Zhang Fei - The Abandoned Son

Chapter 411: Hu Qiaomu - Xing Mei

After they had searched for the heavenly fox for a day and had no results, the two men from the Shang Clan decided to return to the Demon Emperor City, and Shang Guangming immediately informed Shang Yaolin about his encounter with Zhang Xiaolong [3], which surprised his sister. ”Why didnʼt you bring him here, brother?

If that kid is really a descendant of those foxes, then you should have brought him here. That way, Uncle Chenguang can do something to him when he arrives in this realm, and our patriarch will definitely reward us handsomely if we can do that, especially since he has always wanted to defeat Tian Baitian and Tian Baixing, and our familyʼs status will also rise because of it.”

”I understand, but that child is still too young, and bringing him to this city, especially with so many powerful demons here, will cause him stress. Therefore, I have decided to let him stay in the ghostveil forest for the time being.” Shang Yaolin frowned for a moment, but she did not refute her brother, and Shang Guangming spoke to her again.

”He is indeed their descendant, but he is still weak, and we can find him easily, so you donʼt need to think too much about it. After we successfully invade the Sky Jade Realm, we will bring him back with us to our realm and hand him over to our patriarch to get our rewards.”

Shang Yaolin nodded in agreement with that. ”All right, weʼll finish our business in this realm first, and then weʼll bring him back to our realm.”

After that, Shang Guangming and Shang Yaolin immediately entered the castle to join Oz the 1st, especially since their patriarch was increasingly losing patience to control the Sky Jade Realm, so they had to speed up their plans to invade that realm.

The two demons from The Diyu Realm had arrived at the ghostveil forest, and they explained to Arbeola about their encounter with Morgana. However, the old tree demon had already gotten information about the matter from the tree demons living in that area, but he was still shocked by their story about Oz the 1st and the demon emperor of the Netherworld Realm.

”I didnʼt expect the situation to be so complicated, but that kid might have the ability to restore your emperorʼs old memories.”

”Yeah.” Ursula nodded in agreement with Arbeola. ”We also believe that Zhang Fei can do it, but itʼs not easy because we have to face cultivators from the upper realms, and all of them are much stronger than Morgana.”

Zygoz then also spoke to Arbeola. ”Old demon, I feel a little dilemma regarding this matter, especially since those people used our emperor to invade the Sky Jade Realm, where Zhang Fei and his closest people reside. If he knew about this matter, he probably wouldnʼt be willing to help us, and he might turn against us.”

”Hahaha!” Arbeola laughed at Zygozʼs words. ”Do you think that kid is that kind of person? Iʼve only known him for a few days, but I can tell you that your worries are unwarranted, and Iʼm sure that he can distinguish between right and wrong.

Moreover, he has a special relationship with these little girls, and he must have considered all of you as his close friends, so you donʼt need to worry about that.”

Zygoz sighed softly and nodded at Arbeola. ”Zhang Fei seems to be busy right now, so I will wait for him to come here and tell him everything later, and I hope he will be willing to help us restore our emperorʼs memories.”

”I will teach you how to absorb the demon aura in this realm, like these little girls, so you can rely more on yourself to help your emperor.” Zygoz immediately put on a serious expression as he listened to Arbeolaʼs explanation about it, which surprised him a little, especially since it was a little different from the way he had he usually does to absorb the demon aura in the diyu realm.

After he finished explaining everything, Arbeola immediately asked Ursula and Zygoz to enter the room below him so they could focus on absorbing the demon aura without any disturbance. Moreover, other powerful cultivators from the upper realms would also arrive in the realm soon, and he didnʼt want those people to discover their presence in the forest.

After two days of travel, Hu Qiaomu finally arrived in the western region, so she immediately rushed to meet Hu Hong and Hu Qianli, but she was angry because she couldnʼt find Hu Xiufu there. ”Where is he going?”

”Elder, Xiufu has been missing for several days, and weʼve been looking for her everywhere, but we couldnʼt find her. Weʼve also tried to contact her through voice transmission, but she didnʼt respond to our calls at all.” Hu Qianliʼs response even infuriated Hu Qiaomu.

Hu Hong also provided a detailed explanation to Hu Qiaomu. ”Elder, as soon as we arrived in this region, we immediately went to the Chu Clan to look for Zhang Fei, but the clanʼs protectors blocked us, and nobody answered us.

Thatʼs why we decided to stay in this hotel while monitoring the clan, but Xiufu didnʼt join us, and she wanted to wait for him in front of the clan, yet we didnʼt see her again after that.”

”Hmm?” Hu Qiaomu immediately looked out the window, towards the Chu Clan, and she used her senses to check the clan. However, she was surprised to see that the clanʼs protection was gone since it had been destroyed by Tian Jiyuan a few days ago, and she also couldnʼt find any clan members there except for maids and guards. ”Have you two tried going to the clan again?”

”Yes.” Both female moon foxes nodded to Hu Qiaomu. ”We have been there for the past few days, but the guards informed us that the clan members have been absent for a little over a week, and none of them were aware of their departure. Since then, we have continued to monitor the clan, but they still havenʼt returned.”

”Thatʼs weird.” Hu Qiaomu muttered to herself before checking the other two major clans, but she was even more confused after she couldnʼt find Yan Huanʼer in the Ye Clan, and the clan was also so quiet, especially since the guards had yet to recover from the injuries they received from Tian Gongzhu.

Hu Qiaomu then checked into the Gu Clan and found Xing Mei sitting alone in the garden, but she looked anxious, and she seemed to be waiting for someone. ”I will go to the Gu Clan now.”

”Wait a minute, elder.” Hu Qiaomu immediately turned to Hu Hong, who then explained to her about the strange situation he and Hu Qianli experienced while they were under the influence of Tian Gongzhuʼs ability. ”Donʼt you two remember anything about that?”

Both of them responded by shaking their heads. Hu Qianli then spoke. ”We have tried to remember everything that happened during those five days, but we still canʼt remember anything. At first, we thought that it was Zhang Fei who did that to us, but we seemed to have guessed wrong because he hadnʼt come back for a long time.

We thought someone else had done it to us, and that person probably also kidnapped Xiufu.”

ʼWho did that to them? Why did that person kidnap Xiufu? Could it be that the person was Zhang Feiʼs person? Why didnʼt that person kidnap these two girls as well?ʼ Hu Qiaomu then said to them. ”I will go to the Gu Clan, and I will check out this region to investigate the matter afterwards.”

”Yes, Elder.”

After their elder disappeared, Hu Qianli asked Hu Hong. ”Do you feel something strange in your body? Iʼve been experiencing strange sensations in my body since I woke up three days ago, and I often feel like someone is groping my body.”

”Yes.” Hu Hong nodded in agreement with that. ”Iʼve personally experienced the same thing as you, and I can feel a strange sensation lingering in my body, which makes me really uncomfortable. At first, I thought Zhang Fei came to us, and he secretly used his dual-cultivation abilities on us. However, the Chu Clanʼs guard said that he hasnʼt returned, so I have my doubts about it.

Forget it; we donʼt need to think too much about it, and it will definitely disappear by itself soon.”

Hu Qianli sighed heavily after hearing that. ”I hope Elder Qiaomu can find Xiufu because she is very kind, and I donʼt want anything bad to happen to her.”

Hu Qiaomu had arrived at the Chu Clan, and her sudden arrival surprised Xing Mei, who immediately asked her, ”Why have you come to this region all of a sudden, Elder? Has there been a change in plans?”

”No.” Hu Qiaomu then sat in front of Xing Mei and asked her. ”Did anything happen in this city a week ago? Why canʼt I find Liu Qingyu and Yan Huanʼer in the Chu and Ye Clans?”

”Honestly, I donʼt know Huanʼerʼs whereabouts, especially since she left alone without telling me her destination, and she still hasnʼt returned.” Xing Meiʼs answer made Hu Qiaomu raise her eyebrows.

”As for Qingyu and the others, Zhang Fei probably hid them in a special place because there were some people looking for him, and they wanted to capture him, so he must have done that to keep them safe.”

”Oh?” Hu Qiaomu was surprised that there were people who wanted to capture Zhang Fei, especially since his relationship with those powerful clans had already become public knowledge. ”Do you know the identities of those people?”

Xing Mei nodded to Hu Qiaomu before explaining. ”Qingyu told me that they are heavenly foxes that came from another realm, and one of them told me that Zhang Feiʼs fox race is also a heavenly fox like them.”

”What?” Hu Qiaomu exclaimed in shock after hearing that. ”Are you sure that they are heavenly foxes?”

”Yes.” Xing Mei nodded to Hu Qiaomu once again. ”One of them was called Tian Gongzhu, and she told me that Zhang Fei was the mastermind behind her brotherʼs death, so she wanted to capture him.”

However, Hu Qiaomu felt strange about Xing Meiʼs attitude, especially since she was very close to the people from the Chu and Ye Clan, who were Zhang Feiʼs family, so she shouldnʼt have told her about the matter. ”Why did you tell me about the matter?”

”Haha.” Xing Mei laughed softly and told Hu Qiaomu everything, especially about Gu Zhanʼs death. ”You should already understand my intentions, right?”

ʼThis woman is already blinded by revenge, huh? However, I didnʼt expect that Zhang Fei also had a divine beast by his side, but he was a heavenly fox, so it was easy for him to do that. I think those people were the ones who did that to Hu Hong and Hu Qianli, and they were probably the ones who kidnapped Hu Xiufu.ʼ Hu Qiaomu then questioned Xing Mei once more.

”Are you telling me this matter because you hope that we will help you take revenge on them?”

”Yes.” Xing Mei immediately admitted it. ”At first, I leaked information about Zhang Fei to Tian Gongzhu in hopes that she could help me kill Boitata, but my hopes seemed to be in vain because she didnʼt come here again after that, and they seemed to have left this realm. Moreover, you seemed to want to do something to him as well, so I was hoping that you could help me.”

”You are right; we do have certain goals for Zhang Fei.” Hu Qiaomu nodded to Xing Mei. ”We had already guessed that his bloodline was higher than ours, and my leader sent me to the region to investigate his identity. However, I never expected that he was a heavenly fox, and his presence in the realm would threaten us, so we had to do something about him to ensure our safety.”

Xing Mei smiled and propped her chin up. ”I donʼt care about Zhang Fei, and you can do whatever you want with him. However, I hope you will hand over his contract beast to me, so I can avenge my sonʼs death on her.”

”Sure.” Hu Qiaomu immediately agreed with that. ”I will convey this matter to my leader, and I will convince him to hand over Zhang Feiʼs contract beast to you in exchange for this information.”

After they talked about some other things, Hu Qiaomu immediately left the Gu Clan to return to the inn, and Xing Mei smiled in satisfaction at her decision.

Since they were all busy with their own affairs, time passed quite quickly in the Sky Jade Realm and the Netherworld Realm, and three days had passed since the demons met Morgana.

For the past three days, Zhang Fei has been dual cultivating with all his wives in the cloud manor, and his first clone has never stopped to dual-cultivate his partners in the portable mansion, which made his cultivation break through to 6-Star Soul Realm.

Meanwhile, his fourth clone has been completing the daily quests that appear every day, and he has not forgotten to practice and learn all the things he has not mastered perfectly.

The flow of time in the training space, which is two times faster than the outside world, has a significant impact on everyone, including Zhang Chen and the others who almost never stop training.

Unlike them, Ye Lian and Zhao Ziqin decided to join Zhang Fei after they were stuck with their training, but they still have not dual-cultivated with him, and they only do intimate things with him.

In the black castle, Feltia [2] spent his time with the Amaris Twins and Nadea to increase his demon power, causing the three of them to always be overwhelmed to serve him. He did not forget to dual-cultivate with Eve, Fyr, Leora, and Ashreth, which made the cultivation of the four female demons continue to increase.

In the Lust Inn, Zhang Xiaolong [3] also repeatedly had fun with Xenaya, but they did not do it continuously because the succubus had many responsibilities, and he also had to repeatedly go to the Succubi Tower to do other things.

Even so, Zhang Xiaolong [3] was still satisfied with it, especially since Xenayaʼs female essence was the strongest compared to the other female demons by her side, including the Amaris Twins. Unfortunately, the female essence he needed to advance to the Duke Rank was simply too much, and those female demons were still not enough to help him.

The two notifications woke Zhang Xiaolong [3] up from his sleep, but he immediately got out of bed and left his room, and he went to see Xenaya in his private room to say goodbye. After all, he had been in the Netherworld Realm for a few days, and he was going to bring the demons back to the Diyu realm, so he wanted to finish the daily quest first.

Although Xenaya was disappointed with his decision, she still let Zhang Xiaolong [3] go, but she asked him to come see her again later, which he agreed to because he still needed a lot of female essence.
