Peaceful Farm Life

Chapter 2263: Chapter 2264: Can’t Wait, Dreaming Is Fine Too~

Previously, when Su Mo and Su Xing were in the incubator, they were very weak and had no strength to cry. Every time they cried, they sounded like they were on their last breath. Each time they saw this, no need to mention how worried and heartbroken they felt.

While Su Chengyu was happily feeding baby Su Mo, his phone rang on the table. Su Chengyu heard his phone vibrating and glanced at it instinctively, but then he ignored it.

An Jing, sitting next to Su Chengyu, noticed the call was from Ning Wenxian. When she saw Su Chengyu not picking up, she hesitated for a moment before gently nudging him to answer.

Su Chengyu sneered, ”It’s been over five months with no contact, and we completely broke off five months ago. She probably took the wrong medicine recently, she’s been calling me every day, I’m not picking up, what can she do about it?”

Clearly angry, Su Chengyu picked up his phone and directly added Ning Wenxian’s number to the blacklist, ensuring her calls could no longer come through.

Su Haoyu initially didn’t see it was Ning Wenxian calling; he was playing with his little granddaughter. Later, when he saw Su Chengyu blacklisting Ning Wenxian’s number, he snorted, ”Probably got a new boyfriend, found out he’s not as good as you, so coming back to you.”

Su Chengyu laughed immediately, ”Dad, didn’t you say I wasn’t good at all? Now I’m better than others? Fine, don’t worry, I did like her before but that’s long gone, I’ve moved on, won’t have anything more with her. Besides, we never really had anything, I pursued her, she didn’t agree, and then that was it.”

Su Haoyu finally laughed but didn’t say anything else about Ning Wenxian, instead saying, ”Let’s swap the babies.”

Happy to get to hold his niece, Su Chengyu couldn’t be happier and quickly swapped babies with Su Haoyu.

An Jing chuckled, ”You pass one baby over, then pass the other one back, when will Baobei get to hold them?”

An Baobei immediately laughed, ”Once second uncle goes to work, then I can hold them and not let go.”

Su Chengyu said, ”Why don’t you say your grandpa?”

An Baobei giggled, ”Grandpa’s at home every day now, wants to hold Mo Mo and Xin Xin. I respect the old and love the young, of course, I won’t fight him for it.”

Su Haoyu happily said, ”Baobei is the best, your second uncle was just fighting me for a hold. Thank goodness your mom had two this time, had she had just one, your second uncle wouldn’t have had the chance to hold one.”

Su Chengyu made a cheeky face, ”Dad, wouldn’t it be great if sister-in-law had five this time. Perfectly, you get to hold one, Baobei gets one, brother gets one, sister-in-law gets one, and I get one.”

Su Haoyu was so delighted he couldn’t stop nodding, ”Yes, yes.”

An Jing laughed even more, ”I’ve already given birth to these two, no chance you’ll get five, you’ll have till Chengyu gets married, Chengyu’s wife will give you some.”

Su Chengyu responded immediately, ”Don’t say that, sister-in-law, if I truly get married, I’ll definitely discuss having five kids with my wife for dad to hold.”

Su Haoyu chuckled, ”Make it six because counting your wife, five is not enough to hold.”

Su Chengyu laughed enthusiastically, ”Six then six, dad, just wait, if you can’t wait, daydream about it~”

”You brat!” Because Su Chengyu was holding a child, Su Haoyu, even if he kicked Su Chengyu, didn’t dare to kick hard.
