COTE: A Man On A Mission || Love is War?

“So are 6 million points collected earlier divided equally among each of you?”

”Yes. Everyone took out points they got from school in the past two months and divided equally. Since Miyabi dropped out of school, we managed to scrape together 6 million.”

“That’s good. This way, you still have a way out.”

“A way out?” Asahina-senpai with gravity defying cleavage looked at him with mistful eyes.

“Because Kiryuin Fuka is a gamble. Although success rate is high, there is still a risk of failure. So, even if this strategy fails, you still have the capital, right?”

There is still capital.

Asahina received nearly 6 million personal points in uninhabited island exam that just ended.

And now, she still has more than 5 million in her hands which belongs solely to her.

But she has not used this share yet, so it belongs to her.

So she had always suspected that Hikigaya-kun was deliberately letting her make money, and now he directly lent them such points, which was a timely help, and at the same time guaranteed that she could continue to collect points and go to 20 million level for promotion.

She was actually wondering if Hikigaya-kun also had feelings for her.

Of course, thinking this way makes you happy, but it is also a bit painful.

Because she looked at him like that just now and he didn’t react.

Moreover, choosing this plan of whole class borrowing money is actually a good thing for Asahina-senpai.

The original amount of 16 million was short of 10 million. She actually considered borrowing it first and then going to talk to Kiryuin to let her take over 10 million debt.

If whole class succeeds in getting promoted, then others will bear the 10 million.

If it fails, Kiryuin will be responsible for the 10 million herself.

After all, we have given her the stage and cooperated with her, but she still lost after all this.

So, Kiryuin will definitely have to pay for the 10 million yen herself.

She feels that current situation is acceptable.

Because she was always worried that she would graduate and leave, and it would be difficult to contact Hikigaya-kun in the future.

But, if everyone owes money to him, and it can only be repaid after three years, and Asahina is one of the persons responsible for debt, then wouldn’t she be able to continue to contact Hikigaya-kun more during this period?

That is to say.

Even after graduation, she can still contact Hikigaya-kun openly in the future.

So to speak. It’s good to owe money!

Asahina and others acted quickly.

Meanwhile, Hachiman also received an invitation from Chairman Tsukishiro very quickly.

It seemed that he really wanted to get points to fill his budget without any shame.

After Hachiman paid the points for three promotion spots, they signed an additional agreement in presence of four familiar homeroom teachers.

Students who pay the fees are allowed to go to Class A when they graduate as Class A students.

This agreement will continue to be effective even if Chairman resigns.

Watching Hikigaya-kun leave.

“Congratulations, Acting chairman Tsukishiro. The budget issue has been resolved.” Mr. Mashima said expressionlessly, his face totally looking down upon this dog, “You can continue to set questions.”

“.....” Tsukishiro just smiled bitterly.

“I don’t understand at all,” But Sakagami felt confused.

The two notaries are Hachiman’s past and present homeroom teachers, Chabashira and Sakagami.

This time, Hikigaya Hachiman bought the chance for 3 students to graduate from last A class with 16 million yen per place, but it turned out that all of them were from other classes.

“Oh no, there are no students from my class... I understand. Because they are not needed. We will be promoted to Class A ourselves!” Teacher Sakagami became extremely motivated after reaching this conclusion.

It’s so pitiful. Chairman Tsukishiro was looking at Mr. Sakagami and thinking rudely in his heart.

’Because this is Authority and direction of work that only Chairman knows. That is to guide students to compete in the class, think and grow in each special exam, and accumulate sufficient social experience. And ones who are really taken seriously are actually OG Class A and Class B, which is why the quality of students in two upper classes is generally higher than that of lower. Then, we need to be careful. If the lower class climbs up and surpasses A, then you must strike back. After all, graduates represent the reputation of school, and cannot just put out all the rotten stuff. Mr. Sakagami, although your Class D seems to be starting to rise and even catching up, unfortunately, it has been determined since the time of enrollment that your class is just a tool to accompany A and B. They are specially selected to increase their awareness of diversity of society.’

“Ichinose-san was pushed into A-class track by Hikigaya-kun,” Chie also murmured outside.

’Because this time, he bought three places at a cheaper price, namely Horikita Suzune and Kushida Kikyo from Sae-chan’s class, and Ichinose Honami from my own. Doesn’t this mean that Ichinose-san will never be able to surpass Class A in the future, so my own will never be able to graduate as Class A?’

As the former teacher of Class B, Hoshinomiya Chie would definitely be dissatisfied.

But it didn’t. For current Chie.

“Hikigaya-kun actually paid for Ichinose-san’s promotion fee. So, why? I was thinking about whether or not to hint to her to contact Hikigaya-kun, but now he has already paid the fee for Ichinose-san to move up to next class!”

“Ichinose Honami! How could you develop so well without me knowing?” Teacher Chie was roaring loudly outside of her heart.

”Eh——” The other teacher at the scene felt incredible, but Mashima, seemed relatively calm.

Because he is actually in a good mood right now.

As a teacher of Class A, he thought he was fair enough and had his own rules for teachers of Class A, but it would still be very upsetting if his own kept falling behind.

Therefore, he actually believed that the students in his class would eventually graduate as Class A.

But now, except for Class D which has never sat in A’s position, other three have been Class A, so it is hard to say what the final outcome will be after nearly two years of development.

However, Hikigaya Hachiman signed this agreement and purchased such a promotion spot, which means that he actually acknowledged that Class A will not change hands in the end.

So as teacher of Class A, Mashima felt reassured.

The three students also received message from the school on their mobile phones.

[Congratulations, Ichinose Honami/Kushida Kikyo/Horikita Suzune.

Hikigaya Hachiman has paid the points needed for you to graduate from Class A. You now have the opportunity to move to the class you want at any time.

Please do not be expelled from school before graduation, otherwise your chance to move up will be eliminated as a penalty for not being expelled.]

by school.

This is a set of information sent by the school.

Only recipient’s name is different, but rest of the message is grouped.

“Eh? Eh?” Ichinose was looking at her phone, and when she saw the message alert, she blinked.

Because she has no idea about this.

“This is——” Kushida-chan also received the message.

’This is promotion information issued by the school. From literal meaning, it means that I will not be expelled, and if I can just hold on until graduation, then pass with Class A. Isn’t this a choice to be made when you graduate? Only if I was chosen by him and married to him, he would give me 20 million points, but now.....Does this mean...Hikigaya Hachiman has already chosen me in his heart? Hey, hey, hey, so I am really going to get married after graduation. Although I am mentally prepared, but when it really happens, I will be very nervous!’

Perhaps because she was in a bad mood, Kushida didn’t go out with her friends, but chose to stay in her room first to calm down.

Other side.

[Congratulations, Horikita Suzune. Hikigaya-kun has paid the points you need to graduate from Class A. ...blah blah.]

She also received information sent by the school. At this point, she is eating.

She actually doesn’t like using her mobile phone. After all, she is someone who can spend 10 hours a day reading books.

So there is not much dependence on mobile phones.

However, because of this, sometimes Suzune cannot reply to messages in a timely manner.

But Sakura had also taught her during island exam that she could set special messages or ringtones for incoming calls for people who needed her attention.

And now, a special bell rang.

It was Hikigaya-kun who sent a message.

[I’ve bought you the last place in Class A for graduation at a low price, 16 million yen. If you can save enough before graduation, I’m sure your brother will recognize you.]

by Hikigaya Hachiman.

This text message just now was sent from the school.

And now Hikigaya-kun says this...

In other words, the mission he had assigned to her had already begun.

They had no idea this was just because Hikigaya-kun found out that promotion to a higher class was much cheaper, so he bought it first while the price was low.

There is no psychological inclination.
