Three Towers Game

Chapter 201: Chapter 95: 5 Hearts_2

Wen Xishu said:

”Why are you convinced something happened to him?”

The others were all shocked because in their memory, the patient in 4-2 only made ”fufu” sounds, imagining himself to be an airplane.

Sometimes a raptor, sometimes an F-22, sometimes a Boeing 747, sometimes a helicopter.

Seeing everyone’s eyes on him, Wen Xishu patiently explained:

”Hello, everyone, I am... Wen Xishu. Considering everyone is used to calling me ’Airplane,’ you can call me Ah Fei.”

”I’m better now, my head isn’t full of airplanes anymore. I know it’s hard for you to believe, but it doesn’t matter. You can think of me as temporarily lucid. Before you leave this building to look for Ding Dong, I want to ask, why do you think Ding Dong is dead?”

Based on the initial goodwill of his role, Wen Xishu chose to ask directly. They were all patients on this floor, so there was nothing to hide.

Though surprised by the sudden change in ’Airplane’s’ demeanor, Mo Yuan still said:

”Airplane, that door... whenever someone leaves this floor, the door writes ’Angelica.’ If everyone returns, or if the person who left encounters misfortune outside, the word on the door changes to ’Restricted.’”

Mo Yuan’s nails were a bit long. She hugged herself lonely, with her nails digging into her flesh. Tilting her head, she said with a sob:

”Every day I aim the mirror at the door, just to see the words change.”

Now Wen Xishu knew that the desk lamp could also show the view inside the mirror.

Wen Xishu said:

”The door wrote ’Restricted.’ So, people outside can’t come in, right?”

At this moment, it was the rider who spoke. His real name was Lei Yihong:

”Yes, Airplane. If the door says ’Restricted,’ only Ding Dong can come in from outside.”

Wen Xishu nodded:

”Everyone, is it possible that the door also has a perception range? Maybe Ding Dong just left the door’s perception range. First, we cannot assume Ding Dong is dead.”

”Secondly—”

Though Wen Xishu actually believed that Ding Dong was dead, he couldn’t say this directly.

He walked to the door by the stairs: ”Apart from Ding Dong, none of you have left this floor, right? You should understand the significance of the door Ding Dong built.”

Wen Xishu still had some speculations of his own.

”The world outside is very dangerous. Many of Ding Dong’s belongings are hidden here. If... I mean if Ding Dong really died, then his wish would surely be for us to survive well.”

”If the outside wasn’t very dangerous... Ding Dong probably wouldn’t have made this door either, right?”

Wen Xishu blocked the door:

”Like everyone, I am eager to find Ding Dong. But the premise is that we all stay alive. So, why don’t we sort out what Ding Dong left us? Are there any means to handle dangers?”

Now Wen Xishu’s understanding of history was this—

The great inventor Ding Dong realized his ability early on and could create all sorts of amazing items.

But these items weren’t appreciated—Wen Xishu doubted this because, judging by Ding Dong’s current level, he was essentially a real-life Doraemon.

Why were his previous items not appreciated... why did so many people rush into the hospital afterward?

And now, except for the fourth floor, the whole building was quiet.

Then, Ding Dong moved into the mental hospital. Here, he met a group of patients, formed friendships, and got attached.

Ding Dong also opened a museum on the fourth floor. But the museum was actually for the patients on the fourth floor and not open to outsiders.

Here, Granny Wu, Mo Yuan, Lele, Lei Yihong, and the chef all received special items with ”body” elements.

Ding Dong seemed to care about them a lot, and they also loved Ding Dong.

Here, Ding Dong left the most valuable item from the Deceit Tower mission introduction...

The current trajectory of fate was that Ding Dong did not tell them how to activate the item or where it was hidden, suddenly left the hospital, and then died outside...

Granny Wu, Mo Yuan, and Lele learned of Ding Dong’s death outside through the door’s changes, so they were very worried about him.

In the end, they decided to search for Ding Dong, even if it was just to find his body.

Their fate probably veered towards death because of this decision.

They hadn’t found any item that could respond to their longing. So, not long after leaving, they all died outside.

Or...

They met instant crisis upon opening the door, leaving many items in the museum.

In the Deceit Tower world, why did he always feel a sense of crisis from the lower three floors... It must be because of this.

What Wen Xishu didn’t understand was why Ding Dong didn’t tell them what the most powerful item was before he hurriedly left.

This mission, why did the invitation cut in after Ding Dong’s death, not before? Ding Dong was undoubtedly more valuable than anyone here, yet he died.

So, Wen Xishu had to figure out these doubts. Blocking that door, he said:

”Opening the door will lead to dangers that even Ding Dong might not have coped with. I understand everyone’s eagerness to find him, but we can’t rashly open the door.”

Everyone was surprised. Today, ’Airplane’ was unusually calm, his speech clearer, and his thoughts more logical than before.
