Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 430: Chapter 361: Meteor People (3-in-1 Mega Chapter)_3

But in the Inverted Scale state, the fury within it surpassed the burden of pain on its body. Looking at the Hydreigon beneath it, its mind was filled with a strong will to take it down even when gravely injured!

”—This ends now!”

”Stop!”

Two voices suddenly rang out.

Tyrantrum paused abruptly with its sharp teeth near Hydreigon’s neck, and the Dragon’s Pulse that Hydreigon was trying to unleash gradually dissipated.

The command was issued by two Trainers.

Some Pokémon will quickly faint after receiving attacks beyond their physical limits, while others will hang on for various reasons.

In official competitions or life-and-death battles, fighting so hard, their indomitable spirit still earns them enough rewards. Street fights... it’s really unnecessary to go to the extent of needing several days to recover; frequent severe injuries also affect Pokémon’s health.

Tyrantrum didn’t fall, but it was on the verge of severe injury.

Sure enough.

At the moment when Hydreigon quietly withdrew, the mountain-like Tyrantrum couldn’t help but kneel on the ground, gasping painfully.

Couldn’t see the end.

The audience couldn’t hide their disappointment. The battle between the two Dragon-type Pokémon lasted only a few rounds, but the power they displayed was enough to excite them immensely.

The masked person quickly stepped forward, stuffing restorative potions into its mouth, calming its breathing, and gently rubbing near its wound.

”You’ve done a great job getting this far. Rest easy, we’ll take you for treatment soon.”

”Roar~”

Tyrantrum growled in response, being recalled into a Pokeball.

Not far away.

”You did well, great job.”

Baimu patted Hydreigon’s neck. It wasn’t long since it started adapting to its new body, so reaching this level wasn’t easy.

But Tyrantrum’s toughness was indeed astonishing. Normally, after taking so many Meteor Shower hits, it should have gone down...

Is it related to the Inverted Scale?

Suddenly.

He turned his head to find the masked person already beside him.

The person spoke, ”You are as excellent as the rumors say, not disgracing your lineage.”

”...Who are you?”

”First, answer my question. How many badges do you have now?”

”Four.”

”When you get six badges, come find me at Meteor Falls.” Xijana removed her mask, revealing a beautiful face and a gentle smile. ”My name is Xijana, and I’m also a descendant of the Meteor People Dragon Tamer like you.”

It’s really her!

Emotions surged in Baimu’s heart, continuing to ask, ”Why six badges?”

”If you think it’s too few, you can come after getting eight badges too.” Xijana smiled with narrowed eyes. ”Anyway, I’ll give you a corresponding trial by then.”

Ignoring the curious gazes around, she raised her hand and opened a Pokeball.

Bang!

Under the moonlight.

A blue giant dragon with blood-red wings appeared, exuding a mysterious aura in its tranquil posture.

Baimu hurriedly asked, ”Wait, what kind of trial?”

”You’ll know when the time comes, keep growing! Excellent Dragon Tamer!” Xijana jumped onto the back of the blue dragon, waving goodbye with a smile.

The next moment.

Salamence’s wings flapped violently, carrying her far away.

The extremely swift speed instantly dispelled Baimu’s desire to pursue, ”...No need to escape that fast, is there?”

And seeing this Salamence, he couldn’t help but recall the ”Rocket Team Member” chased by Lei Gong earlier.

Could it also be Xijana?

Probably is.

No wonder Yasha said that the Rocket Team members in the Secret Base were all knocked out, not by electricity, but by Xijana disguising as a Rocket Team Member?

She seems to particularly enjoy disguising as a villain organization...

”A trial... Six badges.”

Baimu smacked his lips, guessing that the trial Xijana mentioned was probably related to Super Evolution. She specifically chose Hydreigon for the battle, perhaps to test his ability to train Dragon-type Pokémon?

Not satisfied yet?

But the difference between two badges shouldn’t make that much of a difference in strength.

”Once Porygon and Feebas evolve, perhaps it’s time to capture a new Dragon-type Pokémon.” He remembered he still had two unused lines of clues specifying Species Values.

Choosing a 600 Species Value, the probability of drawing a Dragon-type Quasi-God is still quite high.

”Never mind, let’s go first.”

He turned to Hydreigon and said, ”Let’s take you to the Pokémon Center to have your head checked; Tyrantrum’s Dragon Claw must be very painful.”

”Ssss...”

Hydreigon responded vocally.

——

Back at the hotel.

Baimu was about to shout for Lei Gong, but it seemed to sense something, suddenly raising its head and hopping over.

Circling around him, sniffing from time to time.

Undoubtedly, Lei Gong was sniffing Xijana’s scent; it had been searching for this ”unnoticed prey” all day, not expecting to smell it on this Little Ghost.

A good thing?

Definitely not.

The first thought that flashed through its mind wasn’t to ask Baimu if he encountered any suspicious characters, but rather a sense of regret and helplessness.

Despite taking every precaution to avoid getting him involved in this matter, in the end, Baimu met that person and interacted for quite a while; otherwise, the scent couldn’t be so ”strong.”

Thinking of this, Lei Gong looked at Baimu with a somewhat resentful gaze.

Why bother?

And seeing its strange expression, Baimu asked confusedly, ”What’s wrong? What are you smelling?”

”Roar...”

Lei Gong turned away with a low growl, but unfortunately, the former couldn’t understand the meaning of the roar.
