Three Towers Game

Chapter 367: Chapter 127 Survivor Count_2

”Tetsuya, you’re a good man, but I’m not. You saw it yourself, I already sent that cop away.”

”For a short time, no one will come to bother us. Whatever I want to do to you, I can do it now.”

There was something familiar about those lines...

Takahashi Fumihiko recalled, indeed, it was very similar to what he had said to others before.

Takahashi Fumihiko trembled and said:

”Killing me... won’t do you any good.”

Wen Xishu continued:

”Relax, I’m not some pervert. How about I let Mariko serve you?”

Takahashi Fumihiko’s fear deepened. Obviously, in the Deceit Tower timeline, many bizarre entities were aware of each other’s experiences.

Of course, Takahashi Fumihiko was very resistant to such things, but he was astonished that Wen Xishu would say such NTR lines.

Wen Xishu said:

”You don’t want to be entangled with Mariko, do you? Then tell me about the situation outside. You said it’s a maze out there; what’s that all about?”

”Remember, I completely believe you’re human. Anyone who says you’re not, I’ll kill them, including you.”

Taking a step ahead, Wen Xishu blocked any little tricks Takahashi Fumihiko might play.

Like hinting through some past events that the real Takahashi Fumihiko was already dead.

Undoubtedly, Wen Xishu knew these pieces of information.

He was just very curious about the current state of Rokkasho.

”Outside... outside is a maze. We’re all trapped in the maze. Every time we turn a corner, it might suddenly lead to another place on the island.”

”The space isn’t visually normal... Only inside the rooms, only in everyone’s room, is everything normal.”

”Once you leave the room, you’ll be subjected to the rules. Also... exploring the maze at night, strange entities are more likely to be guided by the maze to rooms with people in them...”

Wen Xishu was very satisfied with Takahashi Fumihiko’s attitude.

The maze was very complex, but precisely because it was complex, it allowed humans to actually have a chance to survive.

What kind of paths are the hardest to survive with monsters? Dead ends, obviously. But now, you can’t be sure where each corner will teleport you.

Monsters can’t be sure either, which means humans, if lucky enough... can survive the night outside.

Wen Xishu asked again:

”Do you have any information on the Gourmet?”

Takahashi Fumihiko shook his head:

”I don’t know.”

Wen Xishu asked again:

”Do you have any information on the Doctor?”

”I don’t know.”

”Do you have any information on Niu Lang?”

”I don’t know.”

Wen Xishu suddenly asked:

”Do you have any information on the polite and smart serial killer?”

Takahashi Fumihiko tried to smile again, that extremely eerie smile to irritate Wen Xishu.

But Wen Xishu slapped him.

In an instant, Takahashi Fumihiko’s smile was corrected.

”I... I don’t know.”

The change in tone, the emotional fluctuation, made Wen Xishu almost certain that Takahashi Fumihiko was the serial killer.

Wen Xishu began sorting through the clues:

”Everything outside is a maze. The living hide in some corner of the maze, hiding in places where sunlight doesn’t reach during the day and exploring the maze for rooms at night.”

”The same applies to monsters, but monsters have a trait, they are more likely to encounter rooms with people in them...”

”In other words, probabilistically speaking, monsters are more likely to visit me at night.”

Wen Xishu actually had a bad feeling; there might be no living people on this island.

If that’s true, surviving here for seven days would truly require intense rationality. There could be no mistakes.

But on the other hand...

If there are still living people on this island, then their abilities must be very strong.

Finding them, in the Slaughter Tower, and even in the real world in the future, might mean gaining a powerful recruitable ally.

”But all that is too far ahead. I need to get through tonight first.”

Wen Xishu sat down on the sofa.

Now, in his eyes, Mariko was a biochemical weapon. He could almost imagine a reasonable cause of death for Mariko.

”If Mariko is the woman who spreads the virus through intercourse... then her being dismembered was likely revenge by a man who had sex with her.”

In this world, there were indeed many strange people. The Island Country was leading the world in focusing on its dark side. Their books describe twisted human nature very well, and they do it very accurately.

”I slept from around ten in the morning until seven in the evening, definitely enough sleep...”

”The rational thing to do tonight is not to miss anyone knocking, but also not to easily open the door.”

”For now, I can use my relationship with Mariko to restrain Takahashi Fumihiko, achieving a temporary balance that will help me last until the second night without problems.”

”Let’s see how deep Mariko’s second request for intimacy will go...”

Wen Xishu decided to have a chat with Mariko:

”Mariko, why are you here? Were you originally from Rokkasho?”

Mariko instinctively leaned closer, holding Wen Xishu’s arm. Wen Xishu wanted to refuse, but upon thinking it over, he realized he needed to give her some hope.

So he let Mariko hold onto him.

”I was originally in Hujiang. Then I started traveling, hitchhiking with others along the way, finding various travel companions, and eventually ended up in Rokkasho.”

Wen Xishu could imagine how many car owners, thinking they were getting a good deal, encountered problems because they had been involved with Mariko along the way.
