Introducing the two Disciples, Yu Zi Yu couldn’t help but think about them.

All this while, he had let them grow freely.

As such, he had no idea just how far the two had progressed in their cultivation.

With that in mind, Yu Zi Yu turned and spoke to Fredrica, the nearby Elf Queen, “Summon Shalira and Bosun… and tell them I’ve taken in a Third Disciple.”

“Yes, Master.” With a graceful reply, Fredrica retreated, a slight smile hanging on her lips.

[So… Master is planning to test his earlier two Disciples.]

…

Not long afterward, in the deepest reaches of the starry void…

A girl with purple skin and wings upon her back sat loftily upon a throne.

Well, it was not a throne.

To be precise, it was a warship resembling an insect hive.

And at this moment…

“So… I’ve gained a Junior Sister, haven’t I?” Shalira broke into a light laugh, looking a bit surprised.

She hadn’t expected her Master, who had only just returned, to already take in another Disciple.

“Very well…” Smiling faintly, Shalira gave an order, “Prepare several grand gifts. We return to the Demon Court immediately.”

“Yes, Your Majesty.” In unison, her subordinates’ voices echoed like tidal waves through the starry void.

If one followed the sound toward its source, they would see an endless sea of Zergs. It was an unending swarm filled with terrifying and powerful silhouettes, all kneeling in submission.

This was the Zergs, a race both fearsome and notorious, and she, Shalira, the Zerg Queen, commanded the largest and most fearsome swarm of Zergs in the entire Western Sector.

A staggering ten billion Zergs.their combined might was no less than that of a top-tier second-rate Force.

And this was merely a tip of the Demon Court’s Hidden Forces.

Should the need ever arise, this fearsome swarm would be unleashed, drowning the world in a never-ending sea of Zergs.

At that moment, for countless powers beneath the stars, it would be no different from doomsday.

…

Meanwhile, in the Kadar Star Domain…

A man with flowing blood-red hair and strikingly handsome features wore a playful smile.

“So, Shea… is now my Junior Sister, huh?”

With a faint chuckle, Bosun nodded to himself in understanding.

He’d long heard that Master was considering a Third Disciple.

He just hadn’t expected it to be Shea.

He had also heard of Shea’s name.

The First Generation Dragon Envoy, the Strongest Tier-5…Every title she held spoke of her terrifying potential.

So now, with this formidable girl suddenly becoming his Junior Sister, he couldn’t help but feel a little pressure.

“If she surpasses me, I’d be in quite the awkward spot…” Helplessly chuckling to himself, Bosun began preparing his gifts with practiced ease, readying himself to return to the Demon Court.

Now that his Master had summoned him, no matter how great his responsibilities, he would answer the call.

Besides, his cultivation had just hit a bottleneck. It might be a good opportunity to ask for guidance.

…

Time passed slowly, and in the blink of an eye, several days had gone by.

During that time, using the Stargates, both Shalira and Bosun had arrived before Yu Zi Yu.

“Greetings, Master.”

With synchronized voices, two stunning yet otherworldly figures dropped to one knee.

“Shalira, Bosun…” Calling out to them softly, Yu Zi Yu observed the two.

Shalira was the same as before. Her violet skin, far from being hideous, carried a kind of eerie beauty. Her tall frame was etched with ancient runes converging at her brow. Behind her, a pair of wings glimmered like translucent cicada wings.

Sensing her aura…

“Peak Tier-5… and her spirit is nearly materialized…” Yu Zi Yu whispered to himself, already gaining a rough understanding of Shalira’s current strength.

With Yu Zi Yu’s current level of strength, a single glance was all it took to discern the cultivation level of these young ones.

Moreover, thanks to the status screen, nothing about them was hidden from him.

Just like now…

Yu Zi Yu had already noticed that Bosun had embarked on a rather peculiar. An eerie path.

“Bosun, you’ve chosen the Dao of Desire, haven’t you?”

The Dao of Desire was also a branch of Path of Mind. However, compared to the more common emotions like Anger or Fear, the Dao of Desire was far more elusive and strange.

After all, all things were driven by desire.

So, it was also called the Desires of All Living Beings.

And should one succeed in cultivating this path… it would be truly extraordinary.

It was said that in one of the most ancient epochs, there existed a being who became a Half-Step Eternal, known as the Sixth Heavenly Demon King. He too walked the Dao of Desire and brought it to perfection.

This Supreme Overload did not seek pleasure for himself, but rather loved transforming into a manifestation of Heaven, and reveled in the pleasures of others. Therefore, he was called the ‘Paranirmitavasavartin Deva.’

Even among Half-Step Eternal, the strangeness of his existence was one of a kind.

…

Upon hearing Yu Zi Yu’s sudden inquiry, Bosun, the handsome young man with flowing blood-red hair, smiled faintly and replied, “Yes, Master.”

Saying so, Bosun didn’t hold back, and frankly replied, “During these past decades of training and trials, I stumbled upon a fated opportunity… and inherited the Dao of Desire. I’ve now achieved Intermediate mastery in it.”

Just as he finished speaking, the air rippled around Bosun.

And in the next instant, what appeared before Yu Zi Yu, Shea, Shalira, and the others was a lavish, opulent palace.

And right within this palace, beauties were like clouds, moreover, each possessing a thousand different forms and appearances.

Exquisite wine and gourmet dishes filled the halls, dazzling the eyes.

This was Lust.

However, as a Disciple, Bosun did not dare take things too far. He promptly channeled his Spiritual Energy, and the illusion slowly faded away.

“Not bad…” A rare word of praise came from Yu Zi Yu, satisfied.

Bosun had indeed achieved intermediate mastery, for he had already condensed the Principle Marks of Desire. And through it, he had manifested two Spiritual Forms, one representing Lust, and the other Greed.

Once Bosun had formed six such Spiritual Forms, representing each of the Six Desires of All Beings, he would be close to fully bearing the Principle of Desire itself.

Hearing his Master’s praise, Bosun could not help but beam with joy.

However, moments later, he grew somewhat nervous and stated, “Master… Though I’ve achieved intermediate mastery, breaking through to the next level has become incredibly difficult…”

With that, Bosun openly confessed the bottleneck he was facing in his cultivation.

Everyone faced bottlenecks in their cultivation.

Even Yu Zi Yu himself occasionally encountered such blocks, like the ones Bosun was facing in his Dao of Desire.

With a faint smile tugging at his lips, Yu Zi Yu answered in a frank and straightforward manner, “The path you’ve chosen stems from the mortal world. Naturally, your answers lie within the mortal world.”

“Within the mortal world…?” Somewhat startled, Bosun fell into rare contemplation.

“Many powerful cultivators go to extremes in their cultivation. They sever the Six Desires and call it the ‘Clarity of the Dao Heart’… As a result, most successful cultivators are firm in will, and nearly devoid of desire. But the mortal world is different. Its people are still tethered by karmic bonds, desires flourish there in abundance… And that, I believe, is exactly what you meant earlier by the ‘Desires of All Living Beings.’”

Taking advantage of this rare opportunity, Yu Zi Yu began to earnestly guide his Second Disciple.

Though he had rarely been at his side, Bosun had proven to be remarkably diligent and capable.

Such a Disciple was well worth teaching.
