Three Towers Game

Chapter 385: Revised: Chapter 130: The Desire Tower Even More Twisted Than the Deceit Tower_2

”I’m ready!”

The patient with such a nice name was the one next to Wen Xishu.

Wen Xishu couldn’t help but feel... isn’t this surgery too hasty?

Then, he heard several people moving. It sounded like they were pushing the entire bed out together.

Wen Xishu didn’t want to stay here anymore, he decided to leave. He pulled off all the various IV needles attached to him and sat up.

Then he quietly began to walk out of the ward.

The corridor was empty, all the ward doors were closed, but the hospital hallway felt oddly oppressive.

Almost like an esophagus.

Wen Xishu looked around and noticed there were no cameras in the corners.

After a brief silence, he decided to start running rapidly.

Although minimalism cleared his attribute panel, Wen Xishu’s sequence power combined with his own parkour skills granted him superhuman speed.

He hadn’t run far before... the hospital’s red alert lights began to flash.

The warm yellow lights in the hallway turned into flashing red.

The alarm sound combined with the flashing red lights created an extremely dangerous feeling.

This actually stimulated Wen Xishu’s adrenaline, making him run faster and faster.

At that moment, a door on the first floor of the ward opened.

A grotesque human with six legs, resembling a spider, started chasing Wen Xishu.

”Stop! Stop! You restless patient! You are abnormal! You are abnormal! Going out will only harm society!”

Wen Xishu didn’t expect... to see an evolved species in the Desire Tower World...

But it seemed different from other normal or rare species, the monster behind him had human thoughts and could talk...

Although its appearance was terrifying, with six legs like a spider, it was just running fast and didn’t give Wen Xishu the sense of pressure he felt when facing rare species or higher creatures.

The six-legged human was clearly faster than average people, but still couldn’t catch up to Wen Xishu...

To the point where the six-legged human started to suspect, perhaps this person had already completed the surgery?

This suspicion slowed him down, and Wen Xishu finally used his momentum to perform parkour stunts and climbed out of the hospital.

The hospital was at the edge of Rokkasho, surrounded by forest land.

Wen Xishu could see buildings in the distance, which was the downtown area of Rokkasho.

The island was small, with buildings concentrated in the center.

”Although I don’t have useful memories... I can identify my possible location in the Deceit Tower room based on what I saw through the cat’s eye!”

Wen Xishu started running towards the center of Rokkasho, along the way, he found even the trees were twisted, with some roots growing on branches.

There were also trees blooming white flowers, the texture of which looked like layers of overlapping molds.

”Is this really the Desire Tower? The mutation level feels far beyond the Deceit Tower.”

This was Wen Xishu’s true feeling.

In the Deceit Tower, looking outside through the cat’s eye, although he couldn’t see much, it seemed like the street was normal.

Now, coming to the Desire Tower, he realized this place wasn’t suitable for human survival at all.

There were many more bizarre scenes like this. Wen Xishu sprinted, escaped the hospital, ran through the eerie forest, and finally arrived at the residential area of Rokkasho.

He soon found a convenience store in a relatively remote location. Next to the convenience store was a stone tablet that read ”Welcome to Rokkasho.”

Wen Xishu noticed there were occasional organs mixed with blood and pus on the ground.

As he approached the convenience store, he saw the shop owner was vomiting.

The bald shop owner, carrying a straw hat on his back and holding a palm fan, had sharp beast-like teeth stained with the yellow tinge of a heavy smoker.

”Want to buy something? I recently got a batch of cans from Hujiang, these cans are good stuff.”

The shop owner enthusiastically introduced the cans to Wen Xishu, as if certain he would buy them.

”This peach can contains the saliva and urine of Lord Tianyu. Eat it, hehe, you might die, but you might also grow as tall as Lord Tianyu.”

”And this fish can, eat it and you’ll become smart. As people often say... eating fish makes you smarter.”

”You don’t seem to have any distinguishing features, why not try this drink? This drink is a treasure here, supposedly a blend of ostrich blood, eagle blood, vulture blood, and the blood of Lord Tianyu who grew wings in Hujiang. Drink it, you might fly!”

The shop owner grinned with sharp teeth, his smile terrifying.

Wen Xishu had no interest in these items. He saw the owner had opened a can, the one that could make people grow taller.

Clearly, the can mixed with saliva and urine caused the owner to vomit uncontrollably.

But the owner considered this a precious item and collected the vomit in a basin. He didn’t throw it away, implying... he had other plans.

Wen Xishu realized that normal people would have a hard time surviving here:

”I want to ask about something.”

”You better buy something first, right?”

”I can’t afford it.”

”Oh... you must be an outsider, an impolite fellow.” The shop owner snarled, baring his teeth.
