Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 320: Chapter 317: Nimble Twin Heads

The next morning.

Ash Ketchum woke up under a suffocating pressure.

As expected, it was the Double-headed Tyrannosaurus rex pressing on top of him, with over a hundred pounds nearly crushing his stomach and chest. It could have been considered attempted murder.

Fortunately, he had an extraordinary constitution.

He tried to pull his hands out... but couldn’t.

Both were held by the Double-headed Tyrannosaurus. Previously, he could have used his other hand to pinch its nose to wake it up, but what now?

Ash Ketchum fell into deep thought, and soon turned to the Chansey beside him, ”Help...”

”Lucky~”

Chansey awoke from its slumber, first rubbing its eyes to fully wake up, then noticed Ash Ketchum trapped under the Double-headed Tyrannosaurus, who had turned his head to seek help.

A slight smile appeared on its face, ”Lucky~”

Using its Spiritual Power, it telekinetically pried open the mouths of the Double-headed Tyrannosaurus and lifted it into the air.

Ash Ketchum picked up a wet wipe from the bedside to wipe away the saliva on his hands, sighing, ”Its form has changed, but its personality and habits haven’t... There’s still much growth needed here.”

The night before, to help the Double-headed Tyrannosaurus better adapt to its new body, they had struggled to get any sleep till late in the night.

However.

This little one... Well, it’s a big guy now.

This big guy also showed quite a talent for controlling its body, easily altering the characteristic of its two heads always maintaining the same action, making them function like two hands.

It could perform different actions based on different commands.

For example, one high, one low; one up, one down; one mouth open, one mouth closed.

And during the testing, Ash Ketchum discovered some interesting things.

For instance, when the left head’s eyes were covered, and the right head was shown two Sakura Fruits, if you asked the left head how many there were, it could answer perfectly.

In some sense, this might prove it has a single consciousness.

Or could it be some kind of brain connection setting?

While pondering this, Ash Ketchum got out of bed to wash up in the bathroom, and woke up the Mawile sleeping on the sofa. The latter emerged from a pile of dolls and pillows, yawned, and followed behind him.

Meanwhile.

”Hey-woo?” ”Hey-woo?”

Double-headed Tyrannosaurus woke up. Seeing itself floating in the air didn’t surprise it at all, its small wings flapping and hissing.

Hearing the sound, Chansey immediately set it down.

”Hey-woo~” ”Hey-woo~”

Double-headed Tyrannosaurus jumped back onto the bed, nuzzling Chansey with both its large heads.

Being bedmates and with the latter always being very protective, they shared a great relationship. Unfortunately, not being used to its new body, its two heads often accidentally bumped into each other.

And after nuzzling Chansey, it headed to the Galarian Corsola at the headboard, looking down on it majestically.

At first glance, Double-headed Tyrannosaurus didn’t immediately recognize this rock as that annoying guy, but with sight not replacing the senses of smell and touch,

After combining the two, it quickly associated it with the Galarian Corsola.

For this laid-back teammate, Double-headed Tyrannosaurus didn’t harbor much fondness, nor dislike, as it often stole the Trainer’s hand.

In moments of idleness, Ash Ketchum liked to pick up and hold the Galarian Corsola, which the Double-headed Tyrannosaurus sometimes envied as it wanted to monopolize the Trainer’s hand.

Of course, even a simpleton like it understood that some things were impossible, and that the Trainer belonged to everyone.

Therefore,

Double-headed Tyrannosaurus often found little ways to trouble the Galarian Corsola.

Like deliberately dragging it into the sunlight in the morning.

”Hey-woo~” ”Hey-woo~”

One head holding, the other made faces at the Galarian Corsola, with its crimson eyes, before happily running to the living room and placing it on the balcony. Upon returning, one head pushed the glass, while the other locked the window with its teeth.

Ash Ketchum told it these moves the night before, and it had already come in handy this morning.

Awesome!

It trotted to the bathroom to find Ash Ketchum.

”...”

Galarian Corsola floated off the ground, passing effortlessly through the glass.

It couldn’t comprehend why this guy only grew a larger head without gaining intelligence, likely spoiled, always doing these pointless troublesome things.

Along the way, it encountered a Porygon looking like a Building Block Duck, making dead fish eyes.

Hm.

A silent understanding.

It landed on the back of Porygon, which had just the right spot on its back for landing.

”Pory?”

Porygon turned to look at the resting Galarian Corsola, not understanding its intentions, and began waddling its block-like legs to inquire with the Trainer.

Meanwhile, in the bathroom.

It was almost full.

Mawile was on a small stool, using water to clean its fur and Giant Jaw, while Ash Ketchum and Chansey used their limbs to grip the Double-headed Tyrannosaurus’s two heads, forcibly prying open their mouths to brush their teeth.

”Pory...”

Porygon glanced briefly, confirming that the Trainer was preoccupied, and then quietly backed out.

As one of the Pokémon with the highest intelligence in the team, like Chansey, it was considerate, though currently too weak to have much presence.

Yet Ash Ketchum had once told it that it was the core of an important strategy, so he hoped it would grow as soon as possible.

Porygon decided to live up to the Trainer’s trust.

——

Breakfast.

Ready after a bit of tussling.

Being able to see granted the Double-headed Tyrannosaurus extraordinary vitality, finding everything curious, wanting to sniff and explore everywhere, as if wanting to re-memorize all things unseen and unknown over the years.

The simplest way to deepen memory is, of course, biting.

Accompanying Xiaoguang to visit, Piplup was unfortunately the target of its probing mouth.

”Pip-lup!”

It was just about to cry out in pain when it suddenly realized that it didn’t hurt at all.

By the time it reacted, the Double-headed Tyrannosaurus had already released it and was biting something else.

Piplup patted its chest, a lingering fear.

Then.

Cold sweat covered its back.

”Pip-lup?”

Piplup tugged at Ash Ketchum’s pant leg, looking up and asking something.

The latter was initially puzzled until Piplup made a gesture of a firework, followed by another glance at the Double-headed Tyrannosaurus biting haphazardly. Ash Ketchum laughed, ”Sorry, it doesn’t know how to use Meteor Shower yet.”

”Pip-lup!”

Piplup’s eyes sparkled, and it sat on the floor, quickly calming down.

Ash Ketchum found it amusing.

It seemed truly traumatized by Ash Ketchum’s Gible’s Meteor Shower, which made it think of former miserable experiences whenever bitten.

During mealtime.

Xiaoguang inevitably asked about his future plans.

”Mauville City, I suppose, because I want to participate in both the Gorgeous Competition and the Pokémon Alliance,” Ash Ketchum said softly, then asked, ”What about you?”

”Well, I’m planning to visit Littleroot Town to see Xiaogang, then head to Kanaz City for the Gorgeous Competition there.” She thought for a moment, regretting, ”If only our routes matched.”

After spending so many days together, she had become enamored with Ash Ketchum’s culinary skills, and she indeed enjoyed setting off with companions, so she felt somewhat disappointed that they couldn’t travel together.

”As long as we both stay in the Hoenn Region, we’ll surely meet again in the future.”

Ash Ketchum replied reassuringly.

But to be honest, even if Xiaoguang wanted to travel together, he would find a way to refuse. Perhaps Ash Ketchum thought that the more people, the better during a journey, but he was more accustomed to traveling alone with his Pokémon.
