Chapter 2292: Administrator’s Scheme?

The Dragon Monarch and the Dragon Guardians watched Tang Shaoyang leave and disappear into the portal. They heard the two spirits on the ground complaining about how boring it was.

Only then did they realize that Tang Shaoyang summoned two more spirits. One of them was an orc, a red-skinned orc, and the second one was undead. The spirits might not have an aura, but they were dragons that had been living in many eras. They could tell in a single glance that the black-cloaked figure was an undead, a lich even, the scary one.

The savage orc let out a savage commendation at how boring and cowardly the dragons were. Before they could say something in response, the two spirits disappeared.

Then the portal disappeared. It was known that the Executive Administrator had access to teleport to any registered world. However, they were not allowed to use it for personal use or benefit.

Yet the one Tang Shaoyang used was certainly not the Administrator’s portal. One of his spirits made the portal. That showed how powerful that spirit was. Even though they didn’t fight her, they knew she was powerful.

”WHY!?”

Zonaras immediately questioned Orve. While they appeared to be obedient in front of Tang Shaoyang, it didn’t mean they were afraid to question Orve.

”Why what?”

”Why do you allow him to leave? We should kill him! If you are not willing to kill him, then I will do it myself. Why did you stop us from killing him?” The Frostbane Dragon didn’t hold back.

Ammor chuckled, ”I don’t think you can kill him by yourself. That thing that opened that portal, whatever she is, is extremely strong. Don’t you underestimate that red-skinned monster as well, or else your head will fly off. The scariest thing is that undead necromancer. You will be surrounded by his spirits and that necromancer’s summons, then you will be killed.”

”We are in the Dragon Realm! We are invincible in our home!”

Ammor shook his head. ”As much as you hate his bloodline, you can’t deny the fact that he is a dragon too. That’s why it’s called Dragon Bloodline. The power of the dragon existed inside his body. It’s the same as him being a dragon, as he mentioned.”

The Sky Dragon raised his index finger when Zonaras was about to cut his words off. ”Don’t cut me off yet. I am not done yet. There’s a skill called Spirit Integration, and he hasn’t used it yet. He has more than four spirits as well. Just so you know, you and Nirdarth are fighting him under his mercy. If he really wanted to kill you two, he would take that chance just now to kill you. You two are underestimating him too much.”

”It’s not because he didn’t want to kill us; it’s because he could not!” Zonaras emphasized.

”Oh, he could, but he didn’t want to kill you. For some reason, he’s targeting me...” Ammor muttered.

During that talk, he could feel it; his senses and intuition told him that Tang Shaoyang was watching him. The Executive Administrator was observing him, especially him. Not Orve or Zonaras or Nirdarth or Iandra, but him. He didn’t know why.

”That’s what I want to ask. Since you brought it up, can you tell me why he is targeting you, Ammor? Do you have a conflict with him?” Ammor was not the only one who noticed it, but Orve noticed it as well.

Whether it was when Tang Shaoyang talked to him or Iandra, Tang Shaoyang always kept an eye on Ammor. It was more like observation, but why did he observe Ammor and Ammor only? Tang Shaoyang didn’t even gauge Orve, who was supposed to be the most dangerous one.

”I don’t...” Ammor was not sure about it either. ”No, I don’t think so. This is our first meeting.”

”What about your descendants? It might be related to your descendant?”

Ammor fell silent for a moment, thinking of the possibility, but quickly realized something else. ”That’s weird!” He pointed at Iandra along with Zonaras and Nirdarth. ”He didn’t seem to want to kill them even though he has a problem with their descendants. So, it doesn’t make sense if he targeted me even if he has a conflict with my descendant.”

”Because he can’t!” Zonaras felt humiliated, again and again. Ammor kept saying as if Tang Shaoyang could kill him.

”Oh, he can if he wants. If he goes all out from the start, do you think you will be standing right now? Do you think he will humor you in conversation if he truly wants to kill you?” Ammor sneered.

”I am not trying to humiliate you, Zonaras. That’s just the reality. It also applies to me. If I approach the fight like you two, he might kill me. If it’s me who attacked him, he would use that chance to kill me. But why?”

Ammor was genuinely confused. ”This is our first meeting, the first time we talk. I am not even involved that much in the fight against the Kankara’Xeo Clan.”

That was why he included his clan when he introduced himself to Tang Shaoyang. He figured out that Kankara’Xeo’s last descendant should be aware that Ouranos’Axo was not deeply involved in that ancient battle.

”Or maybe that’s just your imagination...” Iandra was about to say that it might be a misconception, but then Orve felt it as well. That might not be the case if Orve also sensed it. She had to admit that she didn’t notice anything. That might be because Tang Shaoyang kept provoking him.

”It’s better for us to resolve this peacefully...” Orve hadn’t finished his words as Zonaras cut him off.

”Why? We can easily kill him and destroy his small empire. It’s better to nip the bud before he grows even more dangerous!”

”Because the Administrator might use this attack as an excuse to meddle with us. They were watching us!” That statement silenced all Dragon Guardians.

”I am not afraid of the Administrator, but you all know how annoying they were once the Administrator was involved. If we truly kill him, they will have the excuse to bother us because Tang Shaoyang was here under another Administrator’s invitation. Who knows, this might be one of their schemes to claim this land.”

”Who is watching us? If it’s...”

”I at least sensed those two butchers, Clementine and Andre. Don’t make a hasty move! Don’t attack the Tang Empire or even kill Tang Shaoyang until the situation is clear! Though I doubt whether you can actually kill him or not. You might be dead at the hands of Kankara’Xeo’s last descendant instead if you recklessly fight him by yourself.”
