CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 2054: Chapter 2062: Peace of Mind

Alexander Forest swept a cold eye over everyone in the Conference Room and continued, ”I’m laying it out here today. If you want to leave, the Forest Clan Group will not keep traitors with dual motives. But in the future, in the business field, you better be careful. If I, Alexander Forest, ever run into you, I will make sure you learn how to write the word ’regret!’

”Junior President Forest, water flows downward, people walk upward. Why bother with such harsh words? Besides, everyone knows that Junior President Forest, you never manage the company matters. The two Chairman Forest have long stepped back behind the scenes for many years, and Mr. Forest has been running the company. Now that Mr. Forest has gotten into trouble, everyone knows what the future of the company holds,” one person who had submitted a resignation letter couldn’t hold back their temper and retorted.

”Exactly, it’s been just half a day, and the company has already lost so many clients and so much money. We all have families to feed, unlike you, Junior President Forest, living freely and happily. We can’t be blamed for this,” another person chimed in with a sarcastic tone.

Alexander Forest managed his own company, never interfering with the Forest Clan Group. He hadn’t even shown his face there, so many people didn’t respect him.

Alexander Forest still stood there with a cold face, and someone already left without giving him face, opening the door and leaving first.

Alexander Forest knew in his heart that these people leaving would surely take away many important clients and resources from the company and that their departure would undoubtedly deal a heavy blow to the company.

Once everyone had gone, Kane Forest’s assistant was also filled with anger.

”Usually, in front of Mr. Forest, they were sycophanting so much that they were like lapdogs on Mr. Forest’s leg. Now, Mr. Forest is in trouble, and these people change face faster than anything!” the assistant cursed through gritted teeth, ”A bunch of ingrate wolves, Mr. Forest has never been mean to them!”

”Go and check thoroughly, find out who their next employers are! I want to see which companies are so focused on the Forest Clan Group, scheming against the Forest Family! I, Alexander Forest, will remember every single one of them! If I can’t make them beg me crying, I’ll write my name backward!”

Having said the harsh words, Alexander Forest added, ”Find some people to keep an eye on them, don’t let them take away any company information.”

”I know, ever since I discovered their mindset, I’ve made arrangements,” the assistant replied quickly, ”I’ll be at the company helping Mr. Forest oversee things these days. Once Mr. Forest wakes up, Junior President Forest, please notify me immediately, to ease my mind.”

Alexander Forest nodded while slightly choking up, ”Alright.”

It was not until this moment that Alexander Forest realized what his cousin had shouldered all these years for his unreliable cousin.

At the Black Family’s old mansion.

Everyone from the Black Family was present.

Originally gathered together to arrange matters for Jane Sampson, unexpectedly, the first topic brought up was about the Forest Family.

After finishing reading twitter messages, Jane Sampson knew that the Forest Clan Group had indeed suffered a heavy blow. Well before 11 o’clock, the Forest Clan Group’s stock had hit the limit down. Several senior executives simultaneously announced via twitter their resignation from the Forest Clan Group, and many companies once cooperating with the Forest Clan also announced unilaterally on twitter that they were terminating their cooperation with the Forest Clan Group.

After reading these, Jane Sampson really felt uncomfortable in her heart.

Jane Sampson called Peter Gingery to the upper floor, and then handed Peter a card, ”The Forest Clan Group is in a precarious situation now, I don’t know what I can do to help, but I guess it’s likely that money will be needed. I can’t offer much else, but here’s the money. Please pass it to Alexander Forest on behalf of James Black. Don’t worry, the card belongs to James Black.”
