Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 1094: Chapter 1094: Negative Phenomena

”Yes, that’s the situation.” Wang Erzhu agreed.

An Ping thought about it and decided it was okay. He brought along two helpers, just in case they had to carry something heavy, all the burden would fall on them.

”Okay. Let’s go then.”

The three of them left home, took a ride to town, and after swaying for an hour, they arrived in the city.

Getting off the bus, An Ping asked someone, ”Where is the military compound located?”

”Which one are you talking about? We have two here, one in the east of the city and the other near the west.”

An Ping didn’t know whether it was in the east or the west, so he asked about both, ”Just tell me.”

The person gave An Ping both addresses and bus routes and then he simply set out to find them.

The three of them got on a public bus, first heading to the military compound in the east of the city. When the bus stopped, they still had to walk a few miles.

As noon was approaching, they found a small restaurant nearby to grab some food.

They ordered a few dishes, a few pancakes, and a bottle of white wine, sharing a third each. Just as they were eating and drinking, a stranger in a denim jacket walked over and sat opposite An Ping.

”Hey buddy, care to watch a ’film’?” the denim jacket man asked.

”What kind of film?” The three kids from the countryside didn’t know what he meant by ”film.”

Looking around, the denim jacket man leaned closer and whispered, ”Video hall, you know? A place to watch... videos.”

”What?” Erzhuzi was confused. ”Romantic or action?”

”Don’t understand.” An Ping shook his head.

Liu Erlian, the most cunning among them, caught on as soon as he saw the setup and heard the hint.

However, he didn’t speak up, still pretending to be clueless.

”You don’t get it?” the denim jacket man slapped the table, shaking his head in dismay, ”You guys must be from the mountain, right? You’re way too innocent! Aren’t you all almost twenty? And you still don’t understand this? Never watched it? Tut tut tut, what a loss! Let me tell you, it’s a huge loss! Such a waste to be a man!”

”Enough with the nonsense!” Annoyed by his beating around the bush, Erzhuzi’s curiosity was piqued, ”Just get to the point.”

Seeing that his buildup was adequate, the denim jacket man didn’t beat around the bush anymore and simply said, ”It’s about men and women in bed. Want to watch? They’re not wearing clothes, it’s very clear.”

Wang Erzhu and Liu Xiaolian were both tempted as they listened.

Both were in the throes of puberty, hormones surging, and they began to yearn and explore matters of men and women. They were quite willing to take the opportunity to have a look.

An Ping hesitated. He wanted to watch but was afraid An Hao would find out.

His sister, appearing gentle most of the time, could become truly fierce if provoked, unstoppable like a tiger released from her cage.

”Let’s watch!” Liu Erlian whispered into An Ping’s ear, ”Didn’t Niu Shanshan hint something to you? Watch it and learn some techniques so you can win her over in one fell swoop.”

An Ping thought about it, and it made sense. Before, Niu Shanshan’s attitude towards him had been hot and cold.

While she willingly accepted his gifts and went out with him, their relationship remained distant.

But, just a few days ago, it seemed like she had a change of heart.

Suddenly, she accepted his request to be his girlfriend and hoped they could meet the family and marry soon.

With such a major breakthrough in their relationship, An Ping was naturally thrilled.
