Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 434: People Fate

”My name is Meng Qi, and I come from the Sky Jade Realm in the lower realms.” Meng Qi then explained to Ma Mingxin about the events in the demon cave, but she did not mention anything about Zhang Fei. She only told her about the demons from the Netherworld Realm, and the destruction of the demon portal, which trapped them in the space rift.

”The Netherworld Realm, huh?” Ma Mingxin muttered softly as she got out of bed, and she helped Meng Qi get dressed. ”That demon realm is in the middle realms, and it will take us a week to get there. Although those demons cannot cultivate like us, they are still powerful, especially their demon emperor, so we dare not underestimate them.

However, I didnʼt expect that people from the upper realms would use them to invade your home realm, but the portal has been destroyed, so your realm should be safe now.”

”Couldnʼt those guys create that portal again?” Meng Qi asked as Ma Mingxin helped her out of bed.

Ma Mingxin nodded to Meng Qi. ”Youʼre not wrong, but creating a portal to connect the lower and middle realms is no easy feat, and it requires a lot of special resources that cost the sky. Even if they come from the upper realms, Iʼm sure that they wonʼt be able to create one in a short time, and they might need years or even decades to create it, so you donʼt need to think too much about it.

Anyway, you can stay in the realm for the time being, and you can improve your cultivation faster by taking advantage of the rich qi here.”

Upon hearing that, Meng Qi let out a heavy sigh, thinking of her little sister, who must have been greatly panicked by her disappearance. Unfortunately, the distance between the lower and middle realms was too far, so she had no way to contact her family, let alone return to the Sky Jade Realm.

”Itʼs okay; youʼll get used to living in this realm, and you can think of a way to return to your home realm after your cultivation breaks through to the seven divine realms.” Ma Mingxin said that as she supported her out of the house, but Meng Qi was surprised when she saw that there were only women on the flying island.

”Actually, there are many men in this realm, and they live in the lowlands, but they are just slaves for us women.”

”Oh?” Meng Qi turned to Ma Mingxin in surprise.

”In fact, this flying island used to be part of the lowlands, but our ancestors discovered something special under it, which caused it to float high in the sky after they activated it.” The women surrounding them continued to gaze at Meng Qi as Ma Mingxin guided her away, a situation that left her feeling awkward and uncomfortable.

”Those men used to treat us as trash, and they always forced us to do rough work like slaves. Fortunately, our ancestors discovered so many precious resources on this island, which accelerated their cultivation and allowed them to reach the seven divine realms.

Once they became truly strong, they immediately turned the situation around by fighting them, and they slaughtered the strongest among them, including their husbands. They also implanted slave marks into those who were still alive, so they couldnʼt fight back.

Since then, all the women in this realm have resided here, while the men have become our slaves, doing all the tedious labor in the lowlands, such as farming and mining.

Meng Qi looked completely shocked after hearing that, especially since the situation in the Blossom Heaven Realm did not align with its name, and it was significantly different from that in the Sky Jade Realm. ”If they are all just slaves to you, then how do you guys produce offspring?”

”Haha.” Ma Mingxin laughed at her question. ”Naturally, we will choose the best of them to impregnate us, so we can still maintain our family lineage. If we give birth to sons, then we will immediately send them to the lowlands, and their father will raise them. If we give birth to daughters, then we will take care of them and raise them ourselves, and we will tell them that their father is dead.

Fortunately, male babies have a lower birth rate than female babies, so not many male babies have been born over the past few decades.”

Meng Qi was at a loss for words after hearing Ma Mingxinʼs explanation, but her eyes glanced at those women in thought. ʼThese women are truly cruel! I know they did that because they had previously been oppressed by those men, but their actions were far more cruel than theirs, and they even treated their sons in the same manner.ʼ

After that, Ma Mingxin took Meng Qi to several other areas, explaining to her about each area, including the rules that apply on the floating island.

Meng Qi herself kept listening to Ma Mingxin, but she repeatedly sighed in her heart, especially since she didnʼt like the life in the Blosson Heaven Realm. ʼSigh! I canʼt do anything for the time being, so I will stay here. It would be better if I followed their rules, especially since they are much stronger than me.

Otherwise, they will send me to the lowlands and treat me like those men, which will make me suffer.ʼ

After some time, Ma Mingxin brought Meng Qi back to her house, and she then took out a bottle from behind a painting at the end of the main room. ”You can drink this, and you will immediately feel the changes in your body, which will be of great benefit to your cultivation.”

”Hmm?” Meng Qi accepted the bottle directly, but she seemed hesitant to drink it, especially since she still didnʼt know much about Ma Mingxin, let alone her character, which seemed so vile.

Seeing her continue to hesitate, Ma Mingxin took the bottle and poured the liquid into her mouth, and she immediately kissed Meng Qi while forcing her to drink it, causing her to be shocked.

ʼDamn it! Why did she do this to me?ʼ Meng Qi grumbled in her heart as she forced herself to swallow the liquid, but her expression was a little surprised after she felt the slight changes in her body. ʼWhat is this? How can this liquid strengthen my Yin Qi so quickly?ʼ

”Have you noticed the effects?” Ma Mingxin asked after she separated their lips, to which Meng Qi nodded. She then rubbed her cheeks, causing her to shudder at her intimate action. ”As I said before, the liquid will be beneficial for your cultivation, and your cultivation will be able to break through to the seven divine realms faster if you continue to drink it.

Once you have successfully reached that stage, it will not be difficult for you to return to your home realm, but Iʼm sure that youʼll forget it after you stay here long enough.”

Meng Qi neither agreed nor refused Ma Mingxinʼs words, and she immediately sat cross-legged on the floor, especially since she felt her Yin Qi starting to overflow and wanted to stabilize it first.

On the other hand, Ma Mingxin looked at Meng Qi with a faint smile on her face. ʼHaha! Youʼll definitely beg me for that liquid after you become addicted to it, so youʼll never be able to leave this realm, and no one will know about us.ʼ

In another realm, another black hole opened there, and a middle-aged man shot out from it, who was none other than Ba Jiawen, the sect master of the Heavenly Sword Sect.

Unfortunately, Ba Jiawenʼs fate was not as fortunate as Meng Qiʼs, and he fell among a crowd of ferocious beasts who were enjoying their prey.

ʼShit!ʼ Ba Jiawen cursed in his heart as the ferocious beasts looked at him, especially since his body was in extreme pain from the space rift and the injuries he had sustained before, and his qi was already extremely thin from protecting himself before the demon portal exploded. ʼWhat an unfortunate fate!

I managed to survive the traitors and heretics, but instead, I fell into the nest of ferocious beasts.ʼ

The ferocious beasts slowly approached Ba Jiawen, and saliva dripped down their snouts, making him truly afraid that they would eat him alive. ʼHah! Maybe itʼs my fate to die today! Qingshi! Yang Ye! I leave our sect to you, and I hope you two can protect my Ba Clan.ʼ

Exerting his last strength, Ba Jiawen decided to commit suicide by exploding his cultivation core, especially since he didnʼt want to die from being eaten alive by those ferocious beasts.

*Boom*

However, Ba Jiawenʼs suicidal action did not hurt the ferocious beasts in the slightest, especially since their cultivation was at the seven divine realms, and they only suffered minor injuries.

A middle-aged man was stranded in a dark forest, and his body seemed to be covered in wounds after he fell from the sky, and he had no protection due to the depletion of Qi in his body.

”Damn it! My body really hurts!” The middle-aged man was Gu Tong, the patriarch of the Gu Clan. He then looked around him, but he couldnʼt find anything there other than black trees, and he couldnʼt find the other senior cultivators either. ”Sigh! It seems that the black hole that sucked us in has sent us to different places, and I donʼt know anything about this realm.

Moreover, I canʼt feel the presence of Qi in this realm, so I canʼt recover my Qi.”

With great difficulty, Gu Tong took out a recovery pill and a healing pill from his storage ring and swallowed them directly, but the recovery pill could only recover a little of his qi. ”It seems that this forest is not very dangerous, so I will take a break for now, and I will find a way out of this place after my body recovers enough.”

Gu Tong immediately closed his eyes and quickly fell asleep due to being too exhausted, but a young man with long white hair and golden eyes suddenly landed beside him, and he immediately crouched down to examine him. ʼA human, huh? Where did he come from? How could he be trapped in the space rift and stranded in this realm?ʼ

The young man then lifted Gu Tong and placed him on his shoulders. He immediately took him away from the dark forest, but the numerous trees within continued to watch them.

In the same realm, but in a different location, Chi Yang, the sect master of the Desolate Sect, looked terrified at the male black wolf who was standing in front of him.

The black wolf kept staring at Chi Yang with saliva dripping as if he wanted to swallow him alive. He crawled backwards until he was stopped by a big tree behind him. ʼDamn it! I didnʼt expect my fate to be this unlucky, and I have never felt so helpless in my life. If only I still had my qi, I would have killed him straight away.ʼ

*Howl!*

After the black wolf howled, it immediately pounced towards Chi Yan, but he quickly shifted slightly. However, his sharp teeth bit his shoulder, causing him to scream in pain as blood flowed from the bite wound. ”Argh!”

*Bam... Bam...*

”Fuck! Let me go!” Chi Yang tried to hit the black wolfʼs head, but he didnʼt budge an inch and continued to bite his shoulder, and his teeth pierced his shoulder deeper, causing his blood to flow even more. ʼShit! I will definitely die at the muzzle of this wolf. ʼDamn it!ʼ

*Howl!*

A loud howl suddenly sounded from a distance, and the black wolf immediately released its bite from Chi Yangʼs shoulder before looking in the direction where the howl came from.

The black wolf then looked at Chi Yang again before running away, and he rushed towards the direction of the howl, especially since the owner of the howl was his leader.

Perplexed by the black wolfʼs departure, Chi Yang immediately tore the bottom of his hanfu and used it to bandage the wolfʼs bite. However, the deep bite made it difficult to stop the bleeding, further weakening him. He immediately took out some pills before swallowing them, and he leaned against a tree while observing the area around him.

”The wolf just now was clearly a demon wolf, which means this realm is the realm of the demons. However, I donʼt know whether this is the Netherworld Realm or other demon realms.”

After he had rested for some time, Chi Yang immediately got up and tried to find a way out of that place, but he still didnʼt realize that his body was starting to change due to the black wolfʼs bite.

A middle-aged man was panting heavily on the side of a black river, suffering from physical pain. He immediately took some pills to alleviate his pain and restore his Qi. He then looked towards the forest in front of him because the black hole was spitting him out from there, but he then looked in several other directions.

”It seems that this area is safe, so I can rest for a while. Ziʼer must be worried about me now, but Lingxue and Xiaoling should be able to comfort her.” The middle-aged man was none other than Zhang Wuji. ”Where am I now? Why is there only darkness in this realm?

Moreover, there is no qi in this realm, and I can feel an unusual aura that seems to be a demon aura, so Iʼm sure this place is a demon realm.”

Zhang Wuji suddenly remembered something. ”Zhang Fei told us that there was no Qi in the Netherworld Realm, so the demons in that realm were not demon cultivators. Could it be that this place is their realm? If that is true, then he might come here to save me. I must stay alive so I can be with my family again.”

Zhang Wujiʼs guess was correct that he was in a demon realm, but he forgot something very important, and the demon aura in that place quickly affected him, especially since he could not use his Qi to protect himself.

*Growl*

Zhang Wujiʼs stomach suddenly growled, making him laugh wryly. ”Sigh! I have to find food to restore my strength, so I can go find a way out of this place, and I hope my guess is correct that this realm is the Netherworld Realm, so Zhang Fei can save me.”

.

On a large spider web, a middle-aged man lay unconscious, his body no longer covered by a single thread, the web binding his hands and feet. By his side, a female spider demon kept watching him while licking his face repeatedly. ”Hehehe!

I havenʼt seen humans in decades, but I didnʼt expect that you would suddenly appear in my nest in this state, so I wonʼt waste this opportunity, and I will drain your life essence dry.”

The female spider demon then moved to the middle-aged manʼs lower body and inserted his dick into his mouth, quickly absorbing his life essence, causing his face to slowly turn pale and his skin to wrinkle.

”Ugh.” The middle-aged man groaned softly when he sensed that feeling, and he immediately opened his eyes. However, he was shocked to see himself in such a situation, and he was even more shocked when he saw the female spider. He tried to move his body, but it couldnʼt move an inch due to the spider web binding, and his body continued to weaken because her action absorbed his life essence. ʼShit!

Am I going to die today? Qingyu, Yingʼer, Xingʼer, and Qingʼer. Apparently, I wonʼt be able to accompany you guys anymore, so you all have to take good care of yourselves. Zhang Fei, Iʼll leave them to you, and you must protect them well.ʼ

The middle-aged man was none other than Chu Hong, but his body grew weaker and dried up because the female spider demon absorbed his life essence faster and faster, and he ultimately met his death when his body completely dried up.
