“To break free from the shackles of reincarnation, huh…” softly murmuring, Shea’s eyes flickered uncontrollably.

Yu Zi Yu’s words struck her like a bolt of lightning. It was piercing and awakening.

No, not just his words.

More precisely, it was that memory where she became one with the world.

That was true enlightenment.

Even Nine Tails and Golden Monkey had never received such a gift.

And the reason for this was simple: Nine Tails and Golden Monkey had already chosen their own paths. Yu Zi Yu feared that interfering might disrupt their paths.

But Shea was different.

She was pure, so pure that it ached to witness.

Because of that, Yu Zi Yu could treat her like a blank canvas and try to paint his own colors onto her Soul.

That… was what true teaching meant.

Because Yu Zi Yu hoped Shea would walk the same path as him, as another Dao Seeker.

The purest, and most terrifying kind of cultivator, pursues a path that belonged to them alone.

And when the path no longer existed, they would forge it themselves.

Becoming a true Pioneer.

To seek the Dao, to open the Dao: this was Yu Zi Yu’s entire life.

And now… there was about to be a second.

Perhaps she would walk in his footsteps, or perhaps she would chase after his back from afar.

At this moment, as Shea looked at the tall figure in the distance, her eyes shimmered with a strange light.

“Divine Tree… I want to try to be like you. To break free from the shackles of reincarnation.” Her calm voice echoed beneath the silver tree.

And there, beneath its canopy, a young girl draped in a black coat, elegant and heroic, slowly bent to one knee.

…

Time passed. It was unclear how long.

Only after a while did Yu Zi Yu retract his gaze from the starry skies and look toward the girl not far away.

She was still kneeling on one knee, but her spirit had not wavered in the slightest.

“Alright.” The single word echoed, and the stars seemed to tremble in response.

Then, like a divine proclamation, a boundless voice resounded throughout the Celestial Realm, “From this day forward, Shea shall be my Third Disciple.”

As the words fell, they seemed to stir up thousands of waves.

The entire Celestial Realm erupted in an instant.

“Shea… became the Supreme Lord Divine Tree’s Disciple? Heavens!”

“No way! She actually caught the Supreme Lord Divine Tree’s eye?!”

“Wait, hasn’t the Divine Tree been absent for years now…”

One exclamation after another rang out.

Even Tier-4s and Tier-5s—who were as strong as natural disasters—could no longer sit still.

And at the same time, across different corners of the Celestial Realm, those who had already returned: Nine Tails, Sarcosuchus, and others—could only smile faintly.

[So… Shea really has earned Master’s approval, huh? Good. That’s… that’s actually great. Master, he has always been obsessed with cultivation… if someone can truly carry on what he started, that would be a real blessing.]

[It’s not just Master, either… even the core members of the Demon Court, in their own ways, have started taking on Disciples.]

[Disciples… they’re the ones who inherit the Dao. A good one… they don’t just take on the present, they push it forward, make it even greater. And more than that, bringing in Disciples… that’ll help the Demon Court grow, strengthen its inner circle, make it something even bigger.]

…

Right now, Nine Tails, Sarcosuchus, and others were still the first generation of the Ten Divine Beasts.

But if the Demon Court were to continue thriving for centuries or millennia to come, then naturally, a second generation of Divine Beasts, and even a third, would arise.

As for the candidates for the second and third generations, Yu Zi Yu would not interfere in it.

That was something for Nine Tails, Sarcosuchus, and the others to decide.

Whether they chose Disciples of their own, or selected from among their own descendants, it was up to them.

As long as they made a choice, both the Demon Court and Yu Zi Yu would recognize it.

This was a privilege reserved for the Elders.

Yu Zi Yu acknowledged it, accepted it, and more importantly, approved of it.

To put it simply, the Ten Divine Beasts had become hereditary titles, akin to Dukes or Princes.

…

And now, Shea had officially become Yu Zi Yu’s Third Disciple.

Quite possibly… she might even be the last.

As his gaze flickered, Yu Zi Yu raised his right hand, gently summoning a radiant cluster of light.

This was the World Memory of the Tenth Realm.

It was not large, but it surpassed what he had previously bestowed upon Shea.

And if she could fully absorb it, her state of mind would be tempered and refined like never before.

Given time, she might even break through to Tier-6 in her mental cultivation.

Smiling slightly, Yu Zi Yu stated plainly, “Take it.”

As he said this, the glowing light floated directly into Shea’s mind.

“Thank you… Supreme Lord Divine Tree…”

“Still calling me that?”

“…Uh…”

After a short pause, Shea finally called out again, this time softly and meekly, “Master…”

“En.” Nodding, Yu Zi Yu’s corners of lips curled into a slight smile.

And then, as if remembering something, he added, “You’re not my only Disciple. I have two others. One is the Queen of the Zergs, Shalira. She currently resides deep in the Void, commanding billions of Zergs…”

Listening quietly, Shea blinked in surprise.

“Billions… of Zergs…” mumbled Shea, her expression subtly changing.

She was no stranger to the Zergs. They were among the most notorious and reviled of all races beneath the stars. Wherever they passed, nothing survived.

And yet, the more infamous they were, the more terrifying their true strength must be.

And now… her Master’s First Disciple was commanding them?

She was stunned. But more than anything, she was shaken.

She had thought that after five years in the Demon Court, she already understood the immensity of this behemoth, but now she realized that she had only seen the tip of the iceberg.

Before she could digest this fully, Yu Zi Yu continued, “My Second Disciple… is Bosun, a prodigy of the Blood Demon Clan. He currently leads their Clan, and guards the Kadar Star Domain… You’ll be relying on him for your training in the future.”

In this rare moment of explanation, Yu Zi Yu briefly introduced his first two Disciples.

Compared to Shea, neither Shalira nor Bosun could be said to possess dazzling talent.

But now, they each commanded their own great Forces.

Their foundations were deep and formidable, beyond ordinary comprehension.

And such beings, across the vast starry skies, were more than enough to be considered kings.
