Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 433: Chapter 362: Operation Pet the Cat (Part 2)

Especially calm, very suitable for sleep.

And Porygon discovered it was a Galarian Corsola, so it didn’t care and continued flying aimlessly.

It still needs some time to activate certain systems within its body.

”Roar...”

Lei Gong looked at the bustling morning and not only did it not find it bothersome, but rather enjoyed it. Clearly, when interacting with other wild Pokémon in the past, it often saw similar scenes...

Yet the sentiment felt especially different.

Under its watchful eye, Baimu, having finished his grooming, took out an oversized paper map from his backpack, spread it on the bed, and facing its gaze said, ”Where do you plan to go next?”

”?”

Due to the angle, Lei Gong couldn’t see the map at first and was puzzled, but after standing up, it suddenly understood.

It scanned everything within the vast Hoenn Region but didn’t answer Baimu’s question, simply looking silently at the latter.

”I’m going to Fallarbor Town because there’s a Gorgeous Competition there, and I need to figure out a way to obtain the Gorgeous Ribbon from the Fallarbor Conference.” As if knowing Lei Gong’s intention, Baimu pointed at Lavaridge Town and slowly moved up indicating the route.

Lavaridge Town and Fallarbor Town aren’t far apart; the main reason being that one can take the cable car over Chimney Mountain to greatly shorten the journey.

Otherwise, one would have to take a detour from Route 111 to Route 113—

Which is really unnecessary.

Because when heading from Fallarbor Town to Mauville City, one experiences this section, and passing by again would be quite dull.

Baimu looked at the big cat’s expression and slowly moved his finger down again, ”Then to Mauville City and through Route 118, head to the eastern part of the Hoenn Region, get six badges, and participate in the Meteor People’s trial.”

Upon hearing ’trial’.

Lei Gong’s gaze quickly lifted from the map and landed on him.

”Trial... the trial probably has something to do with Super Evolution, honestly I’m not sure, Xijana suddenly appeared to talk to me and then suddenly ran off.”

Baimu quickly explained, then tapped the map, ”So where do you plan to go?”

He looked at Lei Gong with some anticipation and nervousness.

”Roar~”

The latter slightly raised its paw, intentionally circled the map, almost landing outside the Hoenn Region, but before Baimu could show a disappointed look, the paw quickly moved to Fallarbor Town—

Nearby Meteor Falls.

It looked at Baimu, whose expression changed swiftly, and a faint trace of a smile emerged on its majestic face, as if the corners of its eyes were about to bend down.

”...”

Baimu felt teased by the big cat and couldn’t help but say, ”Feels like your aloof cat persona is kind of collapsing?”

Lei Gong didn’t respond; it didn’t have such a persona, it did whatever it wanted.

”Alright, let’s put this aside for now. What are you going to do at Meteor Falls? Interact with the Meteor People there? Or is there a Rocket Team at Meteor Falls too?”

Baimu asked again.

Lei Gong saw his suddenly excited look, quickly shook its head indicating that was incorrect.

Why is this little ghost not afraid of Rocket Team and even looks so happy hearing about them? So strange, clearly he hasn’t been properly beaten by real villains!

It’s just taking care of those few small fries before.

It felt a bit displeased with Baimu’s dismissal of Rocket Team and worried that he might suffer greatly in future encounters with them, as underestimating often leads to terrifying consequences.

But how could it tell this little ghost that Rocket Team is truly formidable?

Lei Gong was deeply conflicted.

Last night it also thought for a long time about whether to continue traveling with Baimu; on one hand, worried about getting entangled, and on the other hand, reluctant to part ways.

The ultimate conclusion was to go with fate.

If their paths were similar, then they would travel together.

The result was that Baimu’s ideas coincided with its own, specially taking out the map to confirm the route forward, eventually finding their directions weren’t far off.

Should be... no problem, right?

It thought carefully, feeling that given Baimu’s meticulousness over these days, he surely wouldn’t be careless when truly encountering Rocket Team.

Lei Gong glanced at the Aggron, saying that the trainer and Pokémon tend to resemble each other in certain aspects.

There was no doubt that this big guy’s steady nature was quite similar to the occasional calmness Baimu displayed.

On the other hand.

Baimu felt a bit excited.

Meteor Falls and Fallarbor Town are almost next to each other, meaning it isn’t time to part ways with Lei Gong yet. It seems he might have the chance to touch the chin and belly!

He couldn’t help but rub his hands together, noticing Lei Gong suddenly looking over, he quickly put his hands behind his back and coughed twice.

”Hmm, pretty good, quite good.”

——

Breakfast finished.

Baimu, as if it wasn’t him who got shocked last night, still recklessly attempted to touch Lei Gong’s chin.

The effect of the insulating gloves was maximized.

The process was pretty much the same as last night, starting from the back, slowly moving to the side, eventually reaching the soft yet hard chin.

This guy’s face may be round and chubby, but the jaw bone is still easy to feel; it’s just the angle wasn’t adjusted properly causing him to accidentally touch the two sharp teeth, feeling anxious and scared of getting shocked.

But seeing Lei Gong beginning to lie down sideways again, he couldn’t control the urge to remove the gloves.

He glanced at the time and resolved that if he got shocked, then so be it.

Sometimes people don’t know their potential until they take a risk.

Baimu resolutely took off the gloves and began to lightly scratch Lei Gong’s chin, experiencing a completely different tactile sensation that rushed from his fingertips to his brain.

Once, twice...

Hmm? No shock?

His smile blossomed, but in the next moment, it stiffened as leaps of thunder flowed.
