I am the Ultimate Villain, So What If I Kill a Protagonist

105: Chapter 105: We still need to clarify the details.Inside a hospital in the Magic City.

Zhang Yang, who had been unconscious for who knows how long, finally opened his eyes in a daze.

He didn’t know if he had been woken up by physical discomfort and pain, or by hunger after not eating for a day.

In short, his whole body felt like it was falling apart, especially a certain area, which was still in excruciating, heart-wrenching pain.

When he rubbed his head and his consciousness gradually cleared, the scenes from last night flooded back into his mind bit by bit.

The takeout he ate yesterday had naturally been spiked with special ingredients.

This was something Chu Yuan had specially concocted using the medical skills he obtained from Lin Tianyang.

It could cause someone to fall into a deep coma and completely lose the ability to resist, but it wouldn’t cause them to completely lose consciousness.

Therefore, even though Zhang Yang had passed out yesterday, he knew everything that had happened.

”How could this happen? Why would something like this occur?”

Zhang Yang cried, unable to stop himself from bursting into tears.

If it were before, he would never have believed that such an absurd thing could happen.

But now, not only had it happened, he had become the victim.

Moreover, this matter seemed to have caused an uproar and was known to everyone.

He only knew that in the end, the police had burst in. As for what happened afterward...

”Why have my hands become so rough?”

”This... what on earth is going on?”

Zhang Yang became completely anxious; he only felt that his whole body was still sore and weak, as if he had aged several decades.

Naturally, he didn’t know that after he fell unconscious, he had received a one-star negative review and was punished by the system, which deprived him of ten years of his lifespan.

Added to the lifespan previously taken by the system, he had lost twenty years of his life in one fell swoop, turning him from a spirited young man in his twenties or thirties into a greasy middle-aged man in his forties or fifties.

With a creaking sound, two police officers walked in, intending to properly question him about what happened last night.

Upon entering, they saw that Zhang Yang had woken up, hugging his knees and weeping.

The police officers looked at each other; seeing this situation, they didn’t know how to console him.

After all, this kind of shocking matter was something they had never even heard of before, let alone encountered.

Thinking about this, both of them felt a sense of being unable to laugh or cry.

Fortunately, both had good professional ethics and didn’t react too strongly, so as not to make Zhang Yang feel even more embarrassed.

”Master, he’s awake. Should we question him?”

The young police officer, Xiao Ma, asked tentatively.

”The higher-ups have already given instructions to have us ask about everything clearly, the more detailed, the better.”

The older police officer, Lao Zhong, nodded.

”I don’t know what those people above are thinking. How could he be embarrassed to talk about such a thing, yet they still make the two of us come to ask? Isn’t this just rubbing salt in his wounds and making him suffer more?”

Xiao Ma couldn’t help but mutter.

Of course, he didn’t have any resistance in his heart; on the contrary, he was a bit eager to try.

Because he also wanted to know the specific reasons for this matter.

Holding a curious mentality, Xiao Ma also wanted to get to the bottom of it.

”Mr. Zhang Yang, we are police officers from the local station, here specifically for your case.”

”Regarding what happened last night, please cooperate with us, Mr. Zhang Yang, and describe the cause and course of events in detail so as to facilitate our investigation.”

After entering, the older Lao Zhong adopted an official tone and began to question him.

Xiao Ma took out a notebook and started recording.

The two didn’t pay too much attention to the changes in Zhang Yang’s body.

They just assumed that Zhang Yang had suffered such a bolt from the blue, was feeling stifled and depressed, and was a bit haggard.

Zhang Yang, who was silently wiping away tears, became completely furious when he heard the other party still wanting to rip open his scars.

”Get out! Get out, all of you!”

”Mr. Zhang Yang, we are doing this for your own good. Only if you cooperate with us and tell us the truth can we handle it better. In the future, whether it’s legal proceedings or filing a lawsuit, it will be to your benefit.”

Lao Zhong continued to persuade, hoping the other party would cooperate.

”I’ll say it one last time: get out!”

Seeing that the two had no intention of leaving, Zhang Yang became even more incensed, and his voice even rose a few notches.

This ”get out” was practically roared out.

”Mr. Zhang Yang, clarifying the truth of the facts is good for you, good for me, and it is our duty. I hope you can cooperate.”

Lao Zhong was not discouraged by the other party’s rage; he continued to patiently persuade him.

There was no other way; the higher-ups had given an order that the two must find out exactly what happened last night. Otherwise, they would be punished.

In order not to be punished and not to suffer themselves, they now had no choice but to make this little delivery man, Zhang Yang, suffer.

”If you don’t get out now, believe it or not, I’ll kill you both right now!”

Completely enraged, Zhang Yang now dared to say anything.

He even spoke of killing to silence witnesses as if it were nothing.

The young Xiao Ma was not as polite as his master.

Seeing that the other party still dared to be arrogant in front of him, and even threatened to kill him, he immediately started cursing.

”Just try moving a finger against me.”

It was this last sentence that completely ignited the fury in Zhang Yang’s heart, and a dangerous glint shot from his eyes.

The older Lao Zhong had just called out to his young apprentice, signaling him not to be arrogant, when he saw Zhang Yang, who had been lying on the hospital bed like a dead dog, suddenly leap up.

With a sweeping kick, he struck both of them, knocking them to the ground, and then fled the scene.

”He’s out! Yesterday’s delivery man is out!”

Zhang Yang, who had just escaped from the hospital, was blocked at the hospital entrance by countless media outlets.
