CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 2056: Chapter 2064: Dumb Luck

Old Master Black nodded beside him, ”It’s true, those families with a bit of money, for a little bit of it, brothers and sisters can scheme against each other, wishing to divide the assets once someone dies. The Forest Family siblings, each of them is good.”

Saying this, Old Master Black glanced at his son-in-law, ”Forest Family, if you and Brooke can help, give them a hand. Though our generation and Alexander’s father didn’t have deep ties, the younger ones all played together since childhood, and usually, Alexander and the Forest Family siblings have often helped James and Jane.”

Father Gingery nodded in agreement.

Helping the Forest Clan Group at this time was just a small effort for the Black family, and Father Gingery was willing to offer help in times of need.

Moreover, considering Alexander’s close childhood friendship with James, when Alexander personally made the call, it was impossible for the Black family to stand by idly.

The stock market paused at noon, and the Forest Clan Group’s stock hadn’t resumed trading from its drop limit.

At twelve o’clock, Black Corp’s official twitter announced a long-term strategic partnership with the Forest Clan Group, injecting 3 billion into the Forest Clan Group for the first phase and holding 10% of the shares.

This result was agreed upon by Alexander and the two elders.

The Black family wouldn’t take their money for nothing.

Father Gingery and Brooke also promised that once the Forest Clan Group repaid the money, they would be willing to buy back the shares, and the Black family would return the shares to the Forest Family at the market price.

Along with the card entrusted by Jane Sampson to Peter Gingery, Alexander immediately obtained over 3 billion in funds.

The Forest Clan Group quickly announced the news, and with this money, those projects temporarily canceled due to withdrawal of capital could continue smoothly.

In the afternoon, as the stock market began, the Forest Clan Group’s stock resumed trading from the drop limit and surged upwards. By after three o’clock, the stock had gone up and rose by more than six points.

After 3:30, investors all joked, on this day, the entire stock market was watching the Forest Clan Group’s stock perform a dive and then a rebound.

In the morning, the Forest Clan Group’s stock hit the drop limit, causing quite a number of investors to rant furiously online. Those who panicked and quickly sold off their shares were later regretfully pounding their tables in the afternoon, their intestines turning green with regret.

Bright Sampton sat on the sofa holding his mobile phone, still a bit stunned.

Jane Sampson saw his dumbfounded look, nodded and glanced at his phone, and burst out laughing.

”You really stepped in dog poop luck,” Jane Sampson said, ”When I can leave the house, you owe me a meal!”

”This isn’t just dog poop luck; it’s good karma,” Bright Sampton snorted at Jane Sampson, ”When I saw the Forest Clan Group’s stock plummeting this morning, I thought I’d use my silly method to help them. So I tell you, I went all in at the drop limit, and right after I bought, it opened up for a short while.”

Bright Sampton didn’t have much money, but leaving aside a month’s living expenses, he threw all his savings into it.

All the pocket money Jane Sampson usually gave him, his salary, and all prize money, all thrown in.

Then, just in that one afternoon, from the drop limit to a rise of over six points.

Nearly seventeen points.

His account profited by over ninety thousand.

This is why he was so stunned.

Actually, Bright Sampton also thought, this was truly dog poop luck.
