CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 2088: Chapter 2096: Changed Equipment

Moreover, Old Master Black looked quite unwell in the morning, and Jane Sampson was reluctant to wake him up after he’d finally managed to rest.

Saying that Old Master Black was unwell would seem normal to everyone, after all, Old Master Black adored Jane. It was understandable he’d be deeply affected by Jane’s murder at such a young age.

Old Master Black smiled and said they were just worrying unnecessarily, then pointed at Jane’s mobile phone and told her to continue playing, even offering to help her by checking together.

Jane instantly became excited, picked up her mobile phone, and said to Old Master Black, ”James is really good at this. He plans several steps ahead at every turn. Whenever I couldn’t progress, I always called him for help! Surely, grandfather is even more skilled than he is!”

While speaking, Jane brightened the mobile phone screen again. However, she didn’t expect that once the screen lit up, the gaming system notified her that her account had been logged in on another device. If it wasn’t her doing, she needed to re-enter her account password and change it.

Jane saw this message and was immediately taken aback.

Old Master Black noticed Jane staring at the mobile phone as if discovering something significant, and even after a few seconds had passed, she hadn’t reacted.

”What’s wrong?” Old Master Black asked, puzzled.

”Grandfather!” Jane snapped back to reality, nearly jumping up with excitement, ”Grandfather! James’s account logged in from another location! Just now! Right when we were talking!”

Jane explained, ”Grandfather, once I logged in here, the device where James was originally logged in would require a password to log in again, just like here. If the device changes, the previous device’s account will be forced offline, and it needs the correct password to log back in!”

Jane was so happy she almost shook her mobile phone to the ground, ”Grandfather, this means James is fine! Grandfather, James is perfectly fine, he’s still able to play games!”

Upon hearing this, Old Master Black was overjoyed. Although he didn’t understand how young people logged in to play games, he understood Jane’s point.

”This account is newly registered by James. Only he and I know the account and password.” Jane was jubilant, dancing around. ”Grandfather, I told you, James must be okay!”

It was only then that Old Master Black realized, ”You know everything that’s been happening these days?”

”Yes.” Jane nodded firmly, ”Grandfather, I discovered it myself and then pressed auntie for answers. She had no choice but to tell me eventually, don’t blame her.”

”Indeed, it couldn’t be kept from you for long.” Old Master Black said this with a smile, yet his face was clearly full of excitement. Eagerly, he said, ”Write down the password and account for me, I’ll have someone check the current login device and location of this account.”

Jane didn’t hesitate, she hurried to the study to find paper and pen and wrote down the account password.

As long as there is an account, it can be easily tracked internally through the game company and communications company to identify the user and location of the mobile phone where the account is logged in.

Once this information is obtained, it can reveal a bit of new information and allow deductions about James’s current situation.

Old Master Black took the paper and went back to his room to make a call, while Jane sat in the living room, bursting with happiness, wanting to scream.

Truly, games make her happy, games make her joyful!
