Naruto: Becoming the Soul King

After some wrangling, both sides took a step back.

Seiryū did not have to wash Tsunade’s feet, but he needed to use Kaidō to offset this reward.

At the same time, Tsunade would teach him the Yin Seal in advance.

As for the medical forbidden Ninjutsu, Creation Rebirth: Hundred Healings Technique, it would also be taught to him when the time was right.

Seiryū naturally felt it was a loss.

It was equivalent to losing a reward and also having to try to teach Kaidō to Tsunade.

He only obtained the Yin Seal and Creation Rebirth: Hundred Healings Technique, which he would have received sooner or later anyway.

Seiryū was almost furious.

He could not possibly agree to such conditions willingly.

However, under Tsunade’s tyranny, he could only reluctantly accept this unequal treaty.

Unable to suppress his anger, Seiryū pulled out a small notebook from his Ninja Tool Pouch.

He flipped to a page and wrote a line.

Konoha Year 46, July 26, that bad woman Tsunade tricked me again. I have recorded this grudge.

There were already more than a dozen lines written on that page.

Konoha Year 46, March 3, that bad woman Tsunade hit me on the head again. I, Seiryū, have recorded this grudge.

Konoha Year 46, March 7, that bad woman withheld mission rewards. She deserves to be hung from a streetlamp. I, Seiryū, have recorded this grudge.

Konoha Year 46, March 13.

Konoha Year 46, April 15.

Konoha Year 46.

Konoha Year 46, June 21, that bad woman set a trap for me. Even though I was the one treating, she took all the credit. I have recorded this grudge.

Konoha Year 46, June 28, that bad woman used treatment as an excuse to offset the 500,000 Ryo she owed and beat me when I refused. I, Seiryū, have recorded this grudge.

Konoha Year 46, July 3.

Konoha Year 46, July 26.

On that small notebook were more than ten detailed accounts of Tsunade tricking him.

Her crimes were too numerous to count.

”What are you doing, kid?”

Seeing him turn around and scribble in his notebook, Tsunade curiously leaned over.

After reading the contents, she laughed in exasperation.

Roughly ruffling his hair, she smiled meaningfully. ”Hehehe, I did not expect you to be so petty. You actually wrote all this down.”

”Come on, tell me, how do you plan to get your revenge? Your Sensei is a little curious.”

This kid was really petty.

He actually recorded everything.

Seiryū flashed away from her grasp.

He continued writing in the notebook and snorted coldly, ”You will know when I am stronger than you. If I do not take revenge, I will not be called Seiryū.”

”I will write my name backward.”

These grudges were not forgotten. It was just not the right time yet.

When he became stronger than Tsunade, he would show her what true terror was.

Tsunade did not care about his threat at all and chuckled. ”You brat, even if I give you ten or twenty years, you will not surpass me. Do you really think I, Tsunade Hime, am just for show?”

”Ten or twenty years? In a few years, I will probably surpass you. Just wait.”

Seiryū scoffed.

He was a transmigrator and even had a system.

Was she joking with someone who had such advantages?

In the original story, Obito could contend with Kage level ninja at fourteen or fifteen after turning dark.

Naruto and Sasuke became the strongest in the Ninja World at sixteen or seventeen.

By then, dealing with a mere Tsunade Hime would be easy.

”Then I will be waiting. But until you surpass me, you can only be at my mercy.”

Tsunade showed a kind smile as her knuckles cracked.

Her tone carried clear menace. ”Now I will show you how terrifying your Sensei can be.”

Seiryū only snorted. ”This will just make me add more entries to my ledger. I will take even harsher revenge later. No one will be able to help you.”

”You are getting more and more arrogant, kid.”

”This is not arrogance. It is refusing to yield. Even if I have to bow temporarily under your tyranny, it only strengthens my resolve. Enduring humiliation that others cannot endure will only make me strive harder. I want to become Sage Qing Liu.”

”You have plenty of big theories, but they cannot hide your current weakness.”

”In a few years, you will know what true strength is.”

”Hmph.”

At the dining table, Seiryū ate the lunch prepared by Kurenai and Shizune with a sullen face.

The originally delicious food tasted bland because of his bad mood.

That bad woman Tsunade was truly ruthless.

She used the Mystical Palm Technique on her fists, hitting him while healing him at the same time.

Although Seiryū had no visible injuries, it really hurt.

He angrily made another entry about her in his notebook.

Seeing his expression, Kurenai and Shizune felt both speechless and amused.

But they did not dare say anything.

They did not want to be hit by Tsunade’s fist. It really hurt.

”Very good, Kurenai, Shizune. Your cooking is getting better and better. Keep it up.”

Tsunade was clearly in a good mood.

Teaching that brat a lesson completely swept away the frustration of losing money at the casino.

She felt extremely refreshed.

The more she looked at his sulking expression, the happier she became.

Even the meal tasted better.

”As long as Tsunade-sama likes it.”

”I will work hard.”

Kurenai and Shizune could only respond with dry laughter.

In the afternoon, in the backyard of Tsunade’s home.

”This technique is not difficult to explain. First this, then that, and finally this.”

”Because it is a technique I developed, it follows my usual style. It only requires one hand seal to perform.”

Seiryū explained the chakra flow and hand seal of Kaidō to Tsunade.

He was also curious whether others could perform Kidō.

He had not really considered this before.

He had a lot on his mind, so it was understandable.

Listening to his explanation, Tsunade was silent for two seconds, her expression strange. ”Are you sure the process for Kaidō is that simple? Any Genin who can manipulate chakra could easily perform this technique.”

Seiryū pointed at himself and said truthfully, ”I am a Genin.”

Tsunade fell into silence.

Because Seiryū’s strength was somewhat abnormal, she had almost forgotten that he was only a nine year old Genin.

”You are no ordinary Genin.”

”I know. You do not need to praise me. I am tired of hearing it.”

”Stop talking nonsense. Hurry and try performing it according to what I told you. I am also curious whether others can use the Ninjutsu I developed.”

”I will give it a try.”

Tsunade nodded and began attempting it according to his explanation.

She formed a single hand seal and let her chakra flow along the specified path, attempting to perform Kaidō.

One second, two seconds, three seconds.

A few seconds passed, and nothing happened.

Tsunade stared at Seiryū, revealing a beautiful yet dangerous smile. ”Are you playing with me, kid? How can such a simple process successfully release Ninjutsu?”
