Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

There were still three students. The three of them tied the two escape ropes together again and wrapped them around the fir tree. They formed an ’n’ shape and threw the two ends of the escape rope down. This way, the last student could put away the escape rope after completing the descent.

”Alright, I’m preparing to descend. The two of you, get ready.”

A male student grabbed one end of the escape rope and shouted down, ”I’m starting. Pull tight below.”

”I’m pulling it tight. I guarantee that you won’t fall.”

”There are a few people helping you. Don’t be afraid. Come down!”

Xu Wen raised her eyebrows at Ye Jian and said proudly, ”Am I bolder than the male students now? Oh my, I admire myself more and more.”

”Forget it. You’re being rash again. How bold of you to say those things. Do you want to sleep in that place tonight?” He Jing liked to hit Xu Wen, who was always arrogant. She didn’t want her to get too complacent and start regressing again.

Ye Jian didn’t comment on this.

Occasionally, He Jing needed to step on Xu Wen’s tail.

The students who landed safely below smiled wantonly. The sunlight scattered, and the three students were laughing.

The male student coming down wasn’t afraid. However, he was careless when he was lowering the buffer. Before the buffer was completely buckled, it was lowered. In an instant, he slid down the escape rope.

”Xu Lin!”

”F*ck!”

”Quick, tighten it!”

Seeing this scene, the male students below roared with widened eyes. Something big was going to happen!

Ye Jian, who had been standing at the side and staring at the scene, had a sharp look in her eyes. She quickly pulled the escape rope and swung it back. The escape rope wrapped around the male student like a snake.

When the students who had witnessed the entire process saw this, their hearts were in their throats, and their eyes were filled with shock.

The shock was still in their eyes when they saw the escape rope suddenly come to life and wrap around Xu Neng tightly. Their comrade, who had been falling, stopped in mid-air. At that moment, all the students felt as if they had escaped the bullet.

Ye Jian grabbed the escape rope with both hands and pulled it tightly. Then, she ran toward the mountain. She pulled the vertical escape rope to form a slope.

The male students immediately reacted. Liu Yang and a few other male students rushed up and pulled the escape rope with Ye Jian.

Song Zhiqiu shouted, ”Xu Lin, lock the buffer!”

He shouted so loudly that the veins on his neck popped out.

Damn it! He was hanging five to six meters above the ground. If he fell, he would break a few bones!

These were all hard and sharp rocks!

The careless male student, Xu Lin, had scared himself half to death. Cold sweat instantly broke out all over his body.

He didn’t expect to make such a mistake!

Fortunately, he was calm enough and didn’t lose his composure. He hurriedly buckled the buffer in his hand onto the escape rope. When he buckled it, he was a little nervous. His hands were trembling.

”Damn it, it’s too tight. I can’t fasten it!”

Xu Lin, who was tied up by the escape rope, didn’t manage to buckle the buffer that was tightened into his camouflage uniform. Ye Jian said to the male student who was pulling the escape rope with her, ”Pull it tightly. Don’t sway! I’ll go over and help him now!”

”Okay, you can rest assured on our side!”

The guys flexed their arms until their muscles were tense. They had to tighten the rope. If they didn’t, the escape rope would loosen and Xu Lin, who was five to six meters in the air, would fall!

Ye Jian nodded slightly. She released her grip and rushed to the other end.
