Leisurely Traveler with Check-in System

Jiatuo said earnestly, ”If you give me this money, it means you look down on me. I’m a hospitable person, making friends shouldn’t be so awkward.”

Li Younan felt he couldn’t insist further, but he kept planning what gift he should make for Jiatuo’s family.

After dispelling Jiatuo’s worries, Li Younan moved all the wood he delivered into the canopy tent.

The amount of wood was not much, but it was leftover from house building, already dried and ready to be used directly for woodworking.

Frankly speaking, since there was a camper, everything needed for outdoor camping like furniture and equipment was well prepared, so Li Younan actually didn’t need much.

Even outdoor tables, chairs, and loungers were available as foldable ready-made products.

One reason for taking the wood was to relieve boredom, and on the other hand, he really needed to make something temporarily—something he forgot to buy earlier.

He made himself a drawing board.

Since acquiring painting skills, Li Younan had never truly painted a complete picture.

Although the application scenarios for painting skills are quite extensive, such as crafting porcelain, carving dragons and phoenixes in shelters in Canada, painting skills are needed, but a truly complete painting had never been done.

And this beautiful scene before him was perfect for painting an oil painting.

The next day, Li Younan got up early and took the drawing board to the lakeside for sketching.

A few Tibetan children wandered down from the hillside, clearly coming from the village.

The older ones were eight or nine years old, and the younger ones were only four or five, among them Jiatuo’s daughter Zeren Nimei.

These kids likely bragged to each other after Zeren Nimei went home yesterday, saying there’s a very skilled brother by the hillside.

Especially Jiatuo, who showed Li Younan’s video to others while visiting homes in the village at night.

The tiny village had few people, and the news spread quickly.

After all, yesterday when Li Younan was slaughtering the cow, some of the men recognized him.

So naturally, the children heard the adults talking about Li Younan.

Carefree at a young age, with nothing to do, they wandered over to find Li Younan.

Covering one or two kilometers and crossing a mountain, such young children managed to do it, surprising both Li Younan and Liu Li, although the kids seemed to find it normal.

Yet when they were truly by the camper, they were still very nervous and shy, standing far and watching Li Younan and the others.

Only when Liu Li invited them over did they slowly approach.

Since the weather was nice today, Li Younan had taken down the canopy tent’s side curtains, creating an area with a camping table and chairs underneath.

Liu Li had the children sit under the canopy tent, giving them candies, snacks, and cups of tea, and the kids sat there obediently, answering Liu Li’s questions all at once, speaking honestly.

”Did your families know you ran over here?”

”They don’t know.”

”Really? Won’t they worry?”

”They won’t worry, they’ll only scold us.”

”Oh? That’s...”

”It’s okay, when we go out, we say Luobu Lake took us out, so if there’s scolding, Luobu Lake takes the blame.”

The boy named Luobu Lake: ”?”

Liu Li is no longer afraid of open spaces, but still somewhat socially anxious around strangers, yet she seemed much more relaxed with children.

These kids’ unexpected responses constantly surprised Liu Li.

However, it was clear that Liu Li liked children very much.

Here, kids are less exposed than those in the city, knowing less, so even a little novelty makes them very happy.

While Liu Li played with the children, Li Younan, seeing no issues, continued painting.

After a while, as Li Younan was deeply immersed in his painting, he suddenly sensed someone nearby.

He turned his head to see an eight or nine-year-old boy.

The boy had been staring at Li Younan’s painting for an undetermined time, and upon noticing Li Younan’s gaze, he stepped back slightly, placing his hands awkwardly beside himself, shyly smiling.

Li Younan asked, ”Do you like painting?”

The boy nodded, then shook his head.

”You like it? But don’t like it?”

The boy replied in heavily Tibetan-accented Mandarin, ”No, I learned painting, but not this kind.”

”What kind do you paint?”

”I paint, the kind with... people.”

Li Younan’s eyes flickered slightly; he immediately understood what the boy meant—Thangka?

And as Li Younan has Level 3 painting skills, any form of artistic painting style he possesses at a legendary level.
