I am the Ultimate Villain, So What If I Kill a Protagonist

112: Chapter 112 Cinemas are Crime Venues”You actually dare to take advantage of me? I’ll fight you to the death!”

Chu Yuan actually dared to bully her so openly; with that fiery temper of hers, Officer Lin Wanzhu charged right at him.

She chased after Chu Yuan, intending to give him a good beating.

”Do you really think I’ll let you catch me?”

”Stop right there! Just you wait, I’m going to teach you a lesson!”

”Do you think I’m an idiot? Would I just stand there and let you hit me?”

Pursuing a woman is like crossing a mountain. But a woman pursuing a man is just a matter of the distance between them, just like the distance between Chu Yuan and Officer Lin Wanzhu.

”Damn it, damn them, what a pair of scoundrels!”

Not far away, Jiang Chen watched the scene unfold.

The chase game between Chu Yuan and Officer Lin Wanzhu looked just like a young couple flirting and playing around.

Officer Lin Wanzhu usually carried herself with a cold, distant attitude, completely ignoring his own grand gestures of affection.

Jiang Chen wasn’t annoyed at all; he simply believed that the harder something was to obtain, the greater the sense of conquest when it was finally achieved.

Yet now, she was secretly acting so intimately with this rich second-generation heir, Chu Yuan.

With nowhere to vent the raging fire in his chest, Jiang Chen was so angry that he overturned the table and chairs in front of him.

”Ding! The host’s actions have caused the Protagonist Jiang Chen to become angry and unstable, the host has gained 3000 villain points.”

The system’s sudden notification made Chu Yuan happy.

It was so easy to harvest a batch of villain points.

It felt great to fleece the Protagonist; Chu Yuan hadn’t even put in any effort, yet Jiang Chen had offered them up voluntarily.

Come to think of it, wasn’t Jiang Chen a person who had lived two lifetimes? His resolve should be firm, so why was he getting angry so quickly?

How could Chu Yuan know that no matter how much memory or mental fortitude he had from two lifetimes, seeing the woman he loved acting this way with another man would inevitably cause the anger in his heart to rise.

Taking advantage of Chu Yuan’s distraction, Officer Lin Wanzhu caught up and blocked his path.

”Tell me, now that you’ve taken advantage of me, how should we settle this score?”

Officer Lin Wanzhu sneered, her expression giving off a chilling vibe.

Officer Lin Wanzhu had been stubborn and hot-tempered since she was a child; never mind being hugged like this, no man had ever even been able to hold her hand.

Now, her ”pure reputation” had been completely ruined by Chu Yuan.

”How to settle the score? At worst, I’ll take a loss and treat you to a movie as an apology.”

”That won’t do. You think it’s that easy to settle things?”

”Oh, so one movie isn’t enough? Then we’ll add another. If that’s still not enough, I’ll watch three with you, I guarantee you’ll be satisfied.”

”Why do I feel like all your conditions are just you taking advantage of me, and you’re getting more and more pushy?”

Officer Lin Wanzhu waved her small fist, looking annoyed.

”Is this called taking advantage? We’re old acquaintances after all. Even if we didn’t grow up wearing split-crotch pants together, we...”

”Stop, don’t say another word.”

Officer Lin Wanzhu was speechless. Where did this guy learn to be so shameless?

If she really let Chu Yuan continue, who knows what he might say.

Officer Lin Wanzhu didn’t realize that in the face of Chu Yuan’s shamelessness, her heart was rarely not angry, but instead, felt a hint of excitement.

This was the magic of Wang Hao’s X-ray Vision; although it couldn’t make Officer Lin Wanzhu fall in love with him at first sight, it was subtly and slowly changing Officer Lin Wanzhu’s perception of him.

Over time, Chu Yuan would take root and sprout in her heart. This was true love growing over time.

Chu Yuan originally hadn’t set his sights on this hot-tempered policewoman.

But unfortunately, Jiang Chen suddenly appeared. Being able to enjoy a delicious meal while dealing with Jiang Chen at the same time—why wouldn’t Chu Yuan do it? It was killing two birds with one stone.

After some bickering and Chu Yuan’s pestering, Officer Lin Wanzhu finally agreed to give him a chance to apologize by accompanying him to a movie.

”What movie do you want to see? I’ll have someone buy the tickets in advance.”

”I heard a comedy came out recently. My colleagues have all been talking about it, but I haven’t had time to watch it. It’s perfect to check it out and see how funny it really is.”

Officer Lin Wanzhu named a movie, and after receiving the order, Zuo Shishi immediately went to prepare.

”Alright, let’s go.”

Chu Yuan extended his arm, blocking Officer Lin Wanzhu’s path.

”What are you doing?”

Officer Lin Wanzhu looked confused.

”Holding hands.”

”Who wants to hold your hand?”

It was one thing to take advantage of her, but for him to want her to deliver herself to him? Officer Lin Wanzhu thought: You’re dreaming.

Looking at Officer Lin Wanzhu’s vigilant expression, Chu Yuan was speechless.

”What are you overthinking? You know what the situation was like when we came in.”

”Who told you to play that ’fancy car and beautiful woman’ act? If I didn’t act as your shield, those wolves outside would have devoured you.”

”You don’t want to be harassed by them, do you?”

”I...”

Officer Lin Wanzhu was speechless. Since every word the other party said was reasonable, she could only reluctantly continue to link her arm with Chu Yuan’s.

”Chief, Captain Lin is holding that pretty boy’s arm and getting into his car. It’s late at night, they... they aren’t going to get a hotel room, are they?”

Jiang Chen and Officer Tang Jun, who were tailing them, saw the two preparing to leave and hurriedly chased out of the restaurant.

Seeing Chu Yuan and Officer Lin Wanzhu leaving, Officer Tang Jun subconsciously said this.

He didn’t know that because of his words, Jiang Chen’s face turned ashen, darker than liver.

Especially the words ”hotel room” from Officer Tang Jun, which made Jiang Chen lose his composure.

Slap! A palm landed heavily on Officer Tang Jun’s cheek, sending him reeling with dizziness, a smear of blood spitting out.

”If I hear the words ’hotel room’ again, I will take your life.”

Jiang Chen gritted his teeth in hatred, issuing a warning in a towering rage.

”Yes... I said the wrong thing, I was just spouting nonsense. I won’t dare to speak carelessly again.”

Jiang Chen’s angry strike had not held back much; one slap had caused Officer Tang Jun to bleed profusely, his mouth corner nearly knocked crooked.

Now, he didn’t dare to have the slightest complaint. Since he had said things he shouldn’t have, he naturally had to pay the price.

”Chief... Chief, what... what do we do next?”

”Follow them.”

Directing Officer Tang Jun to drive, Jiang Chen quickly gave chase.

Officer Tang Jun’s words made him very unhappy, but the situation he described was not impossible.

In case, under Chu Yuan’s sweet talk, the inexperienced Officer Lin Wanzhu really went to get a hotel room with a rich second-generation heir like Chu Yuan.

Thinking of this, Jiang Chen’s face turned green; he felt like he was about to be cuckolded.

Even though he and Officer Lin Wanzhu had absolutely nothing to do with each other.

”They actually went to the cinema. Are they going to watch a movie?”

Tracking them all the way, seeing that Officer Lin Wanzhu didn’t go to a hotel but instead walked into the cinema hand-in-hand with Chu Yuan, Jiang Chen’s hanging heart finally settled down.

Immediately, a bad thought welled up in his mind. Whether in his previous life or this one, there was a popular saying: cinemas were the places young couples loved to frequent most.

Big movie on the screen, little movie in the seats. Jiang Chen used to often hook up with inexperienced female college students in cinemas.
