After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1958: Chapter 1962: Marriage?

Watching Leng Zirui and Roselia walk over, Luo Xiaoqian’s gaze skimmed past Roselia and landed on Leng Zirui’s face.

The way the other party greeted her so familiarly, they must be quite familiar with her.

However, looking at Leng Zirui’s face, she had no impression at all.

”I’m sorry...” She smiled apologetically at Leng Zirui, ”Can you tell me your name?!”

Leng Zirui was taken aback, his gaze scrutinized Luo Xiaoqian’s face. Her eyes looked at him clearly, with a slight apology, but more examination, as if she was seeing him for the first time.

Leng Zirui took a step forward, coming face to face with her, and stared intently at her face, ”Sissi, you... don’t remember me?”

”What about me!” Roselia also stepped forward with a smile, ”Sissi, do you remember me?”

Luo Xiaoqian carefully examined her face and shook her head gently.

She had only met Roselia once back in Qingdao, and it was in such a setting that she had no deep impression, so it was only natural she wouldn’t recognize her.

”Sissi had a head injury, which caused some memory problems, don’t take it to heart.” Luo Ke smiled and patted Luo Xiaoqian’s shoulder, ”It’s okay, take your time.”

”Congratulations, sir.” Roselia smiled at Luo Ke.

Dr. Yin and his family were all captured at her behest, so Roselia was quite clear about the situation and could easily guess from how Luo Xiaoqian was acting that Luo Ke must have done something to her, hence the congratulation.

”Why are you congratulating him?” Luo Xiaoqian asked curiously.

”Because we’re getting married soon.” Luo Ke caught her question with a smile.

”Married?!” Luo Xiaoqian frowned in confusion, ”But you just said we were a couple, aren’t we already married?”

”We’re only engaged, not married yet,” Luo Ke chuckled.

Luo Xiaoqian nodded lightly, her gaze falling on his face, but it was full of bewilderment.

A man she’s supposed to marry, why doesn’t she have any impression of him at all?!

Listening to the conversation between the two, Leng Zirui only grew more puzzled.

Luo Xiaoqian’s behavior was too strange, not only not remembering him but also talking so calmly with Luo Ke. Could it be that she... really lost her memory?!

”Sir, lunch is ready,” a maid came over and politely said.

”Okay.” Luo Ke looked at Luo Xiaoqian indulgently, ”Are you hungry? Shall we go have lunch?”

Luo Xiaoqian smiled at him, ”I am a bit hungry, actually.”

Seeing the smile on her face, Luo Ke’s mood brightened significantly.

Dr. Yin wasn’t wrong; although the outcome differed from his expectations by quite a bit, at least she was no longer hostile towards him.

”Come on, you two join us as well.”

Luo Ke, in rare form, invited Leng Zirui and Roselia with a smile, then proceeded with Luo Xiaoqian towards the villa not far away.

Leng Zirui walked behind them, observing the sight of Luo Ke and Luo Xiaoqian walking side by side, glancing at his watch.

The watch showed it was already 11:40, leaving only 20 minutes until the noon deadline Leng Zimo had mentioned. With a nonchalant air, he lowered his left hand and walked into the living room with Roselia, his steps heavy.

With Luo Xiaoqian’s inexplicable amnesia, how was he going to explain this to Leng Zimo?

Knowing that person’s temperament, upon hearing this situation, he would definitely lose control.
