After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 46: Chapter 46 Do Not Wipe

Luo Xiaoqian had no choice but to get up and walk towards her backpack, she raised her hand, wanting to wipe away his traces from her lips.

”Don’t wipe it off!”

Behind her, Leng Zimo commanded in a domineering voice.

Asshole, insane, tyrant!

Muttering angrily in her heart, Luo Xiaoqian bent down to pick up her backpack and walked into the changing room.

She showered as quickly as possible, then put on her clothes and walked out.

Worried that Leng Zimo would lose his temper again, she just casually blew on her hair. She didn’t completely dry it and hurried out of the changing room.

The post-shower blush on her face, combined with her half-wet hair, added a touch of charm to her bare face.

Leng Zimo’s eyes lingered on her slightly swollen lips for a moment, and his brow furrowed again.

Feeling the chill on his face, Luo Xiaoqian looked at herself in confusion, not finding anything amiss. Assuming he was annoyed at her slowness, she hurried to explain, ”Sorry, I... I was sweating a lot, so... I took a shower!”

She was clearly catching a cold, and yet she ran outside with wet hair. He had just declared ownership over her body, and yet she purposely tormented herself – was she deliberately opposing him?!

”Dry your hair!” Leng Zimo ordered coldly.

Can one get angry over undried hair?

What on earth was with this man’s temperament; he was simply unreasonable!

”Oh!” Muttering to herself, Luo Xiaoqian turned around, walked into the changing room, picked up the hairdryer again, and completely dried her hair before coming out once more. She stopped at the doorway, cautiously looking at Leng Zimo who stood inside the rehearsal room, ”Now, is it okay?”

Leng Zimo glanced at her and turned to walk towards the door.

Luo Xiaoqian breathed a sigh of relief, slung the backpack over her shoulder, and eagerly caught up, turning off the music, lights, and closing the door. She jogged all the way to join him in the private elevator.

Leng Zimo took out his phone and dialed a number, crisply enunciating a few words.

”We’re coming down immediately!”

As the elevator descended straight to the B2 parking garage, his hand naturally reached out and grabbed hers.

Ding!

The elevator doors opened.

Before Luo Xiaoqian could react, she was thrown into the back seat of the black Rolls-Royce.

After closing the car door, he simply uttered two words.

”Drive!”

The driver was already accustomed to such scenes and quickly started the car. By the time the reporters hidden in the parking garage reacted, the car had already sped onto the roadway.

Seeing the fleeting figures and flashing lights outside the car window, Luo Xiaoqian became tense all at once.

”Who... who are these people?”

Leng Zimo reclined against the back of the seat, straightening his clothes.

The car sped out of the parking garage.

Luo Xiaoqian pursed her lips and softened her tone a bit.

”Where are we going?”

He wouldn’t want her to accompany him again, would he?!

Leng Zimo gave her a sidelong glance, his dark gaze briefly flitting over her, reading her thoughts. He said indifferently, ”I don’t like women who talk too much!”

Fine, she would keep her mouth shut!

Luo Xiaoqian sat up straight, moved to the seat opposite him, turned her head to look out the window, her lips tightly sealed, not saying a word.

The car was surprisingly large, with opposing rows of seats in the back, wide enough for her to keep her distance from him.

”Boss, we are being followed!” Not long after they drove forward, the driver glanced at the rearview mirror and spoke softly.

”Lose them!” Leng Zimo said calmly.

”Yes!” The driver responded respectfully.

The driver pressed the accelerator, and the car instantly picked up speed.
