainers.

The critical thing was, they had a lot of influence.

It had once seen a red-haired human Champion in a cape who usually acted alone, but at the end could easily call in a truckload of people to settle things.

Very impressive.

Lei Gong withdrew its gaze from Da Wu and looked at Baimu with curiosity and a bit of suspicion.

How do you know the Champion?

Originally thought to be just an ordinary Trainer, but now increasingly curious about this Little Ghost’s background, knowing that even Pokémon understood that not everyone could know the Champion.

”Well, anyway, it’s good that the misunderstanding is resolved.” Da Wu quickly shifted his focus away from the Rocket Team issue.

He was actually quite busy, if Rocket Team came for something else, he might not have time to resolve it and would delegate it to others.

But for Super Evolution...

Da Wu really wanted to say they were throwing themselves into the lion’s den.

He looked at Baimu, ”It’s been a few months, and your changes really surprise me more and more, even getting the favor of a Legendary Pokémon.”

”Not to the extent of gaining favor yet...”

Baimu awkwardly waved his hand, secretly glancing at Lei Gong beside him and, seeing no peculiar reaction from it, sighed slightly in relief.

”Haha, no need to be modest. Speaking of which, I don’t think I’ve told you what I’ve been up to lately.”

Da Wu switched topics, ”Baimu, how well do you know the history of the Hoenn Region?”

”History? Which part of history do you mean?”

”The history about Super Evolution. Where do you think this mystical power comes from?”

”Uh... naturally born from the earth? After all, it’s stone...”

”Hahaha! You’re not wrong for thinking that either!”

Da Wu laughed and said, ”But I must remind you, the Hoenn Region is a place with frequent meteor falls, so Super Evolution is very likely to come from outer space, from a super meteor that fell from the sky.

”Right now, I am searching for this original super meteor, which ironically aligns with Rocket Team’s goals, though they still believe Super Evolution originates from the earth, searching for Key Stone and Super Stone mineral veins.”

Legendary Giant Stone!

No wonder later Da Wu was encountered by Ailan sent by Fladari to Hoenn, fundamentally their goals are the same.

However.

Baimu was curious about the Legendary Giant Stone, shouldn’t this be guarded by the Meteor People?

Why didn’t Xijana appear then?

Didn’t want to conflict with Da Wu?

The absence of a prophecy about the super-giant meteor descending upon Hoenn in the animation made the once aggressive Xijana a lot more laid-back?

He recalled Xijana’s always-smiling face and felt a bit confused.

Meanwhile, Da Wu continued talking.

”This time, guided by historical documents, I searched all the way to Meteor Falls, which led me to meet you in Fallarbor Town... Hey, so why are you headed to Meteor Falls?”

This gentleman suddenly looked at Lei Gong.

The latter had no interest in Super Evolution and came to the Hoenn Region to thwart Rocket Team’s schemes.

So, following this line of logic... doesn’t it represent Rocket Team being at Meteor Falls!?

Baimu and Da Wu exchanged a glance, and the former quickly asked Lei Gong if this was the case, while the latter began to frown and make phone calls, trying to get in touch with someone.

”Roar~”

Lei Gong, looking disdainfully at the anxious Baimu, reluctantly nodded and indicated that during this trip, it hadn’t found any trace of Rocket Team.

”If you didn’t find them, where did you get the information about Rocket Team’s location?”

Baimu was quite curious about this guy’s source of information.

The previous Rocket Team Base could indeed be explained by electric particles, but Lei Gong couldn’t possibly search from thousands of kilometers away, right?

Someone must have tipped it off, allowing it to chase after Rocket Team’s movements step by step.

”Spill it!”

He attempted to grab Lei Gong’s face.

The big cat glanced at Da Wu, extremely displeased, and used Thunder to warn Baimu, ”Roar!”

There’s an outsider here!

What are you trying to do?
