Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 433: Blossom Heaven Realm

”No.” Feng Yao then told Zhang Fei [1]. ”We mythical beasts never punish our members by sending them to another realm, especially since every part of our bodies is too precious. We have our own punishment grounds to punish them, which we usually use to punish those who commit ordinary mistakes.

If they commit fatal mistakes, we will immediately execute them and bury their corpses in our burial grounds so no one else can take them.”

Zhang Fei [1] nodded in understanding to that. ”Have you ever been to the Wasteland Realm? Yaolin was too lazy to explain it to me, so I wanted to find out information about that realm from you, especially since there are too many strong cultivators there.”

Feng Yao swiftly retrieved a beast-skin parchment, set it on the table, and proceeded to open it. Zhang Fei [1] and Zhang Lingxue immediately looked at the map of a realm painted there, which was a map of the Wasteland Realm. ”Even though we donʼt send members of our race there, we still pay attention to that realm, particularly because there are too many villains living there.

The realm is divided into four main islands, separated by a mountain and four seas. Humans, including the Shang Clan, reside on the northern island, and upon your arrival, you will encounter several clans from the upper realms. The beast races reside on the eastern island, and their numbers outnumber humans.

The demihuman races live on the western island, but they always close themselves off from everyone, especially humans. The demon race inhabits the southern island, and most of them are far more cruel than the demons youʼve encountered before. However, I think itʼs fine for you to go to all four islands, especially since you have three forms, and they wonʼt suspect your identity.”

”What about this mountain, Big Sis Yao? Why is it so big? Moreover, this map shows that the mountain is also a fortress, which means there are people living in it, right?”

Feng Yao promptly provided them with another explanation. ”You are not wrong about it, and this mountain is indeed a fortress, where the natives of the Wasteland Realm live. This mountain is surrounded by a high and thick wall, which was built by clans from the upper realms, and the nameless one ordered us to build it with special materials.

Aside from them, representatives of the cultivators in the upper realms also live on this mountain, and their main task is to watch over those outcasts. If they dare try to attack the natives, the representatives will immediately kill them.”

”Are the natives from that realm really that many?” Zhang Fei [1] asked with a curious look, especially since he felt that the actions of the cultivators from the upper realms in protecting those people were unusual.

”No.” Feng Yao shook her head at Zhang Fei [1]. ”Back then, the Wasteland Realm had approximately 100 million natives, but their numbers paled in comparison to other realms; even the Sky Jade Realm has a significantly larger native population than them.

We already moved more than half of them to other realms, but the rest of them didnʼt want to leave their ancestral land, so the nameless one arranged it that way. In fact, we chose that realm as a place of exile because the circumstances were truly unpredictable, including the climate.

The temperature can sometimes be too hot, and it can sometimes be so cold that it can freeze everything, not to mention there are still frequent wind storms, snow storms, and sea storms. Thatʼs why your enemies in that realm will not only come from other living races but also from nature itself, so you must always be vigilant when your clone resides there.”

Zhang Fei [1] nodded seriously to Feng Yao, but he then pointed at the eastern island. ”Are there many divine beasts on this island?”

”Are you thinking of taming them?” Zhang Fei [1] did not hide his intentions from Feng Yao; he wanted to find a strong contract beast for his other wives. ”Unfortunately, there is only one divine beast on that island, which is a Tiangou, and that guy is their leader.”

”Hmm?” Zhang Fei [1] raised an eyebrow at that. ”A Tiangou? Is this the black dog that, according to legend, has the ability to devour the sun and the moon?”

”Hehehe.” Feng Yao chuckled and nodded to Zhang Fei [1]. ”You are right about the Tiangou, and he is the largest dog in the universe; his size can even cover the sun and the moon. However, he has a split form and personality; one personality is very good, but the other personality is very evil. His black dog form shows his good personality, and his black fox form shows his evil personality.”

”Did he use a transformation technique to turn himself into a fox, Big Sis Yao?” Zhang Lingxue asked in wonder.

”No.” Feng Yao shook her head before explaining. ”Actually, we mythical beasts donʼt know how Tiangou can have two forms, but all members of his race have been like that since the time of his ancestors. During the day, he will be in his dog form, but he will turn into a black fox once the sun sets.”

”Thatʼs really weird; Iʼve never met a beast with two forms before. However, I shouldnʼt be surprised by that, especially since my husband has three forms.” Zhang Fei [1] laughed at that, but Zhang Lingxue followed up with a question. ”You definitely wonʼt let any of us make a contract with Tiangou, right?”

”Arenʼt you very familiar with my character?” Zhang Lingxue snorted softly at Zhang Fei [1]ʼs question. ”Iʼm selfish and possessive, so I will never let any man get close to my wives, even if they are contract beasts. Thatʼs why Iʼm going to meet Tiangou, and Iʼm going to subdue him to become my contract beast.”

”You better think twice about doing that now.” Zhang Fei [1] immediately turned to Feng Yao. ”You are indeed a mythical beast, but your cultivation is still far below Tiangouʼs, and your beast contract wonʼt be able to help you fight him, especially with his cultivation at the 5-Moon Divine Transcend.

Your heavenly fox bloodline also wonʼt have much effect on him, and he will kill you on the spot if he is in his black fox form. Moreover, I have heard that he has the ability to possess the bodies and souls of other beasts, but I donʼt know if it is true or not, and you will be putting all your wives and family in danger if he really has such an ability.”

Zhang Fei [1] himself never took advice from his seniors lightly, so he seriously considered Feng Yaoʼs advice, causing him to think twice about meeting Tiangou. ”In that case, I will go to the island in the afternoon, but I will not approach him directly; I will investigate him from a distance first.”

”I think itʼs fine if you want to do that, but youʼd better not get too close to Tiangou, especially since he has a keen sense of smell, and he might be able to smell you even if youʼre in an invisible state.” Feng Yao then rolled up the parchment and gave it to Zhang Fei [1] before telling him something else.

”Anyway, you can go to the western island to meet a demihuman named Old Ha Qingwa, and you can ask him about many things regarding that realm, especially since he has lived there for tens of thousands of years, so he is more familiar with the situation there than I am.”

”All right, I will go to the island to meet him.” Zhang Fei [1] immediately kept the parchment and asked Zhang Lingxue. ”Do you want to accompany Ziʼer?”

”Yes.” Zhang Lingxue nodded at him. ”Ziʼer must still be worried about my big brother right now, so Xiaoling and I will accompany him for a few days, and Iʼll contact you when sheʼs calmer.”

”In that case, I will return to the Yin-Yang Pavilion to check on something, especially since I have been absent from the sect for a long time.” After he said that, Zhang Fei [1] immediately returned to the Chu Clan, where he found the Liu Sisters talking with Liu Rong and Liu Ming, so he called the three Chu sisters out of the training space to join them.

However, he didnʼt join them and went straight to the southern region through the portal that connected the clan to the Liu Clan, and he went to the sect after that.

Zhang Lingxue immediately said goodbye to the phoenix before returning to the Zhang Clan, and Feng Yao leaned back in her chair as she thought about Zhang Fei [1]ʼs speed in comprehending and using the fire law. She then took out a red item, which is an interspatial communication device, and she sent a message to her parents, informing them of his existence.

Before long, Feng Yao had already gotten an answer from her parents, causing a faint smile to appear on her face as she stood up and left her room. ʼAs expected, they were interested in that kid because he was a heavenly fox, coupled with his speed in comprehending and using the fire law.ʼ

In a distant realm, a black hole suddenly appeared, and it immediately spat out a woman who was none other than Meng Qi, the matriarch of the Meng Clan. However, he was still unconscious, and his face was very pale after he had been floating in the space rift for quite some time.

*Drap... Drap...*

Two winged horses galloped towards Meng Qiʼs location, while two young women rode on their backs. However, the appearance of both of them is a little strange, especially since they only wore two thin cloths to cover their private parts, exposing their smooth tan skin, and long bows hung over their shoulders.

When they arrived there, the two women immediately got off their beast and checked Meng Qiʼs condition. One of them immediately lifted her up, and she placed her onto her beast before riding it. ”Letʼs go back, Ma Qinghua. We have to hand this woman over to our leader, especially since she seems to come from another realm.”

Ma Qinghua nodded and rode her beast again, and they immediately flew away from the place. ”Which realm do you think this woman is from, Ma Zhenxia?”

”I donʼt know.” Ma Zhenxia shook her head at her friend. ”This womanʼs dress is made of cheap materials, so I thought she came from the lower realms. However, I am confused because her cultivation is clearly still in the ten mortal realms, so she shouldnʼt be able to come to our realm by herself.

Moreover, her condition was quite bad, and the Yin Qi in her body was also very thin, so I thought something had happened to her before she ended up in our realm.”

Ma Qinghua nodded as he watched Meng Qi. ”Hey! This woman is quite old, but sheʼs quite pretty, and our leader might like her.”

”Haha.” Ma Zhenxia laughed softly at that. ”Our realm rarely has guests, and this woman is the first in decades, so itʼs natural that our leader would be interested in her.”

Sometimes later, they have arrived at a floating island, and the island looks so vast. However, there are no men on the island, and all of the inhabitants are tan-skinned women whose appearance is similar to the two women.

The women around them looked surprised when they carried Meng Qi down from one of the beasts, but the two immediately reminded them not to approach her first and asked them to wait for their leaderʼs decision first.

The two of them immediately took Meng Qi to a house in the middle of the island, where a middle-aged woman with long purple hair with the back in a bun was waiting for them, and two long bangs hung down beside her chubby cheeks.

The womanʼs face is alluring and mature, and her appearance is quite sensual, with purple cloth on both her private parts, highlighting her slim waist and plump breasts around E-Cup. She has two purple pupils in her eyes, but her nose is somewhat big, and her lips are thick and sexy.

She had tan skin like the other woman, a long neck with a beast core necklace around it, and legs that were slightly longer for her size.

”Hmm? A female cultivator with cultivation at 8-Star Heaven Realm, huh?” The woman muttered as she looked at Meng Qi, and she moved her finger slightly, causing her to quickly float towards her before being lowered onto her lap.

The woman then caressed Meng Qiʼs face while questioning her two subordinates. ”Where did you find this woman, Zhenxia and Qinghua?”

Ma Qinghua promptly provided the woman with an explanation. ”Big Sis Ma Mingxin, we found this woman in the lowlands in the south, and she was already in this condition when we found her, so we brought her to you right away.”

”I see.” Ma Mingxin immediately took out a bottle, poured the liquid into her mouth, then opened Meng Qiʼs mouth to help her drink it mouth-to-mouth. ”I donʼt understand how she arrived at this realm with such a low cultivation, but we can find out after she awakens from unconsciousness.”

”We will leave this woman with you, and we will go on patrol again, Big Sis.” The two women immediately left the room.

Ma Mingxin then took Meng Qi to her bed, stripped her naked, and checked the wounds on her body. ”Hmm? She only had minor injuries from the fight; her other injuries were caused by the space rift. Itʼs no wonder she was able to come to my realm with such low cultivation; it turns out the space rift sent her here.”

”Mhmm.” Meng Qi suddenly groaned softly as her eyelids trembled, and she slowly opened her eyes before looking at the woman in amazement. ”Who are you? Where am I now?”

”You donʼt have to be afraid, okay? Youʼll be safe here, and no one can hurt you under my protection.” Ma Mingxin then pulled a water jug toward her, and she helped Meng Qi drink it. ”My name is Ma Mingxin, and I am the leader of the Ma Clan. This realm is known as the Blossom Heaven Realm, which is part of the middle realms.”

”Ma Clan? Blossom heaven realm? Middle realms?” Meng Qi muttered to herself before trying to sit up, but her body was extremely weak, so Ma Mingxin immediately helped her up. She was completely shocked when she found herself naked, but she was also relieved that there was no man by their side. ”Were you the one who saved me?”

”My two subordinates found you unconscious, so they brought you to me.” Ma Mingxin then asked Meng Qi. ”Whatʼs your name? How did you get trapped in the space rift?”
