The loader uses its flexible shovel arm, pulling up and down.

This PC board was directly ripped open creating a seven to eight meters wide, six to seven meters high gap.

But Dapao, operating the loader, didn’t stop; he reversed, then swung the triangular steel plate, smashing the PC board open further.

And the zombies beside the vehicle surged in like a tide.

Inside the armory, Fang Tong, seeing more zombies pour in after the loader, seeing several people around that wall, shouted, ”Come over here!”

But the zombies attracted by Li Yu and the others were simply too many.

After pouring into the narrow armory, those few people were swallowed by the zombies in just a few seconds.

The zombies, like an avalanche of snow.

At this moment, besides Xie Weishan, who was trapped in another military vehicle, only Fang Tong was left.

Fang Tong felt some regret, regretting why he coveted these firearms.

They had made all kinds of plans, but despite all calculations, they hadn’t expected so many zombies to be inside the armory.

Although he had a gun and bullets in his hand, it takes time to load bullets into the magazine.

Originally, it was just the zombies inside the armory that he could barely manage.

But now, so many more zombies had surged in.

He couldn’t hold it together any longer.

Finally, after firing another magazine, just as he was about to reload, two zombies grabbed his ankles.

He kicked fiercely, but it was of no use, more and more zombies caught hold of his legs.

He was dragged to the door of the vehicle compartment, clinging on desperately.

Snap!

His calf was severely bitten by a zombie, and as his hand loosened, he fell into the Zombie Tide, never to be seen again.

Dapao, driving the loader, seemed like a creature from another world, the zombies underneath were like ants before the huge loader.

Moving forward or reversing, it could crush many zombies.

The wall hole got bigger and bigger.

In no time, a third of the PC board was mercilessly torn apart.

Li Yu signalled Dapao to smash the vehicle driven by Fang Tong and the others to clear it.

Creating a path for the others such as Yang Tianlong to come over.

Xie Weishan, in the frontmost vehicle, watching Li Yu and the others clear the departure route, shouted excitedly from the vehicle, ”Save me, save me!”

Li Yu, standing outside the vehicle’s platform, firing the gun, felt disgusted.

After using him up, now they want him to save them?

Meanwhile, a person in Yang Tianlong’s vehicle, who had been with Luo before, recognized Xie Weishan.

So he said to others, ”I see Xie Weishan.”

”What?” Luo inside the tank, didn’t have a good view.

Li Yu, while shooting, asked, ”Do you know him?”

But in his heart, he hesitated, if they knew him, should he save him?

These people had used him, reaping profits at his expense, and he hadn’t even settled the score.

Luo angrily said, ”He’s a traitor; just after we left Big Camphor Tree Base, when we were transporting food back, we were betrayed by this bastard. There must be others involved, right?”

Li Tie, looking at the area where zombies densely circled, said, ”Just saw some people with knives being surrounded by zombies, they are probably dead by now.”

Luo didn’t speak again, two seconds later, he told Li Yu, ”They’re no longer our concern, ever since they stole the food, they aren’t with us any longer. Director Li, I’ll follow any of your orders.”

Li Yu understood Luo’s intention.

He told Dapao and the others, ”Don’t bother with him, clear the zombies, and drive away the three vehicles loaded with arms.”

Inside, they didn’t dare use bombs, worried that if they accidentally detonated the arms inside these heavy trucks, they’d all be doomed.

As per the previous operation, everyone swept through the zombies with firepower, with the biggest loader stationed in the broadest area.

Stopping there.

Then Li Gang, Dapao, Li Yu, and others, assisting the heavy machine gun or squad automatic weapon, delivered firepower into the surrounding zombies.

Seven or eight terrifying streams of fire formed a net of horror.

Blocking the zombies from advancing.

The other vehicles, with Yang Tianlong and others inside, took this opportunity to eliminate the remaining zombies in the armory.

Several minutes later, seven or eight people got off the vehicle, walked to the cars other than Xie Weishan’s, trying to start the three cars filled with munitions, but soon discovered that there was no diesel left.

Li Tie got out of the car again holding a tube, to refuel those cars.

In the foremost munitions-laden vehicle, Xie Weishan saw that most of the zombies around had already been taken out.

There were very few zombies left outside his vehicle.

So he decided to open the door and get out.

Li Yu had been keeping an eye on the people in this car, and when he saw Xie Weishan preparing to get out, a zombie appeared from behind the vehicle.

The initial thought Li Yu had of shooting Xie Weishan immediately changed.

He glanced over with the corner of his eye, did not warn Xie Weishan, nor did he help him kill the zombie.

Xie Weishan had a narrow escape, and seeing that there were no zombies left outside the vehicle, he let his guard down.

He opened the door.

Just as he was about to run behind the vehicle, he ran full into a zombie; the sudden impact caused Xie Weishan to be knocked down to the ground.

His gun was pinned down, so he tried to reach for the dagger on his leg.

But just then, another zombie approached.

Seeing the zombie getting closer, he looked hopefully at Li Yu and Yang Tianlong and others.

Yang Tianlong and the others were already upset, they certainly wouldn’t help him.

The old Luo, who had been with them earlier, did not see this scene and naturally did not react. The person on Yang Tianlong’s vehicle, who knew Xie Weishan, saw that Li Yu did nothing and chose to remain silent.

If only they had not defected from them.

When they seized the food previously, did they even consider their eventual fate?

Even that last truck of food, if they hadn’t reacted promptly, Xie Weishan and his group would have certainly taken it as well.

Silence.

No one came to his aid.

The zombie drew nearer and nearer.

Crack—

Xie Weishan was finally devoured by the zombie.

...

Five minutes later.

After refueling and checking the conditions of these vehicles, Yang Tianlong and others sent four people to drive away the four vehicles filled with munitions.

The issue with the original three vehicles was resolved, except for Xie Weishan’s vehicle.

But now, after adding diesel, it could also be started.

Li Yu, seeing that everyone was in the vehicles, signaled to Dapao to also get down and leave.

It was time for them to depart.

Three tanks led at the front, clearing the road ahead.

Followed in the middle by four heavy trucks filled with munitions.

Three armored vehicles on either side protected the four heavy trucks in the middle.

Following closely were three off-road RVs driven by Yang Tianlong and others.

Blocking zombies from the rear.

In the very back was a loader.

Li Yu operated a heavy machine gun on the rear end of the loader, firing bullets at the zombies chasing from behind.

people, 14 vehicles, moving towards Nanzhuang Town Bridge.

Gun smoke filled the air, mixed with the stench of burning zombie corpses.

Zombie corpses scattered everywhere, the munitions warehouse in ruins.

Black smoke rising, dispersing into the sky.

The sound of gunfire still echoed....
