The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1542: Chapter 1542: I Saw This Person in Country M

Trode Freeman immediately lifted his head, shaking it in confusion: ”No, nothing more.”

He quickly added: ”I heard from my dad that after Audrick Zachmann got into trouble, I went through my WhatsApp right away, and that person has already blocked me.”

”Hmm.” Nathalie Quinlan wasn’t surprised.

Since that person could think of finding a ’scapegoat’ from the Zachmann Family, it’s impossible they would still keep Trode Freeman’s WhatsApp and not delete it.

”Since he wanted to talk to you, have you met him?” Nathalie Quinlan didn’t rush, casually looking at the big boy in front of her with serene eyes like a landscape painting, speaking slowly: ”Do you study art?”

”How do you know?” Trode Freeman instinctively asked back, then touched his earlobe and dared not say another word: ”I saw him once, right at the coffee shop outside this KTV.”

Nathalie Quinlan didn’t explain how she knew.

On the way here, she had already obtained Trode Freeman’s complete information since childhood, including that he entered the Beijing Academy of Arts through Leonardy Zachmann’s connections, which she knew thoroughly.

Bernard Ingram has a mess of habits indulged by his family.

Vain, materialistic, ostentatious.

Secretly relying on family ties to often fleece Audrick Zachmann, frequently selling Zachmann’s peripherals in private, and liked to show off at school about being Audrick Zachmann’s cousin to attract girls’ attention.

The friends he hangs out with are a mixed lot, all kinds of people.

However, Trode Freeman has one merit—art.

He has a great passion for art.

The information Nathalie Quinlan obtained clearly stated that Trode Freeman’s greatest strength in the art field is portrait sketching.

He loves realistic sketches.

This kind of realistic sketch is considered the lowest tier in the art world, many people don’t recognize this kind of talent.

No matter how well you do in sketching, the art world appreciates more the sense of mood, such as the style of abstract master Picasso.

Probably because of this, Trode Freeman often skips school.

Slacking off in classes.

”I’ll have someone bring some pencils for you, draw the appearance of the person you interacted with.” Nathalie Quinlan called the waiter, asking them to bring tools for drawing.

An hour later.

Trode Freeman produced a detailed portrait sketch, scratching his head, ensuring he had captured all the details he remembered in his mind, then reluctantly put down the pencil and handed the finished drawing to Nathalie Quinlan: ”Cousin, I’ve finished the drawing.”

Nathalie Quinlan didn’t look at it immediately, but instead propped her leg, gave him a rebellious glance, stood up and before leaving, her voice pressed with turbulent ruthlessness, straightforwardly said: ”Go to the police station yourself, tell the police what you’ve just told me. As for how the police will handle you, however they decide to detain you, they will. Whether Audrick Zachmann forgives you or not later, that’s his business, I won’t intervene.”

Trode Freeman is at most considered a misled accomplice, the situation isn’t too severe. Whether he’s detained or just educated and then released, it depends on the ’victim’s’ attitude.

Trode Freeman showed an expression worse than crying, but still much more perceptive than his grandma, he glanced in the direction the girl left, knowing in his heart that Nathalie Quinlan had given him a break this time.

He gratefully shouted towards the girl’s departing silhouette: ”Cousin, don’t worry, I will go to the police station and turn myself in.”

Nathalie Quinlan left without turning back.

Her steps didn’t pause at all.

When she exited the private room and left the KTV to get in the car, she finally took out the sketch drawn by Trode Freeman and looked at it, then handed it towards the man, her voice hoarse and deep: ”I’ve seen this person in M country.”
